Don t make any decisions before you come to this shop! My car was scratched when parking. I went to another shop for quoting, and they said it might cause a few hundreds or even thousands. Then I came here, they helped me clean and polish it without any charge! After all that, my car was nearly new since the actual paint was intact. I can t see anything after polishing. Great attitude, great service, very effective and helped my save so much money.

I have used Gallo-Miller in the past after hitting a deer with a previous vehicle and they did and amazing job fixing it in a timely manner. Most recently, I was rear-ended and they got me a same day repair estimate & communicated with my insurance. They then scheduled the work and had all parts ready ahead of time. They even called the rental car company to pick me up when I initially dropped my vehicle off. Lastly they completed the repair a week sooner than expected and I would venture to say that my car operates better than before my accident. Amy at the front desk was extremely kind and personable and Scott made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Came here for an insurance claim on the recommendation from a friend who had similar done. Everyone is incredibly courteous, a gentleman even helped me carry items to my rental car as my hands were full. The estimate was thorough and I was able to schedule the repair very easily. The process was quick and easy, and the repair looks amazing! Plus they cleaned the inside of my car (dashboard, seats, floor vacuumed). Will absolutely do business with Cory & team again!

The staff of Gallo-Miller are very professional and courteous. My experience is that they are just as concerned as I was in having my car restored to almost new condition and pleasing to my sight when completed work was done. They kept me in the loop at every step of the process of repair and completed the job right at the estimated date time of completion.They also were informative concerning how the insurance carrier would work with me on a rental vehicle. I would highly recommend Gallo-Miller for anyone looking for high quality and professional repair work. Cory Wilson and the office staff were great to work with . They had to coordinate the repair work with an out-of-state insurance company that was responsible for the repair work, and well as coordinate the rental car process. The repair work was amazing. You can not tell by looking that the vehicle was ever damaged. The paint match and blending is perfect. Thanks so much for a great job.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Gallo-Miller. The staff was friendly and really helpful throughout the whole process, especially because I had never gone through this type of repair before. They had the rental car ready to go when I dropped my car off for service. They were also communicative about anything that came up and the estimate to when my car was going to be finished. My car was done ahead of the date they estimated and they were willing to work with me on pick-up. The repairs turned out great- you can't even tell there was any damage in the first place. I am extremely happy with the service on my car. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely the best service! Cory was a dream to work with about repairs, he worked with my night schedule for communication, kept me up to date on the status of my car with quick response time. Everyone was very friendly and the repair work is top notch to say the least. My car looks brand new! They even went the extra mile to clean up the interior of my car with cleaning the carpets and detailing everything that was dusty. 100% would reccomend!

I would highly recommend Gallo-Miller Paint & Collision. The entire staff was kind, helpful, and truly put me first. They handled the insurance side of things so professionally and took the stress off of me. They make getting an estimate, drop off, and pick up so incredibly easy.The best part about Gallo-Miller is that my vehicle looks amazing! Their team was precise with restoring the exterior of my vehicle and then went above and beyond by cleaning and polishing the inside of my vehicle as well. As I left their parking lot, I felt like I was driving away from a dealership in a brand new car.Thank you Gallo-Miller Staff, you are wonderful!

I got repairs here through insurance (State Farm) after hitting a deer. I can't speak highly enough of how kind and courteous they were here! After waiting a while for the rental car place to come pick me up, one of the employees from Gallo-Miller just gave me a ride over there himself, apologizing profusely, even though it was something totally out of his control. The woman who answers the phones and got me my car back was so sweet, and everyone was friendly and greeted me by name. The repairs were done well, and faster than I was anticipating. I highly recommend them, as they were able to make a potentially stressful situation as pleasant as could be!

Had to have tires and alloy rims replaced, along with a 4 wheel alignment, after a run-in with a patch of rogue concrete.Naturally, I was curious to see how straight the car would drive and how well the tires would balance out after being fixed.Gallo-Miller did a great job. Corey was really good about communicating updates and details. I picked up my car and took it on the interstate to see how it would handle. The four wheel alignment seems perfect. All the tires seem perfectly balanced. I wondered how the car would do when I was driving 70 miles per hour. Absolutely perfect. Smooth. My 2012 Ford Fusion that I have babied for 8 years is just as good as it was before. Thank you very much Gallo-Miller.

Very easy to work with to get my bumper repaired. Worked well with my insurance company and the car rental company. Estimated it would take about a week to get everything completed and back but was done in three days. All employees I had interaction with were friendly and provided excellent information. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Fortunately several years ago I was recommended Gallo-Miller by a friend. Unfortunately I've needed Gallo-Miller's services multiple times. Every time I've picked up my vehicle after repair they have exceeded my expectations. I will not take my cars anywhere else. They do fantastic work and I would highly recommend them.Flawless and back to showroom ready!

Gallo Miller made a bad situation better. I damaged my Jeep Grand Cherokee after having it just three weeks. From the time I made the initial phone call to picking up my repaired vehicle, the service provided made me feel at ease and I could see that this company could be trusted to do the quality repairs I expected.

