Purchased my 2004 Cadillac CTS-V from here. Alan Gordon was very helpful with the process. I had never purchased a car without actually seeing it in person before, but the pictures and documentation on the vehicles was fantastic and helped me make my decision. I really wish they did have undercarriage photos, but I put the car on my lift after purchase and it was in amazing condition. They even set me up with shipping the car out to me as well with very affordable rates, rather than me taking the flight out and driving home. Would highly recommend Illinois motors if your looking for a luxury/ sporty vehicle.

My buying experience with Illinois Motors was great! Both Phil and Alan had very good communication with me by phone, text, and email before I ever arrived at the showroom. You can tell they're car guys as well, not just guys selling a high end commodity. Financing was also arranged and ready for signing ahead of my arrival. The price on my car was essentially no haggle, but that's not too shocking for the types of vehicles they're dealing in. I'll return to them if they have another car I'm after in the future, and I'd recommend them to friends/family.

I drove all the way from North AL and it was well worth it. Regis and Phil were great to work with. Every time I've called Regis he has answered and helped me out with everything I've asked. I would 100% buy from them again. He even let me pick which wheels I wanted on the vehicle.

I recently purchased a Camaro from Alan at Illinois Motors and I can't thank him enough! I had never purchased a car sight unseen but with Alan, I had NO WORRIES. Between the YouTube video, detailed pictures, the listing of aftermarket upgrades, the ability to see the car via FaceTime, the endless positive reviews and knowing that Alan was available to answer my questions even if he wasn't at work really proved to me that this is not your typical dealership. My car arrived when promised and in perfect condition. I hope that anyone who is on the fence about buying a car/truck from Illinois Motors, weather you can get to the showroom or not, can trust me and the many other happy customers and go for it! Just ask for Alan and you won't be disappointed! Thanks to everyone at Illinois Motors for being the Gold Standard of what car dealerships SHOULD BE!!

Regis made the whole process quick and easy. The dealership is in incredible shape and all the cars are spotless. Highly recommend if you need a nice used vehicle of any kind. We bought a sweet loaded F150 in less than an hour.

Illinois Motors would only budge $800 on price for a $65,800 truck and then as we were about to finish paperwork, they told us that they were not willing to fill the tank despite it being on empty and dinging during the test drive. When asked why - we got the response that they already knocked off $800 during negotiation and "you know-its not cheap".Needless to say, rubbed us the wrong way and we ended up walking away from the "deal". One to two weeks later, the truck is now on autotrader for $2,000 less.If you can't do the little things right, why be trusted with the big things. 100% do not recommend this dealership for any type of deal. Just keep looking.

Excellent store and very transparent sales team. I had been looking for a Sport GTS for a long time and this store got one in at the right time. I got to work with Alan and Regis and they couldn t have been more helpful, many miles of smiles ahead. Thanks guys!

Illinois motors sold me an incredible RSQ8 and I couldn t be happier with the experience. Everyone there was so pleasant to work with. I see a review below mine regarding Hassan, this is a phony review. I know Hassan very well and he is the furthest thing from what s being described. Incredible guy, incredible store 10/10. Will be a client for life

A beautiful facility and a great team of people. I had the privilege to work with Regis, and he was very accommodating during my purchase process, even though I was from out of state. Couldn t not be more satisfied with my purchase. I bought a Ford raptor 2017 from Regis. Regis was super helpful and responsive through this purchase. I bought the car sight unseen but Regis made me feel like I was there. He sent me all the paper work that showed the service the car had and even fixed a small leak that the car had before sending It to me. Thank you for all your honesty and service.

I am looking for a new toy and they had a couple cars of interest to me, I contacted them with some questions and was promptly answered. I went down to look at what they had and was treated with respect by Regis he also answered all my questions and seemed happy I was there. It was a no pressure and pleasant visit.I explained that I was still figuring out exactly what I wanted , so he had to know a sale wasn't likely today and still spent time with me. Not to many places like that any more!

Had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car from Alan at Illinois motors. We were treated with spectacular first class service and attention. The car was perfectly described. Alan came threw while going above and beyond with every commitment he made. They have an incredible and beautiful show room with endless options. I highly recommend Alan and this dealership and hope to purchase another vehicle from here in the near future!

