I ve been there three separate times for different concerns recently and each visit I had exceptional help. They helped pick correct parts all the way to installing on my vehicle.(Battery replaced, windshield wipers and splash shield clips)Much appreciated!

I visited on December 7 as one headlight was out. Manager Kristen was very helpful directed me to nearby shop to diagnose. Then quickly installed a bulb with no charge for the labor. Great service I will return.

Went in to grab a jump box, but needed a staff member to get it from the back. There were only two workers there that evening, one was helping work on a vehicle, and the other was working the register. While the register worker was very kind and attentive to each customer they were helping, the service was extremely slow (for many reasons, not specifically the worker). After waiting 30 minutes in line to ask for the jump box, I was told to wait for the other worker who was helping with the vehicle. Once that worker came in, they jumped on a register to help get the line down, was not nice to someone (sounded like it was a customer) on the phone, and then made a lot of sarcastic and annoyed remarks once the original register worker asked them to help us at the other end of the counter. They got the jump box for me quickly but then were not very friendly or kind during the purchase process. Perhaps that person was having a bad day, but they were very annoyed that day and it was reflected in their service. The only other unfortunate thing was that a non-English speaking customer who was in line did not understand why I was being helped before them because they didn't know I'd already been there for an hour and they were making a lot of unkind remarks at me the entire time I was being helped at the register. It may have been a one-off kind of day, but I have had similar experiences at other AutoZones in other towns and other states. Unfortunately, AutoZone is not my go-to choice, but they had what I needed, I did get the item, and it was a good price.

My daughter who is a college student needed a new battery so I reached out to AutoZone for assistance and dealt with Kaiden, who was absolutely amazing!!!! Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you Kaiden for excellent customer service!!!

Kristen was amazingly awesome in finding and installing a bolt to hold my battery in place. She took 20 out of her very busy day to do this for me and didn t even charge me! I WILL return to this Auto Zone! Thank you Kristen!!!

I took a car I purchased very recently from a local dealership to Auto Zone this morning, and worked with ROBERT S..The car has quite a bit of cosmetic damage in both the interior and exterior, as well as dust, dirt, crud and more-not what you expect from a dealership. To say it was half-a**ed is generous.ROBERT S. went out to the car and patiently and thoroughly inspected the entire vehicle with me-inside and out, while pointing out all the things that were not done or damaged.He helped me choose the first series of products I need to start the repairs, and worked within my budget perfectly.He was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely remember him the next time I m there!Thanks, Robert!

Ben treats his workers horribly. He throws fits and curses the women out when they haven't done a thing. He has recently threatened to shoot a customer who was upset instead of handling it professionally. Do better AutoZone.... Treat your people better...

Out of town and my battery died. After a jump start from work I headed to Autozone. Finding the right battery was easy, but installing was a little more difficult. Becky L was a rockstar, we had a couple hurdles getting the old battery out, it didn t frustrate her at all. We got the old out and put in a new Battery and then she offered to check the alternator and starter. Both fully functional. Thank you Becky for all the great work! Much appreciated.

Came in to troubleshoot an issue. Mark took the time look at my car out front and recommend the right product. Even gave me a quick tutorial to get the job done once I got home. He spent time helping another person outside in the short time I was there as well. Would highly recommend.

Went to get a replacement bulb for my tail light. Ended up having water in my light, so a very friendly employee (Aaron) went the extra mile & helped me fix it up & replace 3 bulbs. I would ve done it myself but I don t have many tools at home. Thank you Aaron, I hope your employer sees this & gives you the recognition you deserve.

Slow and unorganized. I live 30 miles away and literally had to come there 3 times to get the correct break pads. And on my 1rst visit I gave the vin # for them to look it up with. I won't be going back. The only upside was that they were so unorganized that on my 3rd visit when I got the right part finally, they also messed up the return and somehow put $130 back on my card for an $80 part. Guess that was my gas $ atleast

My check engine light came on. Had them run the diagnostic on it. Took less than 5 minutes and cost nothing. Now I know what needs done and the repair shop can not take me for anything extra. The lady was helpful.

