Ron was great to work with. I had an issue with my RYOBI trimmer. It was under warranty and Ron looked at it and communicated with RYOBI and followed up with me to make sure I had received my replacement. I would definitely recommend Ron and his business! Thank you Ron.

Had an excellent experience here getting some help with a factory defect with my new gas powered air compressor, and got some great advice on how to keep it nice in the long run. Cannot recommend Ron highly enough!

Ron is very easy to work with! Went out of his way to diagnose my riding mower and find my parts within days of initial call. This business will be my go-to from here on out for any rider issues!

Took my 20+ year old MTD snow blower to Ron after it finally quit working. Ron got is working in short order and made suggestions after he got it running of items that were significantly worn. Got it back quickly. Had small issue after brought home, called Ron and he said bring it back. He took care of it immediately and would not take any additional payment. Ron is honest and highly recommend him.

Had my riding mower for 1 year and 3 months although he originally quoted just 3 months, also told him to call if there was anything that was very expensive to replace or not worth it and get his opinion on whether or not to part out and use for other motors/small engines. After calling and calling he finally said that he was done and charged us $2,100 without informing us of the price up until he was finished. Once there he would only allow us to take it once the check had been cleared by the bank and he initially demanded cash with only a days notice of completion. Finally I discovered immediately while driving it off the trailer that he installed the battery wrongly as it shorted out which I had to correctly do it myself. It now has an electrical wiring issue which he apparently replaced and fixed the whole wiring system within it. Also brought 2 other mowers with this one and he didn t even touch them in a year and 3 months.

I don't even know where to start on this, if I could I would leave zero stars! This was the rudest most hateful person i think ive ever talked to! Took a riding mower there for warranty work ( only has 15hrs on it) was told it was fixed, got it home and ran and smoked worse than before I took it there! Told me he replaced a reed valve then told me he didn't that he just took it out and flipped it over! Worst small engine repair shop and so called business person I have encountered yet! And I literally drove 240 miles (60 miles each way) to be talked like dirt and still not have my mower fixed! Needless to say it's in another shop now. Do your research before you decide to take something here!

Highly recommend Abel Reddy. I've gotten great service and fair pricing from AR. Owner(Ron) has always been friendly and professional. I shouldn't give such a good review since I know he's always busy and this will only give him more work...thus lengthening repair times.

If you have anything smaller than a riding mower don t waste time with Ron. He specifically said he doesn t like working on anything else besides mowers. He is a certified warranty worker for MTD engines but I have been having such better service going through an actual business like farm and fleet.

I own a small pressure washing business in Champaign, Guys Who Clean. This is by far the best shop for small engines around. Ron is a great guy and above all, more than fair on his prices. Thank you for always providing a great service to my business. I do apreciate your help.

May be a good small engine repair shop, but they are supposed to be a factory authorized repair center for Ridgid power tools, not sure why they would authorize this shop, extremely slow turn around and the tools are rarely repaired correctly.
