Great service and fast very friendly. I tried several towing places with no luck and then seen this one online and called and actually talked to a person and they took care of towing my granddaughter's car. Very professional and very well handled.

My F150 blew a water pump on the interstate as I was on my way from Georgia to Springfield. I called Fox Elite Towing, and the were there to tow my vehicle to Pennington Ford within 25 minutes. I felt that the price I was charged was very fair, and they were so nice. I highly recommend their services.

I can t be more grateful for the amazing help we received from Nathan with Fox Elite Tow and Transport last night. My car broke down on the way from St. Louis to Jasper, IN. Sitting on the side of interstate as storms rolled in, my kids and my mom in the car, I did not know what to do. The local authorities sent Fox Elite to tow us to Centralia. In the pouring rain and hail, Nathan got the car hooked up and got us safely off of the side of the road and to a shop, kind and in good spirits the whole time so much so that it really helped to calm us all down from the scary and stressful situation.I would absolutely recommend this business. You just don t find people who are so willing to help and so caring anymore.My biggest thanks!

Nathan and Shane are amazing! Best tow experience ever and our's was no easy task. My wifes roadster literally sits 4 inches off the ground. We called Fox Elite and they responded lightening fast and were very professional. Definitely experienced and knew exactly how to handle this tow that needed special attention due to clearance issues. They towed us home 30 miles away and even managed to position our car perfectly in front our garage! I was out of town and my car needed to be towed from a family member s house to the dealership. I called Fox Elite and they came within 30 minutes and got my car where it needed to go. They were quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Thanks Fox Elite.

On September 21st, 2023, our brand new vehicle broke down on the one-land portion of I-57 in South Central Illinois. I called AAA and a tow was provided from Fox Elite Towing. Can't say enough good things about the driver and how he accommodated us (we were 4 people stranded), safely towed out car to Mt. Vernon, Illinois and offered to help us in any way he could. We were thankful for his professionalism and his assistance in a very difficult situation.Service: Car towing

My husband and I were on our way home to Peoria area from a long week of vacation. Our car had overheated, and was not drivable. I called Fox Elite Tow, and Nate made it possible to pick us up, tow our car, and get us home 160 miles away. This was Memorial Day weekend at that! He was very polite, professional, and trustworthy! My vehicle broke down and I called Fox Elite. They have very reasonable prices and today I was able to finally get my car towed after having a few setbacks. Gary arrived quickly, and got me towed home from Mt. Vernon to Centralia. Thank you so much Gary. I felt bad because it was raining, but he got it hooked up and home safely. My husband and I were headed to St. Louis when I ran over something on the highway that slit our front tire. Fox Elite Tow and Transport was contacted to help since we couldn t remove the lug nuts ourselves. The response, which included two phone calls to confirm our needs and location, was very quick. Gary was able to get us back on the road within fifteen minutes of his arrival. It was reassuring to see him, he was so cordial and very helpful.Service: Tire change

Wasn t bad but have bad bushing and pretty sure they didn t put in on a flatbed and guess they couldn t have known that tho but but still with air shocks on the back the should ve anyway

I broke down on the way home, luckily my son came to get me and the pup but it wasn't long after that Justin picked up my car but not without first calling me to let me know he was on his way. Once there he called to let me know he arrived and inquired on where to take my car. Of course home because I have mechanics in the family. Justin arrived and I was waiting, he was so careful with my car even if it is an older car it's still my transportation and he treated it like a brand new car. I give credit to Fox because that's who Justin represents but Justin was the man behind the truck!!! I couldn't have been any happier with his professionalism, courtesy, understanding and well wishes on getting back on the road.

We were stuck on the side of the highway and called AAA and they could not get any tow services to help us out (was about 9:30-10pm on Saturday). After waiting overnight as AAA said they d try to find someone (yes, we waited all night), we tried again in the morning and were lucky to have Gary from Fox Elite help us out. He was prompt, friendly, professional, even offered us water and soda! We were very grateful to have Gary s help. He said AAA hadn t reached out to him at all until that morning which is so unfortunate because they offer a great service and they actually mean 24hour service unlike several other local services who declined to help. Got 24inch rims on truck my tire exploded my car was on the side of the road. The other local services (not busy by the way) said it would b as many as 3 hours to get out there and we not even going to throw out the pricing. Called up Fox Elite they were there in less than a hour. Got me home for a great price gave me some places to get it fixed. I would highly recommend using Fox Elite Tow & Transport. I had a blowout on the side of the interstate late in the evening during cold and wintery-mixed weather. Fox towing is where it's at when your in a pickle! We have AAA and have been dispatched to Fox 3 times now I think. We have a 2500 Suburban that likes to leave us in quite the bind, but we know Fox has got it under control. They tow safely and carefully and show up super freaky fast ready to hook and roll.

Fox Elite is by far the most amazing towing company I've worked, when no one else would answer the phone nor had the equipment to tow our 17 foot box truck, they came through to save the day efficiently and cost effectively. We needed a vehicle towed to a dealership for repair. James showed up on New Year s Eve day and was very helpful and professional. James helped push the car out of the garage due to fact the car would not start. He had our car loaded on the tow truck in a matter of minutes and delivered the car to the dealership promptly. I can't remember the guy's name but he came all the way from Centralia to tow my car 2 miles away. my motor blew in my car and I was stuck at the mall parking lot. He showed up in about 30 mins and brought my car back to my home. Guy was very respectful and nice. We ran over a bungee cord on the interstate and the metal end blew out our tire. Nathan from Fox Elite came to our rescue. He drove an hour to pick us up, got our car loaded up and then drove another half hour to drop us off at the only tire repair place open on a Saturday night. He was very help and professional. I highly recommend Fox Elite Tow & Transport!!

I had to get my mercedes sprinter van towed 1.5 hours and these guys came through in the clutch, they were there quickly. The driver James was an absolute professional and we had a great conversation on the way to st Louis it made the drive feel like 10 minutes and like was an actual friend coming to help me out instead of a tow truck driver just doing his job

Oh my goodness, thank God for Fox's! I got a flat tire on my way to work at 9:30 at night on 57N. I called Fox's desperate for help. The gentleman made it to me in 30 minutes and had my tire changed within 20 minutes. It was a wonderful bad experience thanks to these guys. I could not be more appreciative of this company. Our Buick broke on the interstate on our way to Nashville for our anniversery and they quickly got there from Centrailia. We got to the delearship and dropped the car off. As I was frantically trying to get a rental car from Enterprise I found one in Mt. Vernon. I struggled to find a taxi service and this company graciously allowed me to pay them to drive me to Mt. Vernon. Unfortunatly the Enterprise did not actually have the vehicle and so I needed a ride back. I also couldnt get cash as I didn't remember my pin and they were kind enough to let me use my credit card. If you need a tow service in this area. Just call them.Service: Car towing
