Centralia Collision center is awesome. Folks if you need body repair done this is the place to go. I'm new to this area and didn't know where to go. I'm so happy that I chose this place. In one week I had my truck back and they did an awesome job, including a beautiful detail job on the inside and outside. They also did all the leg work for me with the insurance company and also set up a vehicle with the rental company.Service: Body & Trim

Great Body shop. They have always treated my family fair and honest. I would never consider taking my cars to any other shop in town. Im sure the other shops would do me fair. But for me they are the best and treated my family and I very well. They are not personal friends or related to me in any way. that is not why I recommend them. Its because they are the best at what they do and they treat people right.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I would recommend Centralia Collision Center a million times over. They are absolutely amazing. Not only do they provide amazing services but Nick (and everyone else) went over and above to help me through a VERY trying situation when someone hit my car. Nick bent over backwards fighting for me. I got my car back today and can t say enough great stuff about them or give them enough praise for what they did for me! Y all are amazing!! Awesome place, they do great work. Nick took care of me from day one and made sure i was happy. My truck never looked better, im a customer for life, will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommended this place!

Fantastic! I'm so pleased. They replaced my broken window for a cheap price. Car looked like new when I picked it up. Service was fast and professional. If they can fix what's wrong with my car I'm taking it there.

My son swerved to miss a deer scraped the whole passenger side on a guard rail , they fixed it like new in about a week. No complaints, the staff was friendly, kind & considerate, price was really fair, $ 1950.00 to get the entire right side looking like brand new on my son's G6. Great job!! :)

Over several years of having my cars repaired at Centralia Collision. I have no complaints but lots of compliments. When dropping off my car I would get assistance in returning. When I get an estimate they would tell me when the part was in if my car was operable . The complimentary details is something to talk about because it is showroom excellence. My vehicle was always repaired on the promise date. I'm sorry for anyone with bad experience because I know Darren and his staff would try to satisfy me to make it right. Veronica Dixon

I have to say, as many vehicles in that have come through this place in my family, I was very displeased with this places service. First, my bumper was put on crooked and I had to go back and have them attempt to straighten it and it's still not straight, they want me to come and leave my truck another half day to fix their issue. Then they lost a part to my truck (Inside wheel well cover) that was taken off and it didn't even pertain to the damage that needed fixed. WHY it was taken off? I don't know. Then, they didn't even offer to pay for the new piece that THEY lost. So with missing my wheel well cover and not knowing it, my alternator was exposed to all water on the road when it rains. Ruined my alternator, thank God it was covered under warranty (though the labor wasn't). Crap service all around, quite unprofessional. Would not EVER recommend them to anyone!

I can't imagine having an issue with this place they are soooo good. Clean your car up spic and span when their done. The work was perfect in every way. Darren will only do it the right way! Don't be afraid to do business here!

The driver called and gave me an estimated time he would be here and was almost spot on. They accepted my AAA and made ot easy to get my van to the shop
