5th Dimension did great work on our Acadia after we hit a deer. They took there time to make it right and it looks better than before the accident. All of the door and hood gaps are even on both sides. They worked really well with our insurance company and the car rental company. I would 100% recommend them for your collision needs!

Great experience through the entire process from scheduling and getting an estimate to picking up a clean perfectly repaired vehicle. I highly recommend Fifth Dimension. The staff was helpful and the repair made the car look like the accident never happened!

Fifth Dimension is the only place I d take my baby to. They are hands down the best in CU. They not only repaired the damage, kept it in the garage until I could pick it up, detailed it inside and our-super shiny! And I have a couple new reusable totes!!

Fifth Dimension in Champaign is the ONLY place I will ever take our fleet vehicles or even my personal vehicle. Got us in and out with great updates in between. The staff is very knowledgeable and I swear our vehicle came out looking better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend these folks for repair work. Thank you.

W-O-W! I learned about Fifth Dimension Collision Repair Inc. after I was unfortunately faced with a hit and run situation the other day (4/18/2023) that left my car (2022 VW Taos) with some not so good looking scratches and repairs needed on the passenger backside. While I was bitter about having to create a claim through insurance, I was quick to reach out to a body shop. I saw Fifth Dimension had excellent reviews and made the call. From the start Kelli, one of the people doing the secretarial work, was extremely helpful and kind. The process was approachable and straight forward and Kelli was quite helpful. They were able to get my car in a few days after calling in and worked directly with my insurance company. Emily, the other secretary, was extremely kind when I went to drop my car off. Updates were provided swiftly and the work was done with great detail. My car looked brand new and the inside was even cleaned a bit. The photos show what the damage was prior to going in and that part of my car looks brand new again. Thank you to Fifth Dimension Collision Repair! Although I hope I do not have to utilize their services again, I most certainly will recommend them to anyone in the Champaign or Urbana area. I went to the location located on Mattis Avenue.

Excellent - started working on the car the day it was scheduled.Had some difficulty in getting a couple of parts, but they searchedand only had a one day delay. Gave us a free driver car for that one day. Car was clean and all "buffed out"when we picked up.Great experience.......

I ended up with a bill for $600 after they did absolutely no work for me.On a Thursday, they said they could start my bodywork on the following Monday, so I had my vehicle towed there. They finally looked at it on Wednesday.It turned out to be a total loss. Kelly advised me to accept the absurdly low offer from Progressive. I got an independent appraisal and found out that taking that advice would have cost me $4,700.In the meantime, they were charging $70 a day for parking, which was not explained to me when they were trying to get my business. I could have parked it in Manhattan for less than that. I would never go here again but, if you do, get everything in writing beforehand and get a second opinion.

I actually went through 5D for a few different things now, and they ve been nothing but incredibly professional, fast, and effective at what they do. They have a solid team and have a pretty good turnover for work needing to be done. I highly recommend them. They re a little expensive but, this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. The first time they did work on my car, they fixed my bumper after someone ran into me. They were able to fix the bumper to a like new appearance without replacing it, and completely repainted it. The paint matched perfectly, to the point that you can t tell it was ever repainted, and the holes completely disappeared and you would never be able to tell it was repaired.The second time, they did some personal project stuff for my car. They painted the window louvers, the side scoops, and the chin spoiler, that I wanted to install on my car. The paint, of course, matched perfectly. There was a flaw in one of the pieces unfortunately, but they repainted it free of charge with no arguments, the minute I pointed it out, and returned it to me the very next day. They also installed the parts for me after i decided that they would be able to install them faster and more accurate than I could have on my own. They did a fantastic job, perfect install.I will definitely be returning to them in the future with any and all paint, fix, or install needs that I may need doing.

