My car had an issue that 2 other mechanics were unable to determine. Brandon is Amazing, he was able to diagnose the issue and repair it. The repair was reasonably priced and I am mobile again thanks to B & B Automotive. I would Highly Recommend to anyone needing a knowledgeable mechanic.

Was able to set an appointment right away and the service done to my car was quick. Customer service is great! Five Stars all around! Easy to schedule and finished repairs the same day. Brandon was very reasonable and didn t overcharge or try to take advantage.

My fiancee took our car here for a simple oil change. It ended up breaking down. We took it elsewhere to see what was wrong. The first thing I got asked when the mechanic called was if the car had an oil change recently. Apparently the wrong sized filter was put back one which in turn messed with the pressure. So, either BB is careless and this was a mistake that cost more money or it was intentional so we'd bring it back for more work.Service: Oil change

I am an international student at UIUC. I have several experiences with other auto repair shops in the Champaign-Urbana area. B.B. is the most patient place I find. If you are an international student or you are looking for someone who is patient enough to explain to you slowly where is the problem of your car and whether there is an urgent need to fix it, come here. Great experience!
