Isn't it weird that after Covid it's hard to find honest, capable people for the services that we need? If you need your car or truck serviced look no further than Champaign Ford City. Dan and Fleet (truck) Service at Ford City are top notch. They're knowledgeable, available and reasonably priced. If you need your vehicle serviced there's no better place than Ford City and Dan!

This has to be the most worthless place to buy a car and extended warranty. This place is a joke. They have done nothing to help my son who purchased a Mustang from them. The service department could not change a spark plug correctly. They keep his car for a month and had no idea what was wrong with it. Even after he told them what needed to be checked, they could not figure it out. He took it home and was able to fix it in about 3 hours. Now they are denying he has coverage at all because he had to put parts on it himself even though he used Ford parts. I will make sure everyone I know never purchases a vehicle from them. They are lucky he is a forgiving person or we would be taking this to court. They sold a warranty they are unable to honor. My name is on this vehicle as well but him does not want to waste his time on this any longer.

I just bought a truck from Chuck Collins as Ford City, and it was by far the best vehicle purchase I've experienced. I contacted them via the website as I live an hour and half away. Chuck contacted me and I sent my trade information and pics. They provided me with a very reasonable "out the door" estimate that I was happy with! My wife and I have a baby, so I told them I wanted to make my onsite as efficient as possible, and they did exactly that! We got there Saturday morning, the truck was ready to go, and they confirmed my trade in and gave me what they estimated. They quickly got the paperwork ready while getting car seat and personal items out of the my old truck. All the staff was nice and helpful, and Chuck was great to work with! Ford City will definitely be at the top of my list for my next vehicle!

We have the highest of praise for Campaign Ford City from sales to finance to service. We were 200 miles from home and had an unexpected major breakdown with our former car resulting in need for a trade. From our sales associate, Noble, who warmly greeted us and is extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and able to quickly and accurately assess our needs--to the Sales Director, Dean, who knows cars inside out and wasn't afraid to crawl into the engine of our damaged car--to John, Finance Manager, who had the best options and made the process quick, easy and enjoyable--to their Service Dept who did a great job finding and fixing a quick warranty repair needed--to Larry, who picked up and delivered our car for the service. The honesty, integrity, kindness and professionalism here has exceeded any other car experience we've had in decades of driving! We'll be lifelong customers because 200 miles is a short drive for this kind of experience!!

First I shall say I couldn t believe it happened at first, right out of training for the army I bought my mustang from Champaign Ford city my experience was awesome, I worked with Levi on this deal and he made it VERY easy and just made the experience simple, within an hour or so tops, I was leaving with my new ride, when it s time to upgrade to the GT, I know I m going to be working with these guys again!! Great people

absolutely without a doubt the best dealership I ve ever dealt with. I have bought multiple vehicles from Ford City and the experience has always been nothing but amazing. I recently purchased a 2023 Ford bronco (black diamond) and was given an amazing deal . In the past I have purchased two brand new mustang Shelby GT 500s.(both at MSRP) 3 super duty pick up trucks and a Ford explorer. The sales team and management support are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and have made every buying experience a great one that I ll never forget.if you are in the market for a new Ford product. I highly recommend them.

I had a very satisfying experience in purchasing my 2024 escape.I was in and out of the dealership in about 25 minutes. Nobel our sales associate was very friendly and courteous during the whole process. If your out for a new or used car come in to Champaign Ford City and ask for Nobel.

I worked with Noble to find my new (beautiful) vehicle. From the initial conversation to the test drives to the number crunching, Noble was patient, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Could not have asked for better service. Also had a great interaction with Zach in the finance department. He made sure I understood what was being offered and even tailored the coverage options so I didn t pay for something I didn t / wouldn t need.

Drove from St Louis to look at an F-150 from Johnathan. Before making the 3+ hour drive, I asked him about the condition of the vehicle, made sure it wasn t a smokers car, etc. and then told him when we would be there. Upon arrival, Johnathan had the vehicle pulled up for us. After a test drive and brief number discussion, we chose to buy and couldn t be happier with our experience. They locked us in at a great finance rate and had us out of there quickly. (We had to make it back for a hockey game.) Great stand up guy and dealership, thank you again Jonathan and the Team at Champaign Ford for helping us with our purchase.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and stopped by Champaign Ford City.I looked over several models of Broncos and Explorers.My salesman Noble Griffin, no relation to Peter Griffin, showed me the vehicles and after several months I ended up purchasing a new two door Big Bend Bronco along with a 2024 Escape for my wife.We were impressed with the overall process and would recommend anyone to Champaign Ford City.And thank you Noble for all your patience and hard work.

Not thrilled with there service department. I purchased my 2016 mustang gt there little over 2 years ago with extended warranty. I took it back with misfire codes. They put coils on it under warranty but still paid for install of spark what ever. Then pick it up driving to taylorville over an hour drive but only make it to Monticello before starts throwing misfire codes again take it back wait about a month finally started calling and then they say can't figure it out. Then the next day within three hours I had it fixed with a friend intake manifold what good that warranty has done me!

