I have no idea how CTAC had sixty 5-star reviews. They left tire lube grease surrounding all four tires and aligned it so it was crab-walking down the road so profoundly that I had to take it to the dealer afterward to get it back to how it was before I got to CATC. I left after they failed the alignment three times over three hours. AVOID an alignment here unless you have an entire afternoon and want repairs afterward. If you want slop all over your wheels and crab-tracking go here.

I ve been a customer for 6 years. The service is outstanding. Fast, too. Very courteous and always give a complete rundown of the problem and the estimate of what the cost will be. I depend upon them for good service and they have never let me down.

In from out of town and our car starts to malfunction. Top Notch really took care of us. Super knowledgeable and friendly. We were using our extended warranty and they were prepared.

The best mechanics in the area!!!! I recently purchased a used Jeep, as you know when you buy a used Jeep you also purchase other peoples stupidity. Turns-out a driveway mechanic totally fried the electricals, my odometer went backwards. Took it to these guys and they fixed it in a couple of days and I did not need to sell a kidney to pay for it. I loved their work so much, when I swapped soft-tops I took it their, and they were slammed, but knew someone that could do it-how many shops will do that? Also as a woman, Ive had the experience with mechanics treating me as if I didn't know the difference between an axle and a spark plug, not hear-everyone is treated like they know more that how to drive the car. I highly recommend this shop especially for Jeep owners.

Not only were they able to squeeze me in same-day after my usual mechanic fell through, but the rattling noise in my car ended up being a quick, simple fix that they just did for me without charge. Thank y'all so much! I'll definitely come back here for all my future car servicing. 10/10, will be recommending to my family and friends!

I have been taking the family vehicles to Cary Tire and Auto for around twenty yrs and have always been treated with respect and dignity. Very professional and easy to work with, recommend them to everyone that has a car.

Extremely responsive, great communication, fair prices and excellent work. Always very friendly as well.June 2023 Update - Continued awesome service by the Cary Tire and Auto team. We most recently had brakes, rotors, and an oil change done. The team was super professional, courteous, accommodating, and very easy to work with. We will continue to bring our cars here and I would absolutely recommend you do.

These guys are awesome. Had my wheels aligned on my 2017 Toyota yaris and they had me out of the door in 35 minutes. Staff was friendly and straight to the point, no upselling or shady tactics. I called in 4 days earlier to set an appointment and they served me within 5 minutes of coming in. The price is the cheapest in the area ($80 since my rear axle is fixed). Will definitely be coming back!

Had a bad valve stem.....showed up there about an hour before they closed and they squeezed me in and got it fixed. Friendly staff and very helpful.

These guys are great! Not once, not twice but every time I have been there. Today, after they fixed my tire, they helped my Mother in law in a pinch and got her back on the road. Don't think twice about having your vehicle serviced here - they are honest, quick and the quality is second to none!

Had a turn signal not working on my Avalon and was going up to Pauly Toyota, but decided I'd just go across the tracks to Cary Tire. Told them I needed a new bulb put in. One of the young mechanics looked at the car, and said you don't need a bulb, the socket had just come loose. He pulled the car in and put it on the hoist. Pulled the car back out, and I was back on the road in 10 minutes, only charged 10 bucks! Good to find a nice, honest, shop like this!

The team at Cary tire and auto do an excellent job on a consistent basis. They are confident in their repair capability.Competitive pricing when it comes to the cost of repairs and or service. I have been with them for over 25 years of the team taking care of myself and my family -In Times will we needed service quickly. Cary tire and auto is an excellent Hometown automotive repair business.

You will get to drive your Toyota pass 200000 miles if servicing at this nice place. Reasonable price, good service knowledgeable mechanics and you don't change your cars often. Make sure you give some hints on what you think may be wrong with your car, it will get fixed sooner and you'll drive home same day. Appointment will shorten repair time as well and loaner will be provided if major repair keeps your car at service longer. Leaving car at dawn with drop off key helps me always. Being across the Metra is another help when planing commute and repair at the same time.

Don't be fooled by the humble appearance of this shop. They are a first rate business and I have found a new tire place.... I arrived at 5pm (their closing time) with a flat tire that got shredded on the road. They pulled my car into their bay, replaced the shredded one with the spare and let me go without paying a dime.The next day the owner called and asked me about what kind of tires I wanted; he chose one that is excellent and well priced - 100s less than the Michelins I had on the car. They ordered and received the tires within a few hours. It took them about 30 mins to put on the new ones, balance them, rotate the tires and patch the extra tire (as a spare). The bill was what the owner had said in the morning - they didn't even charge me for the tire patch, or putting on the spare the night before. And the tires they chose for my car ride as well as the Michelins.All the people I interacted with were really great. I am one happy customer.

Thankfully I haven't needed anything other than headlight bulbs, air in my tires, and even a new tire once, but I know plenty of people that swear by CTA. They are very nice to deal with and very accommodating.I highly recommend them.

Awesome friendly great service place. I took my tire to two other places and no one could find the leak, but Cary Tire did. Everyone there is friendly and very informative. Can't go wrong at Cary Tire and Service.
