So I was going to bring my vehicle to Firestone to get my new tires mounted, and called to see their wait times. I was told that I needed to make an appt, as they don t handle walk ins on top of their other appts well. So I booked my appt for 1pm the following day. I come all the way back to Firestone, just for them to tell me a one hour job is going to take AT MINIMUM 3-4 hours due to the amount of customers that had WALKED IN. So my SCHEDULED appt time is pushed back because the walk ins they told me they don t prioritize one the phone, are going to need done before they can start my APPOINTMENT. Awful experience. If ANYWHERE local could do my tires I would have paid more so I didn t have to use half my day waiting on my truck, when the job takes an hour, maybe 90 minutes TOPS. I have no issue waiting and understand things come up, but don t MAKE ME wait to get my tires done because you don t like walk ins, then prioritize the walk ins over your appt times.

Went to Firestone to get tire fixed from a flat on the way to Centralia.. Service Rep talked to said to bring it in, will get you right and back on the road. Was unable to get tire fixed But the Rep got me a comparable tire for me. I installed the tire made sure my spare tire was full and got me back on the road within an hour! Great place to take your car for tire service!!

Shop was very clean. Christopher, the manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got my vehicle in right away. The price on my tires was fair.

We were visiting from out of state when our brakes started grinding. We called late on a Saturday and they were able to get us in on Sunday morning and did a full brake job and filled our tires so we were road ready again. I was greeted with promptness, I understand when going places you have to wait and I had no issue with that at all but once they found out I travel for work and had to travel north the following day they made sure to take care of it faster. Which was admirable. Granted it was not news I wanted to hear I did get my tire fixed and it didn't break the bank. Thank you for making sure I was safe to go and providing real, good and honest customer service.

Gone here multiple times for multiple vehicles. Always seem to have a great attitude. Brought my daughter in today and they gave her a balloon and she loved it while we waited for our alignment. Very professional and clean. This is my go-to Firestone.

So far this Firestone has did us really well. They've replaced an alternator on my 4runner. Then on Christmas Eve our tire went flat. They squished us in and put 2 new tires on and rotated them. We were going to get an oil change too, but it was a little pricey, so we passed.Yesterday we had our Suburban towed in by AAA. We have a recurring fuel tank issue. It's been worked on at Firestones all across the country. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on. I'll know in a couple days I suppose.

A family member of our's recommended this place for myself and my Husband to take our car to have our battery replaced. The Manager Chris and his team were very friendly, fast and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to have work done on their car.

These guys saved me money by fixing the right thing the right way. And they saved me time, by squeezing me in. It s been a very, very long time since a mechanic actually brought me to the back, to my car, to show me exactly what the problem is, why, and how to fix. I was told to expect both with and without repairs. A previous place (not Firestone) was trying to jib me for 1300 bucks for a second set of struts in 2 years. This different place refused to even do a diagnosis and would only settle for a strut job, upfront. Not Firestone. They quickly saw my sway bar links were never replaced and that was the issue. They even noticed how super thin the brakes were that were missed by a previous mechanic who was too busy trying to rip me off for struts. This Firestone is clean, friendly, and professional. I don t say this about anyone lightly: They re honest. They are bring you to the back and show you the problem honest. They re also very busy doing a good job, so if you have to wait, just know that it s worth it. I even got a genuine, old-school, real handshake and not one of those perfunctory, limp-hand, weak, floppy things that people politically call handshakes. I will drive from Marion to Centralia again 10/10 times just so I don t have to put in all the legwork to find an honest place closer to home.

My Service Advisor, Chris told me that he would bring my car in the garage since I came in the night before my appointment. He also had told me about the lifetime alignment for $60 more which was a good savings for me and he encouraged me to sign up for the credit card which would save me 5% more. I was very happy about that.This is an honest store to deal with and they are experts in customer service. I started with Ashley, the Service Advisor, but she was not there for my appointment and I give kudos to Chris also and Brent who did the work on my car. I had just returned from a 2,000 mile trip to Florida and very happy that they advised me that I needed new tires and alignment also.In my take of the three times that I have used this store, take my advice and you use them to as you will be happy you did.

We were on a 12 hour trip when less than half way through the drive, the water pump and belt went out on the interstate. It was 3am. A tow company from Lebanon towed us to them per our request. The star rating left me skeptical. With it being a holiday weekend we were nervous this would be a huge issue. Firestone had us back on the road by noon! The mechanic was very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond with his services to make sure we had no issues for the other 8 hours. The other staffing (especially Ashley) was very helpful! She never lead us to believe it was going to take any less that what it did. We definitely trusted them and had no issues getting coverage via our warranty. They also recommended places for food while we waited. Because of the dedication and service if I were local this would be my shop.

