Our first experience with Euro was great. We found a terrific car for our grandson, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or cooperative. They bent over backwards to make the exchange work despite our recent covid diagnosis and the price was fair. I highly recommend.

Just purchased a good quality used 2014 Voltzwagon Passat from Euro Motors when I say excellent price, good quality vehicle, fully loaded, professionally inspected. You absolutely can t go wrong with buying a good quality used vehicle with Euro! I recommend you purchasing a car today . Hands down no questions asked. Euro is the Truth if you don t know you better ask somebody!

Every bit of Five Stars! I have absolutely hated car shopping up until this experience. Every staff member pulls together to make it a smooth process. Cory was great from start to finish. He let us look over multiple vehicles, asked questions, patiently answered our questions, and was never pushy. The owner is a man of his word. When he completely could have used legit excuses for something we needed, he did everything in his power to make it happen, even making arrangements with another shop to help us out! Customer Service above and beyond. Rick's Auto was great, too. They spent nearly two hours troubleshooting (nothing wrong with the vehicle, just to clarify) with no solution, yet did not charge us for the time spent. Kudos to the Euro Motors team members for giving car buyers a good deal, viable options, and great service.

We just bought our 5th car from Euro Motors. These are the friendliest people and the most honest car dealers you will ever deal with. Mr. Osaji prides himself on customer service and honesty. Definitely a man of integrity. Love this place

If I could give a higher rating I would! The people here were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It was clear from the beginning that they are all very genuine people, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with a car that was in the best possible condition. I would highly recommend to check this place out if you're looking for a car, and I would also recommend Rick's Auto next door who they partner with for car repairs! I have been coming here for years for car repair and highly recommend this business for repairs. My 2008 had problems that we could never seem to get fixed and now it starts reliably and the motor seems to run stronger than ever. I m so pleased with the service that I receive every time that I go in. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

After comparing the vehicle inventory from multiple dealers and private sellers for weeks, I finally decided to buy my first car here. Their pricing is quite reasonable and the staff is super helpful. They fixed everything before I bought the car and the owner Ameka also agreed to deal with the minor problems like replacing the wipers, which saved me a lot of time. Ty, the sales assistant, is hospitable throughout the way, even at the first time I was just looking around and not intended to purchase. And he helped me with test drive and all the documents. Overall, it's a very pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone need a nice car to check it out here!

I went to Euro Motors looking for a used car that wasn't duck taped together and 5k more than book value (you know the ones I mean) I test drove a few and they weren't quite what I was looking for, so I talked to the really cute sales guy and told him what I was looking for, he brought in the big boss and they found me a car.. The service was excellent and I now have an awesome car for a great price. I will be back to trade in when I am ready for a new car. They are nice and down to earth. Too bad the sales guys married I'll definitely tell all my friends about Euro Motors

Git a wonderful deal from Mr. Osaji. Wonderful wonderful honest people. Good Cars, great service, and very thorough and generous. He even gave my family gift cards to the pancake house. Bought a 2005 Hyundai Sonata GLS. The price was originally listed at $3999 but they had just lowered it to $2999. So my dad and I hopped the bus, went down there and took a look at the car and it looked great. We took it for a test drive and it drove great. Now nearly 3 months later the car has given us NO problems and drives as if it were a new car. These people are generous and good people. I will be back to buy my next car from them. Excellent job Euro Motors!

People here are very friendly. I made my mistake buying a SUV too large for my to handle and went back and they helped me to change to a Mini on the same day. The experience is amazing and i will definitely come again.

This is one of the best car dealerships in Champaign, good client customer relationship, the staffs are very welcoming and ready to help you out with the best decision on what kind of car would be best for you, the prices of their cars are very affordable. I recommend them all day.

I went in needing a car due to mine unexpectedly dying. I was greeted by friendly professional staff that were genuine and very helpful. I walked away with a great car and an excellent experience. Will be back again for my car buying and highly recommend this place for anyone needing a new car

So. A couple a months ago I went to look at cars. And the very first car I went to test drive, was a 2014 Nissan Altima. It was okay. But had water damage on the inside. The person showing me the car didn t really verify if they d fix the issue, but did say that they d clean it. I start to drive the car, I turn right on Springfield. And literally at the light at Neil. The car stopped. It broke down. This was one of the worst experiences I had with test driving cars. They ended up having to pick me up. And took me back to the place. I test drove one more car, but the light was out. And afterwards it was just bad vibes. So I ended up leaving with nothing

I found a car I liked on their website. Called back and forth to determine that that vehicle was in good condition put a deposit on the car. When I drove 7 hours to get there, the car had numerous things wrong with it that I had asked about, check engine light was on (but not on the pics they sent me) , missing parts, looked bad under the hood, brakes squeaking, 'smoked in' stench. They did not fairly represent the condition of the car. when I put down the deposit now I am fighting them over my deposit. The owner admitted that the salesman did not know anything about cars. DO NOT BUY HERE!

This is a wonderful place to purchase a good exotic or conventional car. I love the staff they are very caring and concerned when it comes to a car purchase. Also I'm about to purchase my second car from them soon because of their friendly courtesy thank you guys for all the big n small helps. unfair and unjustly done by owner. Would not give full refund so I connect with my attorney and the BBB. Services is terrible but the employees are awesome. The dealer needs to take responsibility for mismanaging customers

I was skeptical about buying from this place but I did. We bought a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero. We drove the vehicle the very next day on vacation and exceeded the 500 mile warranty. All of a sudden there was a problem... Wheel speed sensor. And something with the transfer case selector.We took it in and Ameka the owner said he would fix it despite the warranty not being good anymore. Rick's mechanic shop is also owned by Ameka. They fixed our vehicle. Ameka and Bernie said they would make it right no matter what. And they have. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly.I will be buying all of my vehicles from them.
