Low tire pressure alert came on and thought I had a nail turned out it was 2 leaks. Owner was lovely (and funny) and he offered me a great deal on a used tire. Within 15 mins we were back on the road! Great prices, great service! Recommend!

I had the best service today at 4 Big Tires!! All the employees were so kind and friendly and they changed my flat tire so quickly! Great experience! I would highly reccomend.

Was ISO a tire on a Sunday. Everywhere else had my tire for $200+. This place was less than half that. They put my tire on in about 15 minutes and were super friendly. Will definitely go back and will definitely refer people!

Very conveniently located, prompt and professional service - fixed my tire having occasional air loss literally within minutes, and at a very reasonable price. Definitely will be back.

Do Not Go There!!The MAN behind the counter is completely rude. I don't know if he's a racist or what. I was trying to ask him pricing on curtain services they offer and he wouldn't even look at me, even showing the slightest interest in taking my money.And I need it all done on my vehicle. Tires, brakes, oil change.I will just take it elsewhere and give them my money.I would not recommend!!!

Do they help a lot of people out who can t afford new stuff? Sure. Are they going to save you money? Probably. I went here hoping to do just that. But it quickly became a scenario where I ended up spending more than I would have new. I live an hour away so when I purchased a used tire here and the guy said if you have any issues with the tire bring it back , I left confident that there surely was some process by which they had a good idea I wouldn t be encountering that issue. Like why would you keep tires you know had issues when you took them off the vehicle? So I drove one hour away and had a local place install it only to find it had a hole. I come back here and the guy in charge kept trying to tell me that the definition of a used tire is that it might have holes and plugs in it. Well thats my definition of a junk tire. They acted like I was asking to much to have a different one put on and then the guy who did put it on expected a tip for them honoring their warranty. It was quite off putting but I may use em again in a pinch.

Check your tires before you leave. They put a directional tire going backwards. They did fix it a week later at no cost so I was happy about that. Just make sure to double-check because mistakes happen. Other than that my only other issue is the uncertain pricing. Paid 60$ for a severely cupped tire but then paid 50$ the next visit for a tire in much better condition. Service is fairly quick, staff is friendly

BEST TIRE SHOP EVERR!, great service fixed all 4 of my tires in under 40 minutes, The manager is amazing and super nice, Super affordable and Will get the job done if you are in a rush. I will definitely be returning here. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, THANK YOU!

I went 4 BIG TIRES to change 4 big tires for my RAV 4 and the experience was pretty good. I waited for about 30 minutes and my car was all set. They did an honest, reliable job at a great price.Highly recommend if you want to have some auto service and do not intend to be bankruptcy.

We blew a tire late in the day. They fit us in no problem, they made the stressful situation feel much more relaxing. Prices are fantastic and service was quick. In and out back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Best customer service for auto care in champaign. 100% recommend. If I could leave more stars I would.

I recently had my wheels changed at 4 Big Tires and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Mohamed, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options and help me find the perfect set of wheels for my vehicle.The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable. The new wheels have really transformed the look of my car, and I couldn't be happier with the result.Overall, I highly recommend 4 Big Tires for anyone in need of wheel services. I pulled up with a leaking tire that had two punctures and riding on my spare; I left 10 minutes later with the tire patched up and put back on my car with the spare back in my trunk- all for $15!Great service, great price, and friendly people- all of which is appreciated during times of need.

We had a great experience! Had a nail in the tire and it went flat quickly. They had us in and out with it repaired in 10 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. Just loved their attitudes too, they were great! All around awesome.

So I needed a New tire for another vehicle I have in which the owner/manager he ask me to take my tire out my car? So I ask are y all going take it out an which he responded We Don t Work For You left me confused because you do that s how your getting paid from the shop it s called Service but anyways he tried to laugh it off knowing what he said was wrong if you made it this far I wouldn t recommend to my African-American people because I m sure I wasn t the first I ask for service not attitude so if your the owner reading this (Customers should be your first priority not Money that will come).

They worked very efficiently. I was told 2-3 hours to change all brake pads and rotors in another store, but they just did the job with about 30-40min. Good service with affordable price!

Superb service! I noticed my tire had wire coming out of it, and realized I needed to change my tire ASAP. It was Sunday and I called around to a couple places, which couldn't get me in till later in the week These guys got me in and out within 20 minutes and only charged me $100. I will definitely be going back

Hit a curb near hotel and punctured the sidewall. Called Mohammed and he confirmed they had the tire. Car was towed to his shop around 6pm on a Saturday, he had the tech put the new tire on the rear and moved rear tire to the front (front wheel drive). I was out of there within 15 min for $120! Tire not an exact match but I m traveling from MN to Atlanta fully loaded for moving so this will get us there. Can t say enough about the friendly service. Highly recommend Mohamed and his techs.

On my way back home to Kentucky from Iowa my car blew a tire! I don't know what I wouldve done without 4 Big Tires! They are extremely nice people and the service was quick and cheap! I highly recommend you going here for any tire services!!