In June 2023 I acquired a 1989 Ford Mustang from Illinois Motors. This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle sight-unseen.Pros: *Regis was easy to work with and seamlessly arranged shipping to Western NY. * The car was cosmetically every bit as nice as in the dealership pictures. * The undercarriage was clean and free of rust. * The car runs well and pulls hard with the aftermarket ProCharger.Cons: * Some things didn't work which were not disclosed before the sale. Some were minor (one driving lamp was out; the auto door locks were not fully functional; the hatchback would not latch). Some issues were more significant. For one thing, the turn signal indicator dash lights don't work. More concerning: we discovered a significant amount of stop-leak in the radiator. Time will tell if this is a serious issue.Conclusion: It's possible that the dealership was unaware of some issues, unlikely that they didn't know about others. A dealer in higher-end vehicles ought to do better.Overall, I like the car and plan on keeping it long-term. However, I likely would have passed on it, especially with what I payed, had I known about the cons I listed above.I recommend that prospective buyers go out of their way to ensure that everything works as it should - or that you understand what doesn't before you buy.

Alan Gordon and Illinois Motors went above and beyond the call of duty in selling me my BMW 528i. The price for the surprisingly good condition and low mileage of the car was lower than comparable cars, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. It was all very chill. I mentioned the brakes might need a look. They fixed the breaks and added new rear tires after finding some tread separation, without my asking for it. Shortly after I bought it the dashboard screen died and my local dealership found a couple other routine maintenance problems that were very expensive. Although I had bought the car in "as is" condition, Alan agreed to fix all of the issues but one themselves, and I agreed to cover one repair. In the end, they fixed them all, found a second axle problem and fixed that as well, then charged me nothing for it and covered the item I had agreed I would pay for, as a goodwill gesture. I honestly could not have asked for a better or fairer experience, and Alan was easy to work with throughout the process. They also have a wide range of very cool sports cars. I'd definitely work with them again. And I love the car.

As a first time out of state buyer, naturally I am hesitant on anything I am buying sight unseen. Alan was spectacular and did everything he could to keep me comfortable during the buying process. I flew out to purchase the car and it was exactly as described with no surprises or short comings. Thank you for the beautiful Audi, Illinois Motors! Would buy from again.

I recently bought a semi truck from Illinois Motors and I'm very happy. Alan is awesome and helped me through the entire process. If you're looking to buy a new rig, please check them out and ask for Alan. He's THE MAN!!! Thank you Alan and I will definitely be back for my next truck. I refer everyone to Illinois Motors, even though I'm on the East coast, and will continue to do so. Definitely worth the flight to Illinois. I bought a Chevy 2500 from Alan. It was my first diesel so I had a lot of questions. Everyone I meet there was very easy to deal with. They were very fair on price and really made me feel good about the purchase. When I look for my next car I ll start here.

I worked with Regis on an out of state purchase. He was attentive, straight-forward, and followed up with me several times after the sale to make sure I was a happy customer even though they were already paid and I'm out of state. It was a great experience. Fair price, no BS, and excellent customer service. Will definitely call Regis for my next car purchase.

I just purchased a 2009 Porsche 911 from Phil. The experience was awesome. He seems to understand that you need to make lots of calls and texts to become comfortable with buying a luxury car that you cannot visit in person. He has a great style that builds your confidence. That style is just honest direct answers to your questions.He held the car for me and then picked me up at the airport. I drove the car home 1100 miles. I was confident in the car and Phil because of genuine honesty. He is a car guy. He is a good guy.

Hassan was very rude. Asked about some options that were added by a previous owner, to which he gave incorrect information about. When I told him that was wrong, he told me to leave. Horrible customer service!

I recently purchased a 2010 Mack sleeper from Alan. He was very professional and easy to work with. Alan knew everything about the truck and took his time explaining all the different systems to me. Just recently purchased a Zl1 from Alan and the team at Illinois Motors and it couldn t have been a better experience. I was coming from a ways away and Alan was extremely easy to work with over the phone. Even sent me videos of the car driving, additional pictures, and gave me a full tank of gas before leaving. Got their and the car was everything he said it was and i couldn t be happier.

Couldn t be more happy with the service in purchasing my 56 Oldsmobile Super 88. The car is everything it was advertised to be and more. I stop traffic everyone I take it out. I will a little nervous about buying the car sight unseen but when they answered all my questions and sent over more pictures and all the paperwork pronto, my concern was eased. They even supplied a video of it Rockin down the highway.