Called about an oil change and was quoted 50 something over the phone. When I picked up my van the bill was $117 for nothing more than a synthetic oil change. Also asked for rotate and balance on tires which were purchased here. They didn t bother to balance. Customer service is really lacking.

Tried this place twice now. Terrible service, very slow, wildly overpriced! The first time was to get my filters changed. It took 2 1/2 hrs (with an appointment) to change. Was also the most expensive oil change I've ever had. Second time I had them look my car over and they determined the problem. They quoted me at $412+. I left, took it down the road and got the work done for $260. Hell of a difference there. Also,I feel I should mention, both times I was in there other people were at the front desk complaining about bad service and dishonesty. This place must love to scam you.

These guys got us in at last minute notice on a Friday afternoon and had absolutely everything fixed for my dad and I so we could get on the road to Oregon. They even helped us hook up our trailer when everything was done. If you need assistance with anything vehicle related in Centralia Illinois make Firestone your first stop. We went to four other shops in town and got absolutely no help. They did everything. Go to them first always!

I started having issues with my vehicle a couple of days ago. I walked in to ask a couple of questions and I had my vehicle inspected immediately and my problem was taken care of the following day. I also became aware of something that is very important and I plan on getting this taken care of also. Service was excellent, staff was very helpful in understanding what was being done and I will definitely recommend Firestone to others!

RIP OFF!! Never in my life have I paid 145$ for an oil change. The extra oil charge was almost as much as the standard oil change here! Not one before the process was any price quoted, almost danced around the price several times. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I can't complain about the quality of work or the product, but if you have anything else to do that day fund a ride. I made a 9 o'clock appointment for a rotate and balance. Here it is 9:47 and they just now pulled it in.When I bought the tires I was quoted an hour and a half but it took nearly 3 hours, because it had "8 lug nuts". Who knew 8 extra lug nuts took an hour and a half to tighten?

I called to price a starter replacement on my car, and when he told me the price I said man that s a little steep the guy then said, have a great day and began to hangup on me but before he did I heard him say kiss my ass . Do not recommend. Outrageous prices and unfriendly staff.

I have only been here once it was to get my AC charged. I thought it was leaking, they ran dye and traced it through the AC system and couldn't find a leak. They added some coolant to my AC. Didn't charge me but 20 dollars, I really appreciated how they treated me. This would be a good place to go I think. The only one complaint, but is understandable is the break room is not available currently because of the Covid-19 situation so if you drop your vehicle off you will have to go somewhere else to wait or have a ride home, good thing the park is just down the road so you can sit in the shelter. I gave all 5 stars because of how good they treated me and their service.

I want to start by saying that the gentleman working the counter was very polite and professional. That is the only positive thing that I can say about my experience. Several people had told me that I shouldn't go to Firestone but unfortunately, I ignored their warnings.I called ahead of time and had my tires quoted and scheduled an appointment. I arrived, on time, for my appointment and was told that it might take a little longer than expected. (It seemed like they were short handed.) This wasn't a problem though. I called and got a ride back to my house and told them I would be back around 6 (closing time) to pick it up. I came back right before 6 and was greeted with bad news.1. I was quoted the wrong size tire but the correct size was actually $2 cheaper. This sounds like good news, right? The problem was that they only had 3 of the 4 tires.2. I'd have to come back at a later date and have the 4th tire installed. They did not know when the tire would be in.3. They broke one of my TPMS sensors. This item was not in stock and they didn't know when it would be available. They did however offer to replace this at no charge.4. The guy working in the shop walked through and told me that my Chrysler was junk and that's why it broke.Now I have to call back and talk to the manager to figure out when they can finish their job.

Do not take your car here. I came in for an oil change, a simple no frills oil change, and my brake line busted when it was on their jack. Fine, that s understandable, it s an old vehicle that has substantial rust. But then they tried to sell me on $1000 dollar repair cost for 2 brake lines an 2 calipers, even though it was just one brake line that started leaking AFTER it was in THEIR shop. I asked if they could just replace the one brake line instead of two, and they said they couldn t. I literally fixed it myself in 2 hours of downtime after not having a safely functioning vehicle for 4 days.

This is the worst business I have ever had to experience. Going for 1 tire ended up a disaster. After picking up my van the noise that was coming from the viechle, it sounded unsafe. They acused me of doing something to my own vehicle also they broke my tire sensor 225.00 +138.00 for tire -2days . Never again!
