Very helpful, no problem with a return. I bought an extra part just in case I needed it. I would have the part in hand to fix the vehicle completely.. This would save me time and mileage back town. A day later I returned the part I didn't need after all. Not touched and in the box for a refund. No problems at all..

I went to Autozone Sunday morning my truck battery was about dead. I told them I wanted a new one, and they offered to test the old one for piece of mind I just bought new. The guy helping me was great he got me all my available discounts, and then installed the new battery. This is where I'll go for all my automotive needs in Centralia.

Went for new battery got good service but refused to help change it out for me satisfied but unhappy with no help I m older amd its hard for my arthritic hands to function was able to change it myself

How sad is this, I'm at the AutoZone in Centralia IL @ 9:30 AM Sunday morning and the doors are locked because the manger has not showed up yet to unlock the doors.

Staff very un knowledgeable. Tried to sell me something I didn't need instead of what I went in for. Didn't even look up the right Section. I needed a tail light bulb he was looking up brake assemblies. Said the heck wit that. Went to Walmart got what I needed

AWESOME EXPERIENCE...Had a flat tire on my deere zero turn, went to get tire plug kit to fix it. Jacob met me at the desk I explained my situation and he helped me find what I needed to buy as well as using his air and his plug to fix my tire. Excellent service and super helpful, big thanks to Jacob and his company!!

Our bottom shield came off and we drove all the way to centralia auto zone where Kendra and Tina were kind enough to zip tie our bottom shield until we could get to our Ford provider to get it off. Loved how kind they were and how they quickly helped us!!

I had a wonderful experience at this AutoZone location after my car had developed an issue. I was an hour away from home when my car became really hard to drive and started smoking. We barely made it into the parking lot, but when we did, my sister and I went inside to learn how to fix the issue. The store manager Kendra came out to take a look at it and saw my belt and a pulley needed replaced. She called to see if any of their recommended shops were open to repair it but all of them were closed. Kendra then motioned for us to come inside. She began to tell us the parts we needed and offered to help us change them out. The other two gentlemen working while we were there helped as well. It was a tough job, but after about two hours they were finally able to get it all changed out! Kendra had stayed after her shift ended to change the parts and the two gentlemen went out of their way to help as well. My sister and I were so grateful for their kindness and hospitality, as we were incapable of changing the parts ourselves. We appreciated all of their help today, and made it home with their help!

Andrew, the store manager, knows my full name and greets me every time I enter the store. He always treats me great and goes the extra mile to help me. He is one of the main reasons I am a loyal Auto Zone customer. He has passed on his customer service skills to his employees, so even if he's not there, service is superb. Keep up the great work!

Went to return an online order Core and they could not take the time to figure it out. The 1st counter guy was great , the manager however didn't want to take the time to worry about it. Took the core to another auto zone and got a return in 5 minutes and was gone.

Andrew is the car guy to go to. He's the manager I believe. He talks to you like a friend and not as a customer. He never tries to force a sale on us. He does recommend things and so far I love his recommendations. I love the sales they have too.

Friendly staff. As soon as we walked in we was greeted and asked if we needed help. The lady looked up the radio installation kit they had it in stock she even walked out and grabbed it off shelf for us. Good environment

Both the manager, Bill, and the young man, Colton, who helped replace our battery couldn't have represented Auto Zone in a better fashion! They truly deserve raises. They worked very hard for about three hours to assure that we would have safe transportation the next day to an out of town Dr's appointment. My husband is a diabled Veteran in a wheelchair and that battery had fused itself to the inside of the truck...there was no way he could have taken care of it. The people who live in Centralia are extremely blessed to have both Bill and Colton working for a company like Auto Zone to assist them in an emergency.Thank you both so very much...when we needed Angels, you were there! Auto Zone upper management...please take notice and award these two workers!! Calista and Mike Abel

Good and helpful service. Update 2020 by far the best place to go if you need help! Alternator went out they help me get a new alternator under the warranty my battery was dead they actually want as far as coming to help me with the battery and taking it to have it charged so if I could I would give them a 10 star inside of a 5!

I went yesterday 10/8/2020 to order a belt tensioner I showed her exactly what I needed she still proceeded to order a water pump kit. So I had to wait for the wrong item. Than reorder the right one so it won't be in until 7pm tonight. So now I can't get to my job in St Louis now I'm out a lot of money from not going to work. They need to hire people who have car knowledge. If Andrew was working yesterday I would of had no issues. He is the only one I will deal with from now on

I always go into this Auto zone and they greet me with good kindness. they ask what part am I looking for and they always find it quick and very efficient check out for all of my items at the checkstand. Very Royal service employees.