My car was like brand new when Gallo-Miller finished repairing it for me. Everyone was very professional and friendly and having a State Farm agent provide the estimate for me right there at their shop was extremely convenient. I highly recommend going to Gallo-Miller if you need any collision repair done to your vehicle.

After more than a year, I had an issue with a part that was replaced following an accident. Gallo-Miller did the original repairs (which absolutely met expectations). I contacted them and they handled the issue with the part. I did not have to deal with insurances, just dropped my car off for the repair. Excellent job again!

Three years ago when I moved here I hit a pole and white paint was left on my bumpers, I went to Gallo-Miller, Office Manager Dave Miller cleaned the paints without charging. Three years later today I went to Gallo-Miller with the same problem, Office Manager Dave Miller magically got rid of the paint from my bumper. I really appreciate Gallon-Miller friendly, helpful and professional attitude toward their customers. I strangerly recommend Gallon-Miller and very much appreciated Dave's terrific job and his great help.

Had a minor accident with some front end damage. It was suggested to visit Gallo-Miller. Spoke to Dave Miller who is the Office Manager. Dave carefully inspected my car and was polite, thorough and extremely helpful. Gallo-Miller fixed our car and we were very pleased with their professionalism and help. We would definitely use them in the future.

Very satisfied with the results after having taken my vehicle to this shop. I'm impressed with how my back end of my Jeep looks! Definitely would recommend them to anyone, and will certainly go back if there is another hiccup!I dealt with Pekin Insurance, and they asked me what shop I wanted to go to....I said I would like to go here, and they said that it was actually one of their preferred shops. You will be happy!

I was rear-ended just 3 months after getting my new used car and these guys made it look newer than when I purchased it! The staff was very friendly and accommodating with the rental car service as well and made everything for me simple and easy. They even gave me a small bottle of paint that matched my car for any future scrapes and scratches. I highly recommend these guys!

A friend of mine told me "It's never a good day, when you are looking for a body shop" and he was right. Someone crashed into my car while it was park on the street and cause +5k damage.So I did what you are probably doing, looking for a body shop that was recommend to me by insurance, i called a couple places a, decided to to check out Gallo even thought I was skeptical of how authentic the yelp reviews were... I was wrong they are awesome.First of all Mindy is a rockstar, she works front-of-house and was charming, funny and great to work with! Secondly Cory was very thorough, friendly and transparent about the work they would do, I know enough about cars and paint to be able to grill him about the work and it was all water tight!The work they did looks great, works great, and they even detailed my interior, I think my car is better than when it got hit!Lastly I brought my car in 4-5 days before xmas, and they had it done in time for me to drive it to Chicago on christmas eve. Super fast considering they replace the whole passenger side of my car...Great job, and thank you Gallo-Miller.

They told me 3 weeks to fix my car and ended up taking 51 days. When asked why, they said they were busy. It cost me an additional $850 in a rental car due to their delay. They refused to pay any of the overage. Long time customer and wouldn t recommend them. They have lost what real customer service is.

I've been hit four (yes FOUR) times in less than two years. Gallo-Miller did a great job each time. Friendly, professional, service. Great communication on repair status. And most of all, quality workmanship they take pride in. Highly recommended.

We have had our truck in twice, once it was returned to us with three noticeable ripples where the repair made, along with the tailgate not lining up and the taillight not installed correctly. The shop agreed to make it right. We picked our truck up after five days in the shop, and the tailgate and light have been corrected, we are being told the noticeable ripples that are still there is "as good as it's going to get" ? Really?? Will not go back and will be getting an attorney to make sure their "guaranteed service" is upheld.

I have used used Gallo-Miller a couple of times. Their customer service is outstanding and the workmanshop is always flawless. They are easy to work with and have a good understanding of the many different elements of collision repair: insurance companies, customer service, bodywork, and painting, to name a few.

My grandma, Marcia Fisher has had her car repaired a couple times and received excellent service. The employees were very friendly and answered all of her questions in detail. She would recommend Gallo-Miller to all of her friends.

They were AMAZING. Super nice, helpful, understanding. I had to come a day late due to work and they didnt charge me extra. The guy who was taking care of me was very down to earth. They vacuumed my car and gave it a bath. Wiped down my dash and looks like they cleaned my seats. Very professional, and I will go to them in a heart beat if i ever need anything!

We are very pleased with the way Gallo-Miller (Cory Wilson) handled our brand new MINI that was severely damaged by hail. They were friendly, the car returned to us as new, and on time. I strongly recommend this place.

Friendly service worked hard to make things write on my crashed van. Tow truck guy recommended Gallo Miller as one of State Farm's preferred vendors, so I had him tow the van there right after the crash. My good little van was old enough that it was nearly considered "totaled" due to cost, but Gallo Miller helped get the cost down enough that insurance would go ahead and pay for the repair. That is what I wanted, and it's what they delivered. It did take them awhile to get it fixed. Several days in a row I got phone calls indicating "probably tomorrow." Note, this may have been about parts availability, which isn't exactly in their control. I would go there again.

My 2019 jeep was t-boned - only had it 7 months, 9600 miles. Sick, just sick. I picked up my car today and it is just like I drove it off the show room floor. Vince was excellent to work with. He and Sadie kept me updated through the process. Highly recommend!