So I had a little accident and I seen this place on the internet with positive reviews, so I took it there and I m in WOW. This place updates you everyday on any little change in repairing the vehicle. I just got my car back and it looks like it was never damaged. 5 stars all the way. Has a customer I felt very satisfied. Thank you so much

Well 5D did it again! We took our 2021 Yukon Denali to 5th Dimension in Urbana to have the chrome delete done along with a Black & Blue Color Match. The Yukon was brand new and already looked amazing but the 5 D team was able to transform the amazing into stunning in just a few weeks. The amount of detail and care to each item that was paint matched for this project are too many to list so I will let the pictures speak for themselves. 5D has completed 3 vehicle paint to match projects for us over the past 3 years and also repaired damages to our company truck. No matter what the job is 5D will make sure it is perfect and we will not take our vehicles anywhere else.Review From First Project in 2018: Most people only visit a collision repair shop after a accident to have their vehicle repaired. Well I took my 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 to 5D for some paint to match accessories, mirrors, fenders, and bumpers and I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The quote was worked up quickly and very easy to understand. My vehicle was taking in the following day and from there through the next 2 weeks I was almost in daily contact with their team adding additional items to the scope of work and was never left without a quick response. I visited the shop twice during the 2 weeks of painting and accessories being installed and everything I wanted done was perfect! 5D can do it all from collisions repairs to one off one of a kind upgrades. If you want your vehicle to stand apart from the rest on the road 5D is the only place to go. Fifth Dimension was one of the several shops I sought quotes from to repair the damage my car suffered when I was rear-ended. I was immediately impressed by the thoroughness of their inspection and the professionalism of everyone I came into contact with. I decided right away to have them do the repairs. I was more than satisfied with their work. In fact, when I got my car back, it looked as if it were brand new. Not only was the repair done very well, but the car looked as if it had been detailed!! Thank you for your wonderful service on my Chevy Tahoe. If you need any work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend Fifth Dimension. From the first point of contact to finish, everyone I communicated was friendly, professional and honest. Fifth Dimension even offered a couple loaner car options, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, to get me by a few days without my vehicle, as I did not want to use my insurance. Thank you again!!

ZERO STARS. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are truly useless: took nearly three weeks rather than 4 days to make repair, reinstalled windscreen and wipers incorrectly three times (had to take it back three times) and admitted they have no quality control. The truck was returned with stains all over the seats and the car filthy when it was pristine when it went in. Their response to the windscreen wipers being completely inoperable when they returned it to us first time was to consult the weather channel on their phone and say we didn't need to worry as it wasn't going to rain for three days! Second time, they returned it but windshield was fitted incorrectly with gaps at edge! They admitted to us they have no quality control, and let vehicles back on the road that were unsafe and likely illegal. They said we should not complain as 'we are all human and make mistakes"... this after us pointing out the $5k repair they had conducted was unfit to go back on the road legally. Ended up having to getting it fixed ourselves outside of this truly awful company. They deserve ZERO stars. DO NOT USE at all..they are truly the worst. The customer service (this term is just not appropriate) were rude and offered no compensation for the inconvenience and lost time spent in taking the truck back to them many times. It was a pleasure to work with Fifth Dimension Collision Repair. They were available right away to assess our damaged vehicle. They worked directly with our insurance agency and helped us understand our options. They scheduled the work for a convenient time, and the workmanship was excellent on the finished product. I have not experienced such outstanding, and joyful, customer service in a very long time which is especially appreciated when dealing with the headaches of a damaged vehicle. I called a few businesses including Fifth Dimension based on recommendations from another trusted vendor. When it came time to choose which business to go with, the choice was easy: Fifth Dimension. Their front office staff was AMAZING when I called! So patient, informative, helpful, and kind! I was very impressed. We haven't even gotten to the estimate yet, but if we decide to get the car repaired, I would have NO TROUBLE choosing Fifth Dimension based on the service I've recieved in the phone and at the front desk.

My vehicle was damaged in a collision, and I took it to Fifth Dimension for the repairs. They are amazing! Everyone is super nice and helpful. They got me right in for an estimate, and the repairs were completely quickly and correctly. They worked with the insurance company. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Fifth Dimension is the only place I will take my vehicles for collision repairs.
