Had my car aligned and bought a new rim. Left the shop and lost a hubcap almost immediately. I reported this to them and was simply told sometimes aftermarket hubcaps won t stay on replacement rims! No offer to replace. So I m out the $40.

Had the best experience here. Found the problem and solved it quickly at a great price. They also recommended Crawford transmission to my person for the transmission in his truck and that also went great! Thanks Beaumont!

I've owned cars for the past 55yrs and I've dealt with many different Auto Repair Shops. When I first went to Beaumont many years ago, I have to say I've never felt so confortable and secure as I do with them. I've had work done on my car and I've purchased a couple sets of Tires. I've NEVER had to return for the same problem, because it was done right the first time.. They may not be the best in Champaign- Urbana, but they're the Best I found, and trust me, I've been to many includung a few dealerships.. They're honest and they get the work done right..

Had several repairs done on my Corolla yesterday. My car is now running like a dream, highly recommend, salt of the earth people, done in a timely manner. Basically an all around good experience and I really appreciate the job they did! Thanks guys

We worked with Mark and he was an excellent representative for the company. They correctly diagnosed the problem as being a defective timing chain, which seemed improbable on a relatively low mileage car, and recommended we take it to the dealer to have it repaired under warranty. The dealer confirmed Beaumont's diagnosis and covered the very expensive repair under warranty. So, honest, ethical, and correct service. The trifecta! I highly recommend Beaumont.

Very pleasant to deal with ... Did an inspection and said it wasn't in need of an alignment yet ...Recommended bringing car back after brand new tires had a 1,000 miles on them so they could check the tread wear on it to confirm it didn't need an alignment when I brought it in.Beaumont's came highly recommended and I can see why! They were very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop as they worked on my car!

I had heard great things about Beaumont Alignment for years. When I bent my tie rods, they fixed it up right. They are super friendly and professional. Repair completed in a fraction of the time I had expected. Reasonable price.I will certainly trust them with any problem I have that is in their menu of services.Thanks so much ya'll!

They were extremely helpful and kind! They were able to diagnose my car in 30 minutes. They made a referral to another location to make the changes as it will be most cost efficient for me. They could have done the work themselves but it would have been much more expensive. I greatly appreciate this! Many of my co-workers have also relied on them and had great experiences. Highly recommend and I will be going back!

I recently fixed alignment of my vehicle at this place. They charged me almost $900 and replaced control arm. Last week while driving, the driver s side front tire fell off while driving. I am certain that they didn t do their job properly. This could be a fatal accident.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Kane Beaumont is a friendly, honest, hard working guy who gets dirty with the rest of his crew and sets high standards. He helped me out last summer when my Prius was giving me the "red triangle of death" and charged me next to nothing. That's when I decided where my next set of tires would come from. Dennis helped me research the best tires for my Highlander and gave me price quotes on any and all that interested me. Had the tires installed today, price was exactly as quoted. They also let me know the status of my front brakes (down to 15%) with no pressure to purchase from them. They also could have sold me an alignment (I thought I'd need one) but told me it was all good "as is." Will be back for the first of my free lifetime rotation/balance in 5000 miles, and for brakes when needed. We are fortunate in C-U to have several independent auto repair and maintenance businesses operated with integrity and expertise.I can highly recommend Beaumont Alignment as one of the very best.

I was pleasantly pleased they were able to fit me into schedule. Professional experience during entire visit. I had to wait hour due to tow truck schedule. The waiting area was comfortable, clean & able to social distance safely.

I chose this place because of the reviews around its honest business practices and I experienced this when I took my car in. I took my car in there thinking I messed up my clutch rotor because I had a rattling when I drove. Turns out, I just had a loose plastic heat plate under my car that needed to be rescrewed . When I embarrassingly told people about how simple my car issue was, their immediate response was "Wow, what honest work. They could have easily pulled a fast one and charged you way more for a 'clutch rotor issue.'"Overall, I highly recommend and would come back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have used these guys to install several sets of tires I bought in the past 5 years ... via TireRack.com, since they are a TireRack licensed installer. In 2020, they replaced my front brakes and today they did the back brakes on my 2010 Hyundai Genesis. They do great work and their estimates are on the money. I called Mark about my steering shaft, control arms and alignment. I was a bit irritated the drive shaft boot was loose. They noticed a crack in my oil pan, but wouldnt patch it either. They offered me no short cuts, improvisation or budget friendly service.( if you can t duck it )There was an excessive increase in the price for the replacement of some lug nuts, i did not get my car back with enough brake fluid either which I would have appreciated. They were professional and punctual.

Mark was very professional. He called to let me know what needed to be done, how much it would be, and when it would be done. He called when it was done like he said he would. It is difficult to find a repair shop that is courteous, informative, and does what they say they are going to do. I would suggest if you are not happy with who your repair person is give Kane and his crew a try. I have known them for more then 20 years. I use them for alignment primarily . Only because I am a repair shop myself but I dont do alignment. However I have seen some of the other work they do and how they treat customers. They are awesome

Great car service! Had a flat tire, brought car in, and they got it fixed same day even when they have a busy schedule. The price is also reasonable. Very good business!

Great service. I have had two vehicles serviced here many times. I give them my unreserved recommendation. They will refuse to do unneeded service, unlike less reputable auto maintenance shops. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to send a friend or a family member here for service. You could do much worse in this town if you are looking for a good mechanic.

It took over a week to get my car parts,almost another week to get car in to get fixed then after its done I find out the wrong part was originally ordered! So they found the part needed in town the same day..only good thing was the bill was less than I thought it would be

Spent $1200+ not even a year ago. I had a flat last night get my spare on. Go in this morning to see if they can patch it. Wont even look at it. They say they are booked up for at least the next 2 days. Really feel like all they cared about was getting my money on the original sale now could care less.Update: Kane called this evening. I could tell this did not set well with him. Kane calling makes it a little better however. I still have to get new tires and I have been down for over a day now. I guess that isnt his fault.

The Beaumont team has always been good to us. We take multiple company vehicles there. Recently, my daughter's car needed transmission work and was only in town for a few days. They worked late to get the job done right. Never disappointed.

Kane Beaumont is an honest, skilled mechanic and an all-around nice guy. They stand behind their work, and their prices are extremely reasonable. They don't have a shuttle service, but it's worth it on the price to arrange a ride or bring a book to read (or your laptop -- they have free WI-FI).

I give them four stars because they're the only place in town that can work on my lowered Infiniti G37 that I know of. I don't need a mechanic I just get my car aligned when it needs it they seem to be reasonable and knowledgeable.

Started coming here based on the recommendations of co-workers. Since then, I've had multiple sets of tires mounted, and they're always in balance and have never had a damaged wheel.Edit 12/7/18: I used Beaumont again when I damaged a wheel. All the work was great as usual, but one thing really stood out. The replacement wheel was the same style, but the manufacturer's logo on the center cap was different. Without me even asking, they removed the center cap from the damaged wheel and used it on the new wheel so all 4 matched. It's this attention to a detail that no one besides me would ever notice that sets apart their work.
