We live near the Chicago area and contacted them to confirm the car was available before the two hour drive. We were extended the greatest courtesy and the best customer service throughout the whole process, including financing! Professional, courteous, respectful, and honest. I ran into a problem with my company vehicle Jeep on a work trip, I was three hours away from home. I knew I would not get same day service, but I stopped in first thing at 7:30A.M. to talk to someone from service. I am not sure of the name of the gentleman I spoke to, but he quickly gave me a diagnosis, assured me it was safe to travel home and recommended I take it to my local dealership when I got home. I made it back home safely. They could have easily dismissed me, an out-of-towner who was not on their schedule, but they didn't. Thank You!

Drove up from mid-Missouri, bought a car. Was in and out in literally 20 mins. Stopped at Pizza Ranch in Springfield on the way back. Easiest buying experience I have ever had. They are great and have a super coordinated operation. Great service(not talking about Pizza Ranch).

Went in on a whim to look at what was in the lot. Fell in love with a Jeep at first sight! Sean was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Was obvious that he really knew I wanted it and was willing to help however he could. He answered lots of questions and took the time to show me all the bells and whistles. Thank you, Sean! You rock!Shout out to the amazing general manager and wonderful finance manager who helped make this deal happen.

Went up in there today, to look at valuable vehicles that was introduced to me. They offer me to do a trade-in told me some completely different over the phone when I was offered a trade-in. When it came down to business, they wanted to give me less for my trade in for my car when I good as price from a different dealer company as we proceeded to continue talking about business, they didn t even want to try to honor what I wanted they pretty much wanted me to take what they want that was not valuable for my car which was $1000 and I got offered more from a different dealership. I didn t like the fact that they were trying to force me, or try to persuade me to sell my car for less But wanted a high car note on the value of a 2019 jeep grand Cherokee that had a lot of mileage on it. I didn t appreciate how the business was run and I didn t appreciate how they wasn t trying to negotiate with me. I took my business elsewhere and got me a 2019 Nissan rogue with 22,000 miles on the dashboard and left with a car note that was 415 car note I didn t even have to put anything down. All I did was trade a 2014 Chrysler 200 C touring please don t do business with them. They ll tell you one thing and turn around try to cheat you out your business

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When we picked it up smelled like engine oil. Smell got worse. Drove about 3 miles, stopped and popped the hood. Smoke rolled out. Interior smells awful.

Best service department experience in a car dealership. I recognized Randy from my previous visit (which was over a year ago, so I assume they are treating him right to retain his loyalty). Randy is friendly, polite, intelligent, and welcoming. His communication skills are excellent. I observed that he goes above and beyond expectations to provide a stress-free experience. Thank you!

We went in there with small hope of getting something. But the sales team worked extremely hard and got us in a SUV today. They were all very welcoming and really did go out of their way to help us out. We will definitely be going back in 4 years to upgrade!

Very professional staff, definitely took care of our wants and needs. Walked out with a better car than we expected, we will definitely be back when we are ready for something fresh again. Attention customers!!! Beware of these hoax dealership, few weeks back my Chrysler Sebring convertible (75k driven) stopped working. Overall condition of my car was excellent, with the ray of hope I towed it to these very well-known car dealership in town, they checked my car and charged me 130 dollars / hour, but couldn t reached to any conclusion and told that my car engine timing belt has been broken, and probably because of zero tolerance engine, it might have affected the car engine badly, and suggested to replace the engine which would costed more than 9000 dollars. After spending 700 dollars just on diagnostics, these people could only reach to one conclusion replace engine .Devastated by this, I had to sell my call at junkyard price and was purchased by a mechanic, after few hours I got a call from that mechanic, that he drove 60 miles with my Chrysler Sebring, and he told me that he just replaced front exhaust can which cost him 22 dollars in parts and one hour of labor.I lost my car as I relied on these car mechanics hoaxes , who claim to be the best dealers in the city, but seriously doesn t know anything about car fixing OR did they do this intentionally?Moral of the story: Never rely on such big car mechanics/dealers, who are in this business just to loot you !!!I did not just lost my car , but lost my trust on these people!!!

I originally dropped my car off for a warranty and was told that I could pick it up within four days and they confirmed that all repairs would be covered under warranty at no expense to me. They were incorrect about that timeframe and then told me I would have to wait another week. When I called the next week they told me I could pick it up Wednesday, when that day came around they told me they would call me with information. I never received their call. The next day I called in and they told me to continue with the warranty which they already agreed to it would cost me $1300.00. they claimed that the previous dealership did not install the part correctly and that I would have to pay. They were extorting me for money, luckily the other dealership was tremendously helpful and is currently in a legal battle with hendershop Chrysler. The service manager during this process lied to the other dealership saying that I had approved the repairs which I absolutely did not. It was the worst business experience I've ever had in my entire life. They lied to me, lied about me, and attempted to extort me for money. I would recommend finding another place to get service done. These people are unreliable, and are very willing to lie in an attempt to squeeze as much money out of people as possible. This whole experience has ended having to be taken to court. Absolutely awful and spineless what they attempted to do to me. Not only that but not once did they offer me another car to drive while they had mine for two weeks and also they did not once apologize for the trauma that they put myself and my family through. I am truly disgusted at how dishonest they have been. They will continue to try and scam people, please help yourself and go elsewhere.

Went to service this morning without an appointment. One of my tires was not holding air; I couldn t find the nail at home though. At first, I was informed they didn t have any technicians available because the amount of cars they had already and they couldn t take anymore. A technician came up though and said he d take a look real quick. He found the nail and fixed my tire within 15 minutes then Randy said don t worry about the charge. To top it off, the staff was so kind to my kids and gave them a cute little duck toy. I cannot thank you enough for the kind gesture this morning! I will be loyal to getting my services done here because of the kindness shown this morning. Sadly, it is so rare to have these type of encounters these days. Thank you guys!

I will never take my car to this place again. Service manager told me how he makes the warranty company fix things that don t need to be fixed. They tore my engine down then the warranty company decided not to fix anything and I was stuck with the bill. Also they didn t cover the rental. as a customer I had to pay for everything out of pocket then I was told it would be done they started getting a call every day to reschedule when it would be finished.

The service experience was amazing! I came in to get service for my Jeep and was unknowing of the causes. Honestly, I just bought the Jeep and didn t know how to function some of the features and they took the time out to teach me how to work them. They really made my experience a breeze. Communication was outstanding during servicing and they team fixed the problem by greeting me with a happy birthday. Thanks again guys, gratitude !

I came to this dealership 8 years ago and the service was awful. Fortunately, there is a new family ownership and they are so great. Very personal, honest. No games. One of the easiest car buying experiences I ve ever had.

Absolutely, by far the worst service department in the area. Had my brand new Renegade in for an apparent electrical issue, was told it was some lose wires. Then they call and tell me this will not be covered under warranty because they "believe" someone vandalized the car. When confronted in person, they are only speculating as that is what the technician told them. When I asked for a write up of their findings there is no mention of any vandalism only what they found is wrong that they left unfixed. I would highly recommend everyone go somewhere that is more trustworthy or do their due diligence that just buying what these people are spewing.

I bought a car and within 24 hours had a check engine light on. Champaign Chrysler squeezed me in and did a full write up the next day for me. They were so helpful and friendly. Nice to have someone there in your time of need.

This by far was the easiest, most stress free, and pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Devin T was our salesperson and he was amazing. He listened to what we needed and made it happen. The finance manager was a blessing as well. There was absolutely no beating around the bush nor trying to put us in a vehicle we did not want. I cannot praise them enough and they will have our future business.
