I went there last Sunday which was the coldest this year. Matt helped me put a new lightbulb in my Chrysler. He didn t complain about the weather one time. I offered him a dinner and he refused insisting that he was just doing his job. We need more people like this in customer service. I appreciate his help and kindness.

I come here because the fast friendly service. The staff always kind and willing to help. I've charged 12volt lawn mower batteries, car battery and bought many wiper blades here! They always offer to help put the wipers on too! Coming here feels like going to your old neighborhood shop. Great Job Auto Zone!

Went in today with a broken rear windshield wiper. I had no idea how to replace it. Mitch located the part quickly and offered to install for me. Thank goodness because the weather was so bad today.

Had my windshield wipers replace here yesterday. I bought a new silicone blades and the associate installed it in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was a problem and the bladed were missing a water spot on the windshield. Ended up swapping the silicone blades for another type and now the blades work great. Can't say enough good things about the communication skills of the employees here. Highly recommend heading to the Cary AutoZone if you need a light bulb or wiper purchase and install.

I bought pads and rotors from another store. was in the middle of changing my breaks and noticed one of the writers was the completely wrong one (even thought both rotors came in the exact same box with the same part number)so I called around and the Cary location was the only local place to actually have the right rotor to finish the job. I called cary up and explained my issue and they made it right by delivering the right part to my house so I can finish the job. They said they don t deliver to people s homes but I m thankful they made an exception to help me out. ( I usually don t right reviews but they helped me out and I think they deserve a good review)

Had problems with a coolant flange I was trying to install. The bolt broke and I needed to thread out the block and went to autozone and their employee Gavin went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and with all the questions I had. Excellent customer service!!!!! Thank you for all your help Gavin.

Amazingly helpful staff! Austin and Brandon helped me with headlight bulbs and to my surprise even installed them for me!! They couldn t have been nicer. I felt very comfortable with them! So kind! Thank you.

Awesome assistance at this store. Went in today for a battery test. Tested good and the associate gave me some ideas and recommendations to think about since I had a 3rd party auto-start installed that was draining the battery.AutoZone needs to beef up it s marketing for this location. It s at a weird intersection, I ve never seen it before but it s been there since 2005!

My mother and I came in for a headlight bulb for an Escalade. These bulbs are very expensive, anywhere. They were so kind to come and make sure they sold me the correct bulb and also gave us 10% off. I had mentioned that we were at just at Walmart to get it fixed and that they couldn t fix it that day. So, Brandon and Vince actually put the bulb in for us. My mother is disabled as well as myself and the kindness they showed us was outstanding. Brandon also showed me how to change it myself in the event that the other bulb goes out or for the next time. They saved us so much time and money by helping us. This was a great experience and it is so nice to know there are people out there that are kind and willing to help.

I asked them to look up windshield wipers that would fit my 2019 Subaru Forester. Look up Rain X Advantage wipers for a 2019 Subaru Forester, their own website said they wouldn't fit my car! AutoZone informed me that the Rain X Advantage would fit my car. I double checked the accuracy of the info on his screen that he typed in and my cars info was correct! Yet they didn't fit after 3 employees attempted to get them to fit on my car after 30 minutes of trying. This is the 2nd time I have been given the wrong part (first they sold me brake pads that didn't fit my car) by AutoZone and again nothing was said other then I'll refund you. I will never and I repeat never go back to AutoZone again. I wasted so much time and never even received a, "I'm sorry" from any employee. I'll just go to O'Riley from now on. O'Riley looked into their system and showed me that both parts that AutoZone sold me, would not fit my car. They also informed me that I had no idea how many angry customers came into their store with the same experience from AutoZone. Really sad customer service from AutoZone along with a system that doesn't inform employees, but embarrassed them into silence after 3 employees told me the wipers would fit my car yet after 30 min. in the parking lot not 1 of them could install them on my car. Thanks for wasting my time!

Had very good help from Mitch today w/ selection & purchase of 75 amp 12 volt battery charger & 2 cans of Valvoline starter fluid. Even carried out to my car as I am handicapped. Both of us wore masks.

Vince saved Christmas Eve broken windshield wiper temperature below zero and Christmas Eve almost 4 pm helped me out they had the part and in less than 10 minutes I had new wiper blades on and on my way to Church thanks Vince

Three people work at once and you would think 1 out of 3 would know something about cars.... NO! Whomever the manager or owner is that hires these people who know absolutely NOTHING about cars needs to close down. Because twice now I've gone and was told to buy the wrong parts for my vehicle. What a joke..

Autozone Cary has helped me quite a bit over the years. The staff here seems better trained than some of it's competitors. The recent change to their point system was disappointing. Now if you don't use your points in a limited time, you lose them. (That was a corporate strategy, not a change made by Cary location)
