This was my first time having to visit a collision center and Caliber provided an amazing experience. The woman working the front desk was extremely helpful and Doug, who worked on my claim took excellent care of me and went the extra mile. I will use Caliber for any future work I need!

Caliber Collision did an awesome job on the repairs to my car. The repairs literally made it look like it did the day I bought it! Doug Kerans updated me throughout the entire process and was very professional and helpful from the moment I walked in the door, until I picked up my car. He even helped me obtain a rental car. Terra was super sweet and was willing to do whatever she could to handle any insurance issues or problems from the other insurance company (other person at fault). Good customer service is hard to find these days. Every single person I spoke with went above & beyond to help out. Everyone was super nice, extremely professional, they offered suggestions and helped me out as well. If I ever need these types of repairs again, I will definitely be returning to Caliber. They truly take pride in what they do.

Had a good experience here. Everyone was friendly and courteous. My car ended up being a pretty easy fix so they didn t even charge me. Would recommend!

These guys kept me inform the entire time. There wasn't a time that I didn't have to call and ask "What's going on with my car?" The best thing about my experience, is that my car was estimated to be done by 10/30 and I got it back 3 days later. Car is running good and it looks good!.... Customer service was on point. I'm wondering why I haven't seen a commercial for these guys. Everyone needs to know about Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

I was very happy with my service. The overall turnaround was less than two weeks, and when I picked up my car, it was cleaner than how I left it. Lol.

Every person that I worked with to get my car fixed did amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in perfect condition. My break light ended up going out by the time I picked up my car. This incident was not their fault but they fixed it anyway. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

My experience with Caliber Collision was great! The staff were all helpful and friendly. They made the process very easy and smooth from start to finish. They kept me updated on the status of my repair with text alerts which was very appreciated. The work that they did on vehicle was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My insurance gave me this business as one of the options to fix my car & I am so very happy I chose Caliber Collision. They have excellent customer service & they restored the body to my vehicle as if I just purchased it brand new. I was in an accident about a month ago with some body damage to the left front of my vehicle. I decided to go with Caliber based on positive Google reviews. When I dropped my car off, the person at the front desk was very kind and set up transportation to Enterprise to pick up my rental. After waiting on hold for a while, he told me they would take me there if he wasn t able to get ahold of anyone. In the meantime, a man walked out to my car with me to go over the damage, what he believed would need to be done, and a timeline for everything. By the time I got back inside, someone from Enterprise was there waiting for me to take me to my rental.While my vehicle was in the shop, I got routine text updates on the status. These updates were also communicated to the insurance company and Enterprise so that everyone was on the same page.My vehicle was done on time and looks amazing. They truly did a wonderful job with the repairs and restoring it to how it looked before the accident. They even cleaned it inside and out prior to pickup. I was also able to leave my rental car with them instead of having to drop it off at enterprise and find transportation back to Caliber. I seldomly write reviews, but I m highly satisfied with this whole experience from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone needing quality body work. Everyone I encountered was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Communication was superb. They took care of everything and made the experience seamless and stress free.

Everyone I talked to was so nice and understanding. Chris & Isaiah were very kind and kept me up to date with everything. Rufus was a huge highlight for my time there. My rental place wasn't picking me up so he helped me put all my heavy bags on and off the truck and dropped me off at the rental place. He even drove back to give me my keys. He was so sweet and made me feel cared for. I will definitely go to these guys again!Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision was able to complete all of the repairs in exactly one month. I received frequent updates about my vehicle, and everyone there was always willing to answer any questions. Excellent customer service! Was informed of my vehicle status and estimated repair completion date throughout the process. They do excellent work and my vehicle looks brand new! Just like it did when I first bought it. Would definitely go back in the future if repair work is ever needed.

I worked with Herk and I cannot recommend him enough! I had a great experience. They got me in a month or more earlier than other shops I called, the hard-to-match paint was perfectly blended, my car was done just when they said it would be and they worked with my insurance so it was an easy process. The car looks new again. Herk is a super friendly, funny guy and when I noticed a scuff I went back and he took care of it on-the-spot in 10 minutes or less. I probably didn't even need to go back but I'm very picky and demand perfection - and they delivered. Great place!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision shop was too busy - waited over a month to even get an appointment than they took over 2 weeks to complete repair of minor body damage. Final bill was over $900 more than original estimate. I felt just another number in their assembly-line. Average to poor communication. They left oil type spill on my floor mat. Didn't return to resolve as pretty sure they would not have time. I would not recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was the most professional, courteous, and respectful customer service I ever had."Chris Tatman communicated with the insurance, arranged a rental with Hertz, and made sure all repairs and paperwork were taken care of by the time my Prius was ready. He took all the stress out of the situation. Julio was also very nice while recording damage and then showing us the repairs. We are lucky to have a business like this in Champaign. I had a bumper that needed repair. They gave a quick estimate when I walked in and I was able to get in for a repair within 2 weeks. They worked directly with State Farm and communication was very good. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