My car died and I was recommended to take my car in to Autozone for a new battery. I have little, to no knowledge about cars, but was I lucky Chandra was working. She answered all my questions and was so kind and patient. It was one of the coldest days of the year, snow was on the ground, and she still took the time to explain things to me while changing my battery. I can t say enough good things about Chandra and I believe Dale(who assisted as well). They really made me happy I chose Autozone to get my new battery. I ve never received such great customer service! They have made a lifelong customer in me and I m excited to tell others about my experience. Thank you guys so much for turning my crisis into a not so bad situation, Chandra. I really appreciate it!Travis

We went to buy windshield wipers and the employee named Cole was such a huge help! The customer service was outstanding!!! Way better than when we went to Advanced Auto Part; when we went there to buy our wipers the employee didn t even know what he was doing and was trying to force the wiper to the car, we quickly just asked for our money back and went to Auto Zone which I do not regret one bit!!

I don't remember why I originally visited AutoZone vs other auto parts stores, but I've always been happy with their selection and service. Today I tried to buy a rear wiper blade but they didn't carry my model. They offered to order one, with free next day shipping, for a fraction of the price I expected.

I can't remember the employee's name but he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped me figure out a problem with my battery and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need.I came here after being ignored at advance auto parts by TWO employees that both saw me standing there waiting for assistance for a good ten minutes.AUTO ZONE = good. Advanced = never going back there.

GM Jeff is cool the rest of the old grey haired guys are smart efficient and knowledgeable they are even personable. They're all very nice,yes I'm an old grey haired guy too.Their top of the line replacement parts usually adequate. They do price match for the most part.But National inflation and state of Illinois business gouging has made common shelf items an issue you have to inquire price matching about.They do have some pretty cool options if you have aptitude and initiative .Then oil ,filters, lighting if you would tend to try and save yourself money by doing yourself tend to be marked up, I would think these are the higher volume sales and I don't understand how the corporate policy is to take advantage of those who don't askIt's not the store's fault.Fairly certain it's the guy in loafers sitting in the nicest office in the corporate location who's never worked and just likes money

We purchased a rear brake light bulb. It required a special tool and the cashier said they could put it in. The man tried and couldn't get the clamps off. He said he couldn't find their tool. He got 1 of 3 off and then said I'm off the clock and left.I really couldn't believe it. We will never return to this store.

Visited this location at the end of an evening with snow and slush and the engine light on. The sales clerk technician quickly diagnosed it to be an emission sensor, and the problem would subside with the terrible weather. Sure enough, the issue went away as the roads dried. The advice gave me peace of mind to drive on. Technician was helpful and friendly. Appreciated the good service

I walked in and tried to check my schedule for this upcoming Sunday while I was visiting Illinois for Thanksgiving break. I am a fellow zoner from another store and state. Drop Stop 30/30 was not performed upon me walking into the store. I took it upon myself to ask a red shirt for help and she was unable to help me which is understandable. Another manager that seemed to be working commercial was extremely rude with me when I asked about using a computer that they have to look up parts in order to log into ZTasc. When asked why I don t just call my home store I told him that I was unable to get in contact with a PSM, CM, or SM to access it due to customer traffic during this time at my home store. I presented my discount card as well as my driver s license in order for him to scan my discount card at a register to verify with my ID in order to use ZTasc so that I could view my schedule before the new work week begins Sunday. I even told the young man my is number and he could supervise me as I accessed my information. Afterwards I felt as if he was prejudging me for something or someone I wasn t. He then replied there was no way I was going to use his computer and that I need to leave the store immediately. I didn t want to be confrontational so I said thank you for your time and continued towards the door. As I was leaving I heard him and a red shirt laughing as he said I was trying to hack into their system. We as Autozoners should be able to help one another regardless of location or store. Even beyond being an autozoner, the way I was treated was not of Autozone s standards. I am extremely disappointed in this store because they did not stand on our core values as a company.

Promptly helped me change my bad battery after a whole day of trying to deal with mechanics/roadside assistance. In the negative 10 degree windchill, no less. Very grateful for their quick service!
