I had a tire with a leak plugged here. A few days later, the same tire got a sudden flat on the interstate. When changing the tire to a spare, one of the lugs sheared off do to it being over-torqued.In all, getting my tire "fixed" here resulted in having to obtain an emergency hotel stay, a new tire, and a lug nut replacement.

I was having car issues right before I had to drive over 100 miles, and they got me in the same day, no questions asked. They provided a shuttle to and from my doctor's appointment, and my car is running super smooth now! Thank you to the Clay Dooley team for taking care of me.

Although it took a little longer than expected, my Mustang GT Bullitt 2001 replacement clutch is smooth and car runs great. Price was quite reasonable, honest and even less than I expected. I also believe they found the vacuum leak coming from the right cylinder bank, as the the car runs smoother now between 1800-2100 RPM during shifts.

I had to go three days in a row to get my tire fixed. First time I went on Tuesday, I was there for like an hour. They patched it up and then the next morning my tire was deflated again. Went back for them to patch it up, which they did fairly quickly. Then the next morning the tire was deflated again and they finally replaced my tire. They gave me a discount on it which I appreciated but I was really annoyed having to go 3 days in a row to get my tire fixed.

A+. Reasons I keep coming back: better prices, good friendly customer service, good explanations, and good work. Recently had transmission and brake flush, and tire alignment and balancing. I ll gladly keep coming back here each time I m visiting family from out of town.

This is still bothering me several months later. I took my daughter s older BMW ( 01) to check out engine light. I was told intake manifold had to be replaced. And the car shouldn't even be on the road. Then the tech who looked at the car tried to sell me his junky toyota. I took car to dealer and a more reputable auto repair shop. Both read code. Problem was leak at dip stick shaft where meets engine block. Car is a great car!

I took my car to CTT to replace a tire that it was still under the warranty. Although I was initially told that I wasn't in their records, I insisted I had purchased the tires only a few months ago at their Urbana location, they checked and fortunately found my name. Between looking for my records and changing the tire, I was out there in about half an hour. The shop was clean, and they had coffee for their customers. I had called a couple of days earlier to request the tire I needed.

Ryan and the team at Clay Dooley took us in right away, addressed a loose brake caliper (bolt had come off) and charged us only for the part saying, We re not going to charge you just to tighten a bolt . We d just come into town to drop off our kid at the university and instead of having to stay overnight and spend potentially a lot of money on an unexpected repair - Ryan sent us back on the road in less than 30 mins. Good people and great service.

Had to change tires and do alignment. Very good alignment I didn t do there.They changed tires and did balancing. Next day I went to another place to doAlignment and guys from there said there is no use to do alignment cos one of your rims has two hard dents and so the tire has no balance obviously which causes vibration.So at this place no one even told me about such an obvious thing working with tires, they do service just to get money from you they don t care about quality.a guy at the reception was nice.ps. Guys called me and apologized sent me a gift card. Thanks for that. Give you one star back

Newest Edit 9/28/23:The manager Ryan and Stephanie (I think that s her name I m sorry) are absolutely awesome people that guarantee their work and customer service. They got our van back on the road and took care of us every step of the way. Thank y all again, we really appreciate you Clay Dooley fam!New Edit 9/13/23:Clay Dooley did a great job for my wife and I again on our 2016 Sienna starter replacement, we just need them to take another look at it because it sadly won t start after a few days out of the shop. I ll give another update when this goes well like I assume it will!Quick and great service, my wife and I will definitely call this place our new home for any maintenance from here on out!

I probably came at the worst time for the shop, but they still treated me and my car with excellent service for a decent price! One of their machines in the shop was out of order but they offered to send my car over to a different shop for them to fix my tire. It took a little longer than to be expected for a single tire repair (not their fault their machine broke) but they did it as fast as they could and I greatly appreciate that.Ryan at the front also did a great job being super helpful while at the same time managing the chaos of a broken machine in the shop!Service: Tires

Our Honda Odyssey developed an air leak in one of the tires while traveling on the interstate which forced us to spend the night in Champaign. When I saw the great Google reviews for Champaign True Tires I decided to take my chances, and am so glad I did. Despite my skeptical nature, I found the Google reviews to be completely accurate. This tire store is is nicely appointed, run very professionally, and a comfortable place to do business. They tended to my car quickly and fixed the tire for a fair price and without any pressure for additional purchases. My family and I were back on the road with far less delay and cost than I was fearing. I highly, highly recommend this tire store.

Always do a great job here, great customer service, and get you in and out quickly. Had an exhaust issue and also Needed a door part replaced yesterday and it was all done quickly and at a reasonable price. I ve been taking my car here since they opened this location in Champaign and I ve had nothing but wonderful service. I get all of my work done here and I wouldn t have it any other way. Everyone has been friendly, honest, and helpful. They do a great job and have fair prices without trying to make you get unneeded work. The workers here even have given me a heads up with photos for some major repairs I would need done in a few months time so I could plan accordingly and not be surprised with a huge unexpected bill.
