Great, caring staff. My car was totaled by a family member at the house and I was upset about it. They were so nice and compassionate when I came to get my stuff out of it. They even offered to help me if I needed it because I couldn't get the stuff out before it was towed because I had broke my knee cap the day before my car was totaled. I also had a electric scooter platform off the back of it I couldn't get in my mother's car that day so I had to leave it. The day the wrecking company came to pick my car up Crash Champions was awesome and pulled it off for me and held it there until the next week until I was able to pick it up. Though they weren't able to fix my car I would still highly recommend them!

My husband and I are in our 70's and recently had a mishap in our car and suffered enough damage that we couldn't open the driver's door, so my husband couldn't exit the car. Having done business with Chris Tatman and Crash Champions before, we called them right away. They came out immediately to help us get the driver's door open and helped us arrange for a rental car, assuring us that they would have us up and running as soon as possible. And, that's exactly what they did! In just a little over a week, we had the car returned to us in beautiful shape. Chris and the team at Crash Champions are simply the best, they go above and beyond every single time we need them. I wish there was a way I could give them 10 stars!!

Title: Terrible Experience at Crash Champion Collision and RepairI recently had the unfortunate experience of using Crash Champion Collision and Repair for some auto body work, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to end. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism at this establishment is truly astounding.First off, the customer service was abysmal. The first time took my vehicle there to get a repair my insurance company covered the cost. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that my coin tray along with all the coins were stolen from my vehicle. I was flabbergasted. I should have reported it to my insurance company at the time. The owner kindly replaced my stolen item. A month later my vehicle was lightly struck on the same side with very little damage. This time I wanted to pay out of pocket because it appeared that the damage was less. I decided to return to have it repaired because of the professional service I received from the admin representative Jennifer. She treated me very well and was very apologetic during the first incident when items were stolen out of my vehicle. By the way I received two cheaper estimates from other repairs shops in the area. This visit was a headache. The estimate I received was twice as much as my first accident and I had less damage. Again I accepted the service noting that I will receive my vehicle within a week because I was told so. I gave a down payment to order any parts needed early. I was told to bring the vehicle back the following Monday and the vehicle would be ready before Friday. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and received a call on Wednesday saying that my vehicle will not be ready until Friday. So I had to extend my car rental costing me more money. I smelled something fishy coming just the way the serviceman spoke to me. He couldn't provide any reason for the delay nevertheless the delay was there problem not mine so they should have fixed it. It appeared they were moving the goal post after they made a commitment to me. So, Thursday comes and I recieved a call from the rookie serviceman telling me that they will not have the repair ready by the time proposed and that it will be ready before next Thursday. I was appalled. I stated! you promised me my car this Friday and now you are telling me next Thursday? I was furious.Over the phone the serviceman noted that I had saved money because no parts needed to be ordered. He also indicated that I will receive a discount. Well he lied on both accords.The following Wednesday I went to the shop to get a status check and I was told my vehicle will not be ready and he could not provide a time. Again that put a major strain on me because I needed my vehicle to attend a funeral and it was my main reason for bringing in the car early. So I had to extend my rental another week. Normally in a situation where I have been lied to and disrespected my actions would be different. I kept my composure and vowed to never use this company again. One thing I believe in is honesty, trustworthiness and accountability and this company has none.T e serviceman were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in helping me with my concerns. It was like pulling teeth just to get a simple update on the status of my vehicle.Furthermore, the quality of work done on my car was shockingly poor. The paint job was sloppy, and it was clear that no attention to detail was given during the repairs.To top it all off, the final bill I received was exorbitant, no discount was given for there time inaccuracy or accountability considering the subpar work that was done, the lying and the delay return of my vehicle. I left feeling utterly disappointed and ripped off.In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering Crash Champion Collision and Repair to steer clear and find a more reputable, trustworthy and competent auto body shop. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money by taking your business elsewhere. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. This will not be my last response.

Folks, this is a scam operation. I would never go near this place. This is how the scam works. The insurance company require you to take your car there or you will see no money. Than you will get an estimate so you think it will be fixed. But wait here comes the plot. They work for the insurance behalf and starting to add to the bill more items until the threshold is reached that your car will be classified as a total loss. The process is not transparent and very subjective without any proof how they come up with the numbers. Your car that you maintained for years that worth $10k has a $4000 repair and could not reach the 75% repair cost. So, they will play with the numbers until they can deemed your car to be a total loss. You will never drive your car away,. You will not able to finish the process. I realized too late that this people aren't really there to fix the car. Folks this is a scam and go someplace else.I will never go back.

