I shouldn't even be required to put a star. I recently purchased a mitshubishi endevor from him for me and my 3 year old daughter. He acted and spoke so professionally and honest I thought theres no way this guy is going to sell me a bad car. I Had to replace breaks 4 days after getting it. Placed brand new tires on it. It had a driver side leak that was causing mold to grow all over and just the other day I was on the highway when the transmission blew up. Ive been trying to find a contact number for him and can not. Which after reading these posts I doubt it would help my current stranded situation and job loss. Thanks Marty.

Marty gives a great sales pitch and comes off as an honest guy, which is why I bought from them. He is a liar and does not follow through. He told me that he would pay the sales tax from anyone coming from out of town. He only paid part of it. He told me that he wasn't sure if I could transfer my plates from my truck to an SUV, and I paid more for new ones. What shows up in the mail? Truck plates (to be honest, this was more incompetent than anything). The check engine light came on while driving home. The 4wd broke (which they claimed to have just fixed). I researched it and found that the vacuum line on the actuator switch was not attached. I then got to replace a control module and I was over 400 dollars in to fixing what their mechanic didn't.Not only that, it hesitates badly when it is first started. It might be the mass air flow sensor but it is a serious problem. When I looked at the car, it was nice and warmed up for me, the deceitful SOB. I didn't check the oil because I assumed this had been changed with all of the "work" that had been done and it was 2 quarts low and filthy. When I told Marty about this, he claimed to be sick and bedridden (which is why he had not been returning my calls or texts) and that an oil change would cost me $39.Lastly, the radio was broken when I test drove it. Marty assured me that it was just disabled as a security measure from the battery being unhooked and it could be reset with a code. He said he would even pay to have a new factory radio put in. There was no follow up on this, and I ended up putting a new one from crutchfield in myself (cost me another hundred bucks). This guy has no integrity and you would be out of your mind to buy from a sleazeball like this. Go somewhere else!

Sold me a car that the entire frame and cradle was rusted.out. was told my two different mechanics that the car was unsafe to drive. Presented the suv as low mileage and barely driven. When confronted said he would help then didn't hear from him again.

I was looking at a car on Craigslist advertised as for sale by private owner. I told them it was dishonest to misrepresent themselves that way because they are a dealership. They cussed me out, I couldn't believe it. THIS IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS. LIARS. BEWARE.

I will never do business with this dealer again, and you shouldn't either.I bought a truck from him. Within seven months I've had to replace the fuel pump, the starter, and the battery. He told me he'd take it to another repair shop with alignment equipment to fix the very severe pull to the left I noticed on the test drive. When I picked it up from him, it hadn't changed at all.Just this past week I noticed the fuel tank is leaking. The week before that the door quit shutting. It won't latch unless you pull the door upward as you close it (difficult to say the least).I feel I was taken advantage of and sold a vehicle with known problems.Do not buy anything from this business.

They sell lemons, end of story. Don't buy unless you want to get ripped off. Dealer said I should pay for the bed supports being rusted out even though it was pre-existing damage and I've had the vehicle for less than 4 days, bottom line, they failed to inform me of the damages and insists on not paying the full amount which is over $5K to repair. Filed with BBB and IL Attorney General hoping I get my money back. They are lucky Google gives a minimum of 1 star otherwise my rating would be negative stars!

Tried calling for information about a car for sale on Craigslist. No answer. I decided to leave a text message. I did get a text back from a different number. I asked several questions about the car. I asked about it mechanically and I was told that it was purchase from the Buick dealer in Lincoln and that it was sold to them because the Buick dealer doesn't sell cars on their lot for under $10,000. I then got on the dealership website and saw that the Buick dealership did In fact have numerous car listed for sale under $10,000. I responded with the fact that I had been in the car dealership industry for several years and that the car with problems were sold. I also told them that I looked on the Buick website and saw car listed for under that price. I mistakenly thought I might get a text back with information saying they may have fixed a problem. Instead the owner, Marty, called me and professed his reliability and outstanding reputation by yelling at me over the phone. He yelled how dare I make accusations and was incredibly rude. He did end the phone call by hanging up on me. If anyone feels the need to buy a car from this man or have work done I suggest you think twice. He is the appitomy of unprofessional. Having a conversation like an adult would have been expected. Instead I got a very unprofessional, belligerent jack wagon screaming at me on the phone.Below are the copied text messages between the secretary at this business and myself.Sec- Bumper to Bumper Auto Repair... And it was a trade in at Xxxxx Buick in Lincoln.... We just buy their trade ins because they don't sell cars under $10000Me- How is it mechanically? We live an hour away. Want to make sure it's worth my drive.Sec- It runs great!!! We also have a one year 50/50 warranty at no extra cost if that helps your decision any!Me- What are your hours? I will talk it over with my husband before deciding whether or not to come look at itSec- We are open til 5.. But we can make appointments for whenever you want/need to come.. If you wanted to come later than 5 then we can definitely arrange something for you :)Me- Ok thank you. Btw I looked at Buick dealer website. They have several cars listed for under 10k. I was in the car business for several years. Makes me think something is wrong with it for them to sell it.Sec- Okay like I said, your decision :) have a good day!Me- Thank youInsert Marty's yelling unprofessional phone call here.My text back to the secretaryMe- My text message was intended for more mechanical information about the vehicle. When I worked in the dealerships cars that had trouble were sold. Other dealers would fix them. I was assuming I would get a response about a repair that was made. By no means was I trying to upset you and I think your boss calling me with his attitude was unwarranted. That's the problem with texting. Had we been in the phone you would have known that I had no accusations behind it. I will apologize to you if I upset you. Those were not my intentions. As far as your boss goes.... To call me with that kind of attitude and not have a discussion like an adult towards a potential customer is ridiculous. Have a nice day

Marty the owner harassed my aunt after she looked at a truck. He verbally threatened her and actually said "I hope you burn in hell" along with other inappropriate remarks. I would recommend none do buisness with him. Not only will he try to rip you off but if your smart enough not to fall for it he will threaten you.

This guy Marty posed as a private owner, had me come to his mothers house. Bought the car and later he harrassed me and my boyfriend. Barely had the car 6 months and it died in the middle of an intersection. He is a goul human and deserves all the bad karma he has coming to him!

Dont buy from here. Super shady dealership. Sells lemons. Sold us a car that started messing up on way home. Took into another dealership and found tons of things wrong with it. Turns out the check engine light bulb was conveniently broke thats why it wasnt on.

**Update** I took this vehicle to a GM Dealership and they discovered evidence of the dash lights being tampered with. Specifically, the Check Engine and ABS Lights were removed.Bought a used car from these people in June 2014 with a 50/50 warranty (no markup on parts, 50% of labor).6 months later in December the car needs a new engine. Called about the warranty and the unprofessional owner wants me to find the engine and do all the legwork.Worst kind of car dealer.I took the warranty in case of something like this happening, and now he is continuing to make it my problem.I wish I never bought a vehicle from them.
