Quick oil change, great car washUpdate, still quick, great wash and dry.$46.70. Oil change, no wash. Good old days are long gone for the cheap oil change!

Left original reviews here, but scroll for the updates.----Washes are usually good, but I do often find that the interior addon is done so quickly that much is missed (corners of dash, window controls, and shifter boot are the most commonly) and many times I have noticed a 'film' on the windows from the car interior off gassing that just gets smeared around instead of cleaned off.It is what it is, and you can only go so slow while getting rows of cars through the line.On the other hand, they tend to be *really* good at getting the bugs off the front of the car.Overall, the washes are good and I've been satisfied. Good enough that I even subscribe to a monthly plan.2022-08: I've been on their unlimited wash plan for more than a year, and it has been an excellent service. I drive 40+ miles per day, in the country and interstate. The bugs are awful, but being able to wash the car a few times per week has kept the paint like new. Post 'VID, they haven't been doing the interior, due to staffing, but the outside wash and towel dry have been great.2024-02: New owners took the place over last year. They've since stopped doing towel and interior cleaning, as well as shuttering the detail shop and oil change services. Washing is fine, they upgraded the equipment, but it mirrors Rainstorm in services now. However, I DO NOT recommend that anyone purchase the monthly wash packages. I moved and before moving, canceled my monthly service (which requires an in person visit) at the end of Nov/first week of Dec. My last month expired on Dec 24th.It's now Feb 23rd, and I've had to contact my credit card company because on Dec, Jan, and Feb 24th, they are still charging me, despite TWO notifications of cancelation. All three charges are in dispute with my card company. Looks like the new owner likes to play stupid games to win stupid prizes.

No longer hand drying or tire shining. Rinse doesn't remove all the soap and the blow dryers don't dry your vehicle good. AND raised their prices. I'm done...won't be back. I now get a better wash & wax from Circle K in Savoy....for now. We'll see what the next car wash brings...

Was the car wash of choice until some changes and a price increase. I left with a car less dusty but not clean. Only a few bugs going in but none were removed from windsheild and front of hood. Water spots everywhere. Soap still on one side of car. So disappointing that I won't be back. I could have gotten the same thing at the spray it off yourself wash for a lot less money.

went in for a simple oil change and came out with almost $2000 in damage to the oil pan and oil filter housing. a professional mechanic from a dealership insured us this was done by a mechanic and not simple wear and tear. The car is 2019 with less than 40,000 miles and had 0 issues until brought to triple T. All this company could do was ask why the car was leaking oil and simply stated it didn t leak oil when it left here. Meaning what you can damage peoples cars and as long as it leaves the parking lot they are refusing responsibility. we are mail carriers in the busiest time of year and don t always drive this car yet they had the audacity to question us about why we didn t bring it back in. the better question is why didn t your mechanic just be honest when he damaged the car. if I could I would give them 0 stars for dishonesty. we will be seeking legal action. avoid this business at all cost!Service: Oil change

Have used the car wash, oil change, and vacuums. Remember to ask for the vacuum coins when you buy your car wash.So far I have had great service, all services have been pretty quick, and I feel like the "value for price" is fair.Nothing fancy, but they definitely get the job done and employees have been very friendly. Would recommend.Update to add, I've been here a few times now and still recommend. This time I did an oil change, car wash, got new wiper blades, and had my air filter replaced. Was out of there in under an hour!

Love this place. They never let me spend money that isn't necessary and that says a lot coming from a gal who goes there for oil changes. :) these guys are awesome.

This was my 1st time here and the entire staff was great! Reasonable price for my oil change and 1/2 price car wash which was amazing! I will definitely be back!!

My boyfriend took my car for a cleaning there recently and when he brought it back I was disappointed in the service. It almost seemed like there were a couple people working on it and one of them got distracted or had to leave because about half of the car didn't get touched. I emailed them with a few pictures and they responded for me to bring it in and get it corrected. The second time the car was done perfectly like every other time before. They were very nice and apologetic about it. Will definitely keep going there!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Fantastic job of removing all of the oil off with my white BMW. Did a good job waxing it as well. Made it look new again. Signed up for the $39 works unlimited monthly was program. What a value. They shine the tires and towel dry every vehicle. I always tip the dry team. They remember you when you come through each time. I also get the synthetic oil change here. It's super quick and a great price.Service: Polishing

Was a good place to go for a car wash, now it's horrible no more towel dry, leaves a bunch of water spots they don't get the bugs off like they used to and went up on there prices

Worst ever!! We went there for an oil change and a half price car wash. Well, my husband got "The Works." We usually get the interior cleaned for that price. Now, it costs an extra $15 to get the interior cleaned. It was so much better when Greg was there. We're all done there!! Never again!!Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

Went here for an oil change for the first time, because a previous place I went had poor service. The service here is excellent. The guys were all nice and quick, and didn't bother me with unnecessary extras. He made a recommendation on the oil when I asked, got it done, and got me out of there. I will be returning! Thank you!

