Fantastic experience overall, could not be happier. Called and had an appointment the very next day. They were able to replace a shattered window on my car in less than an hour for a fraction of the price the dealership quoted me. Everyone is very friendly as well, highly highly recommend!

They were absolutely TERRIFIC!I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We ACTUALLY SPOKE to a REAL person!They rearranged THEIR schedule to accommodate us as we were out of town.The tech they sent was prompt, friendly, and did his job well.All in all, we couldn't have asked for better!Unlike Safelite, where you COULDN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE or get any answers from their online chat!

To long of story.... poor scheduling/ work timing; 3 hr scheduled job took 5 hrs "due to lunch ", no contact to at least let me know that they were running "late", not even an apology for the delays. American Eagle Auto Glass is GREAT even if, by volunteering the truth, they make less money wow!!! I made an appointment to get a rock chip repaired, yet when they looked at my windshield and discovered the rock chip had not gone all the way through the first layer of windshield, they let me know that functionally no repair was needed so I drove off, knowing my windshield remained safe, without having paid even a penny. I can't say how grateful I am!Service: Auto windshield repair

Last week my windshield started cracking as I was driving down the interstate. My insurance company recommended American Eagle Auto Glass Inc. in Champaign and I was able to get my truck on the schedule to get in the shop before I was to take a trip out of state the next day. I am very impressed with their customer service. After having some bad customer service experiences with other projects the last few weeks, the representative at American Eagle Auto Glass was very courteous and understanding. They did the job right, and quickly, as they had the job done in about an hour or an hour an a half. American Eagle Auto Glass did their work with excellence and their customer service was second to none. I highly recommend this business!

I travel for work and during my trip I got a large chip in my windshield(2 weeks after having to replace my entire windshield for a separate windshield crack!) Needless to say, I was very unhappy and stressed out and 300 miles from home. After trying one windshield place I was told I'd have to replace my windshield again. I decided to try one last place and stopped in here. I was told they could give it a try and 20 minutes later they had it fixed. During that time they also called my insurance and set up the billing for me. I couldn't believe how easy they made it for me. Instead of paying $450 for a new windshield, I paid nothing. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Called to get a window replaced. They couldn t figure out what to order over the phone. Asked them to come survey it. They said sure we ll call you right back to setup a time. 4 days later and still no call. Guess they don t want the business. I won t even bother calling them next time. Enjoy your 1* review.

My rear view mirror fell off. I was buying every glue the was out there to try. Nothing wirked. Even glue made for rear view on it. Went in and asked them how much it would cost to put mirror on and she said free. Just be here Monday morning before 10. Well I had to sit a long time till they had time to work me in. So I advise to get an appointment.

Called Champaign store about a losse trim that made noise. Was annoying to me They told me to come in. When I did they said it was a simple fix. Fixed in 15 minutes. Great customer service. Will go back for all my glass needs.Safe lite would even look at it. Too small of a job for them.

They filled the chip but the spider web veins are still there and it was no bigger than a quarter. Now I'm worried it will continue to crack.

They came out took the seal out of my in-laws motorhome now will not return will not return a call won't answer their phone senior citizens be aware this company will take advantage of you take your money not return calls leave the job in a mess they've got stuff all over the paint job and won't make it right these people are a rip-off company.