Champaign Ford City is fortunate to have Lauren, Service Writer, and Pat Dunn, manager. These women are the definition of what exceptional customer service should be. I did not have an appointment, but needed vehicle attention for an important issue that happened unexpectedly. Lauren made things happen. She knows how to listen and gets things done quickly. Pat has over 30 years of experience in this industry. She is sincerely interested in listening and taking care of customers. I consider myself lucky to have interacted with Lauren and Pat.

Incredibly unimpressed. Booked an appt for my engine light being on, called two days before just to confirm, it was confirmed. I received a phone call less than 24 hours before my appt in which they told me they are behind and tried to reschedule it for 16 days later. I explained that my engine light was on and my car was having trouble starting after getting gas and I was worried it might not start the next time and they said they "might" be able to get to it if I could leave it with them for several days. I explained that this was our only car and that was not feasible. They had no other solutions for us so I told them I would take my business elsewhere.

I had a unfortunate incident with the Fleet Services department but it was handled with honesty and professionalism in a very timely manner. The Fleet Service department was taking care of some warranty work on my brand new RV and the lift system scrapped down the side of the RV tearing off the decal package on a portion of the driver's side. Once it was discovered what had happened Dan Sears, the service manager, handled everything as I had hoped and expected. The repair was not inexpensive but Dan, myself, and a local company worked to resolve the issue. Dan provided direct payment to the local company very quickly once we had the proper decals with no questions asked. I was very thankful for his integrity and professionalism to fix the problem. These days it is hard to come by. Thank you Dan and Ford City.

Javier was amazing in the service dept. He helped when i brought in the car with the issues to try to at least close the moon roof that wouldnt close in mid winter. He then book my appt and not only had my car back to me in a couple days but was able to get it covered thru my warrenty. Extremely positive experience!!

This was the first vehicle we had purchased over the phone. From the first call I made to them about the vehicle I saw online, to the very end when we drove away in said vehicle. The team at Ford City are rare as can be. We worked with our representative (did not act like a salesman) Josh and Zach for the numbers. They were able to answer every question with honesty and pride that they were doing a good job assisting us with a decision. They never pushed or assumed anything. I was very confident in my decision to be able to in good conscious, purchase a vehicle over the phone and digitally. The pickup process was effortless and fun. We can't wait to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. 5 star people and dealer.

First time financing a vehicle. Bought a Ford Fusion 2020 Titanium. Josh was swift and professional when it came to answering any of my questions and clarifying what the finances would look like. We agreed that it would be 60 months to finance the vehicle at a particular price. As I went through the paperwork with Zack or Zach, can t really remember. I was under the impression that I would be getting a 3 year warranty under 36000 miles on my new vehicle for an extra 20 dollars or so on top of the original price I had spoke with Josh about over the phone for 60 months.This was the impression I had. And what I expected coming into purchasing this car.When I got to some of the last few signatures on the software, I noticed that it was ACTUALLY for 72 months instead of the 60 months we had agreed to and talked on the phone about . Turns out this warranty tacked on a few thousand dollars or so. This bargain warranty was nothing short of ostensible.Chicanery I thought. So I was about to walk out with my 33% down payment, but after some frantic calls back and forth with the bank and the removal of this warranty(the option without the warranty add ons happened to be the most unnoticeable option you could select on the software), I ended up getting the price that Josh and I agreed to on the phone for 60 months.The sales process on Josh s side? Fantastic! The car I got? Unequivocally one of the best deals I could find. The overall financial process on Zack s side? EGREGIOUS!!!

We had a wonderful experience buying our Ford Escape. The sales team was great, not pushy at all but very helpful and quick to respond. Johnathan and Levi were super as was Jim in finance. I recently purchased a new 2023 Bronco and had the best service possible. I worked with Salesman Josh, Sales Manager Dean, and Finance Specialist Zach. Josh's consistent, excellent communication, personality, and motivation to work with me was outstanding. I live over 3 hours away and he helped me get all the necessary paperwork completed prior to me getting there so all I had to do was test drive and sign. Dean was incredibly helpful in explaining some changes Ford had made by having the ability to register and title vehicles. I appreciate the fact he focused his attention on me when negotiating prices and explaining anything else I had questions on. When doing paperwork with Zach, he made the process as quick and painless as possible. He explained all the warranties and did not push me to get any if I did not want to. The entire team was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate the fact I was in and out in record timing (which felt like just over an hour) and I did not feel pressured to settle or get anything I did not want to. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had!

I brought my 2014 ford fusion in for recall . It wasn't having problems but figured why not they'll pay for it to be fixed . Study mistake I've made since I've owned it . Their is a massif plug blown out I know about that but I just put duct tape over it because otherwise it causes a misfire on cylinder 4 . So I told them please just leave it . They pulled it off really not that big a deal recapture my car runs like garbage without it until I put a new one on . But I also got into my car and found a larger 4 inch tear in my leather seat . Do imma contact them but probably nothing will come from it because I didn't notice until after I left

We dropped off our Mustang for a new set of tires and an alignment. Our morning schedule was fairly tight, and they went the extra mile to accommodate and help us make it to work on time with a loaner vehicle. The tires were cheaper through Champaign Ford City than they were online at my preferred discount retailers! They also attempted to adjust the alignment to my specifications and were very understanding. To top it all off, they told us about a $100 tire rebate through Ford, which we were approved for. I ve been skeptical of dealerships my whole life, but Champaign Ford City is doing a great job making me reconsider.