I am more than pleased with the service I received from crash champions, formally known as service, King in Champaign IL! They handled my claim with such grace and understanding, and they cleaned my car before I got it back from them! If you re going to have someone repair your vehicle, definitely take it to crash champions! Shout out to Julio for your awesomeness!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had an accident and my car was not drivable. Service King sent a tow truck all the way out to Tuscola to pick up my car! They did a beautiful repair job. My car looks and drives like new and they made it so easy. It did take a long time for parts to come in but that was out of their control

I have been to Service King twice after being hit and they are always professional and go out of their way to help you. They get your car looking good and back on the road as soon as possible! They also stand by their lifetime warranty on their work, which is awesome! I cannot say good enough things about my recent experience with Shane Dittmar (manager) at Service King in Champaign, IL. He had my vehicle in their services within less than 24 hours, played a large hand in getting my rental car set up, and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. He and the crew there made this trying time quick and painless. Friendly, professional, and excellent service. My car looks brand new!

I really appreciate the employees at this shop. They were friendly and very professional. They had my car ready before the due date they provided even though they were short staffed. The work is excellent! The receptionist was the best!!!! I was referred to Service King through my insurance company. They advertise that they will make your car perfect. They were very efficient and responsive when I had a minor accident that required a whole new lift gate. After a few months, the new lift gate began to stick & wouldn t open properly. I contacted Service King, and they immediately had me come in, and quickly took care of the problem.They guarantee their repair for as long as you own the vehicle, and I have found them to be very friendly and helpful when I needed to go back for an adjustment. From Alex at the front desk to John Carmody, the service advisor, and the technician who worked on my car, I ve experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. I would have no problem referring them to someone else.

Had what I thought was a major issue with my vehicle turned into something simple and I can t thank them enough !!Amy & the manager there were super helpful , and extremely resourceful! After an unfortunate accident on campus a while back, the insurance company sent the car to Service King. The folks from Service King were wonderful. They called us regularly, and they sent us a text with updates. They promised the car by a certain date and it was ready right on time. When I found a minor issue with the repair, I took it back and they immediately set it right.Quite frankly, the car is in better shape now than I was before the accident!

Great experience. I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about. Maybe for the previous owner?Anyway, my car was rear-ended and USAA recommended Service King for repair and Enterprise on prospect for car. Enterprise was amazing. Service King was amazing. The car was flawless after the work was done. It was clean, inside and out. Overall it was a great experience. Service King texted me updates regularly, and Service King, USAA and Enterprise all communicated together perfectly. I didn't have to coordinate anything, it was a very easy process. Highly recommended!

I have to give a thumbs up to Shane Dittmar, the general manager in Champaign! He went above and beyond for me to make things right after I already picked my car up from their shop. His customer service was excellent! Thank you again Shane and a huge thanks who worked on detailing my car!

Way too expensive. They took a pictures of my car for estimate. Feel like they take the pictures and report you to carfax right away even if you have a dent in the car without any accident. I don't know why they need pictures of your whole car plates and vin number.. too intrusive too expensive. 1200 dollars for a dime size dent in the back of a car. They do not offer paintless dent repair.

I've used several Sevice King locations and I would highly recommend them. They are very friendly and thorough. They explain everything and keep you informed along the way. It makes a bad situation so much better!

Terrible experience with this company. What was supposed to take a short time to fix ended up with the shop holding our car for more than 16 days. They kept insisting for more money in order to make the repairs, and when it finally was returned, it was filthy both inside and out, with permanent stains on the interior. These people are extortionists and scammers - DO NOT take you car here for repairs.

Excellent experience! Took my car in on a Tuesday for an estimate, dropped it off Wednesday morning, and they had it done by Friday evening. This was a day EARLIER then they had thought. They took care of the supplemental charges with the insurance company, as well.

3 because customer service is very good. After the accident I noticed floorboards would get wet when it rained. Still having that issue. As well as some other issues involving my brakes. But the mechanic said it's not his problem because it's not a part of the accident so...

brought my car in to get it checked out for some weird noises, they had me in and out in under an hour and were able to fully fix my car, even fixed it on a different occasion when a deer ran into my car as well, great service overall

I had my van repaired there after my van was hit by another driver. It will be going back to their shop for more body repair to refix the work that was already done. All the parts have come off and looks like they were replaced with tape. I m sure they will take care of everything with no problem but it s just frustrating to have to take it back in there.

Terrible experience. Untrustworthy and unreliable. Gave us a quote, then asked for more money to the insurance company so the car is declared totaled and then returned the car to us unfixed with stains on the interior, dusty and oily interior (purposefully? I would doubt normally but don't know what to think here). Find an alternative.

This was some years ago, but since it did happen, and there was no excuse for it, here we go.I took my car there because my insurance company was footing the bill. Big mistake. They obtained a used and broken grill from a scrap yard or something, and installed that in my car. Needless to say, I don't care if they've "changed management" (according to an anonymous poster, which is probably them)...they were crooked as hell then, and I really doubt that's changed. Take your car there at your own peril.