Just got home from getting my car washed and oil changed at Triple T. This is where I always get my service done and they have always been quick and friendly but today it seemed like these young guys went above being friendly and helpful from the manager on down to the guys that towel dried my car. It is obvious that they are happy and enjoy their work. Great service! Thank you!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Had my car detailed last month. Seriously shocked at how great it looked when I picked it up. Everything was so well done, even the carpeting. I took the car in at 8am but they were already full for the day (they don t make appts). So I left the car there overnight and picked it up the following afternoon.

Great service. Friendly staff. Fast oil changes and car washes are 1/2 off with one! Comfortable waiting area. You can get your vehicle detailed or just a simple wash. Need your tires rotated? Need transmission service? They do those too!

I do not understand all the high reviews for this place. Yes they clean your car if you give them your wallet. If you pick the basic option like me, not only they do not provide complimentary cleaning products to clean the parts that their cleaners did not clean, you get only 5 minutes with the vacuums. 5 minutes is a short time if you have a big car to vacuum. Long story short, unless you want to pay 50 dollars to them so that they will throughly(!) clean your car, you should avoid it.

Check for your floor liners! Although they provide good and efficient lube and car wash services, they misplaced my custom $180 back floor liner. Unfortunately, I did not realize this for two weeks and they had already erased video surveillance. There was a vehicle there at the exact time of my service that was the same make and model and I m certain that it just a mix up. I hope that they are enjoying my back floor liner while I am stuck with 4 front liners. Services: Auto detailing, Oil change

I took my vehicle here and needed the seats and carpets shampooed. I brought it early in the morning and was told it would be ready by 4. I arrived a little after 4:30 PM and they had not even touched my car. The guy at the desk was very rude and this made me very irate. I am typically a calm person but his smug attitude took me there. I was very disappointed in myself for yelling at him. My issue wasn't that it wasn't ready, it was that no one called me to let me know it wasn't so I could make other arrangements. Needless to say they rushed the job and gave me back a wet car which was impossible to dry due to the rainy weekend we had. I tried contacting the manager the next day and in poor form, he defended his employees and criticized me for yelling at his smug unprofessional employee. Needless to say the customer service was poor and the job they did on my car was mediocre at best. Will never use them again.

This place is all about great service. When I want to get my oil changed I love to come here since they offer half-off on a wash with oil change, including interior cleaning. It's fairly inexpensive and they handle the whole process. Drop off car at one end, and it comes out the other end with fresh oil and a wash.

Been getting work done from these guys for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. Once I walk off the get some Hardee's forgetting I still had my keys in my pocket, And the mechanic ran over to me. Also, they let me know if there is any other issues with the car.

The machine damaged my rim and they wouldn t take responsibility for it! Every time I go there to get my cars cleaned, it s half done! I usually get the works! Inside & out! And most of the time they don t do a good job at all! The Brothers that work there are remarkably awesome, but The owner and one of the managers treated me very unprofessional when I confronted them about my situation! I was treated with disrespect and I m truly disappointed in the service! I will never go back to that place again for now on I will be going to MARKETVIEW! And other places in my area! Where I m appreciative & treated with total respect! I spend to much money at that place to be treated the way I was treated! I m totally disappointed! I guess if I was white riding in a Benz, I probably would ve got treated with respect, huh? Not, trying to make this a racial issue! But, I felt discriminated against by the owner and one of the mangers by the way I was confronted! I m very disappointed!

I've been a customer here for years and I am sad to say that I am completely disappointed with their service. I've had them change the oil in several different cars I have owned and in the past, if I had any issues, they had no problems addressing them.Here lately, they have refused to admit wrong doing to the point of blaming me for asking them to do the work THEY recommended I needed done. On my 2004 GMC Envoy, they suggested I change my serpentine belt. I agreed to let them do the work and less than a week later, the belt THEY installed broke and ruined my water pump. When I returned to them to inform them of the issue, I wasn't asking them to pay the repair cost of the water pump I needed to install as a result of their work, I simply want them to refund the money I paid for the service they did on my car. I was told it was my fault for agreeing to let them do the work they suggested.The previous management would have handled this in a more professional manner. I didn't think I was asking for anything unreasonable.I took a newly acquired car to them to change the oil and to have them check the fluids. I knew my air filter needed to be changed but wanted to see if they would tell me about it. I checked it before I left home so I knew it needed to be changed. They told me the air filter was fine and that it didn't need to be changed. I looked under my car to not only find that they did not even check the air filter, they didn't replace splash shield properly when they removed it to access the oil filter.I have been disappointed in the decline in the service over the years and will be taking my cars elsewhere. I love their car wash but I'm more concerned about my engine than the exterior. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone for servicing their car.

My car is technically a small SUV according to their definition. But its a toyota prius so they nice guy at the counter gave me a discount price. My seats had oil stains and all kinds of stuff all over it but it looked brand new after they were done.The only reason I didnt gove five stars is cause my seats were still wet after the detailing. Made for a uncomfortable drive for a bit but it was fine afterwards.
