Love Andersons!!! By far best pricing, quick service and honest. I can stop in to ask a question about a car I'm thinking about buying and he will tell me exactly what to look for based on the year and type of car. He's saved me from buying a few lemons for sure.

I am so glad my friend referred me here. My engine light was on on my car. I originally went to another car shop that wanted over $4,000 to here that I paid less than $400. When I went to Anderson for a second opinion he not only diagnosed the car but he went beyond to double check the codes. He replaced the shock plugs and the coil. Because my car was misfiring, It caused other codes to appear. He kept me informed of everything he was doing with the car as well as answered all questions I had. He showed me he has integrity and really knows his work. The engine light is off on my car and it moves smoothly. I am so grateful, I found this place.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service. Reasonable price. Very honest. He knew over the phone what was wrong with my car after it was in 2 different shops. Had it fixed in a couple hours even tho he was busy.

I heard by word of mouth this was the place to go for humble, honest, insightful and affordable car repairs, and several years later, I d like to suggest that it s true at Anderson Automotive and I d recommend it to anyone. They can usually get me in within a couple of days, and I ve never had any negative issues. I intend to always go there as long as I live in C-U and they re doing the job.

This is the most affordable place in town. All of my co-workers have had cars serviced here. Fast, friendly, and people you can trust. I got quotes for my car from another company and Anderson was HALF the cost! A++++ Great service. Thanks so much!

My husband and I have been taking all of our vehicles to Anderson Automotive for over 21 years. We had tried a couple other places before and they were OK, both were much harder to get into though, especially one in east Urbana which was farther away from our home. A friend recommended Jim Anderson and we've been going there ever since. Jim is very reasonably priced, extremely honest, and will explain everything to you. I have recommended him to many people who have been satisfied as well. I would not go anywhere else.

Your car is in good hands if you decide to use Anderson Auto. He does a great job, and he's affordable! The only downside is limited availability. I guess that's what happens when you're one of the best Mechanics in town with fair pricing!

Staff is amazing and the price is affordable. Had me driving in no time. They are really busy since they are one of the best mechanics in town so make sure you schedule an appointment, no drop offs.

Jim & Ryan at Anderson Automotive are the most down-to-earth and honest mechanics I've ever met. I cannot put into words how many times they have extremely helped me out. If your having car issues they are by far my number 1 choice, hands down.

Went there to change the engine belt. I asked around among 5 or so stores, and Anderson's has the most affordable price, and he got it done in just 15 mins! Such a gem in the industry.

Their labor charge is $70 per hour. That is cheaper than other auto repair shops in town. However, you should have an appointment for your repair because it is always busy! I have had really good experiences with them. They fix things promptly, the prices seems reasonable (I wouldn't actually know), and the people there are nice with a minimum of condescension (a problem among most mechanics who speak to women.) All around, I'll be back.
