Ron sold me a Porsche Cayenne s. It is a lovely car, exactly as described. Super clean, honest dealership. The car had to be shipped and he arranged it all. Good experience, he didn t apply any pressure, sent great videos of everything. even if I can be a tough customer, Ron remained polite and gave me service with a smile

I throughly enjoyed my car buying experience with Ron at Autowerks. He had my 20 year old dream car is absolutely perfect shape. He was upfront, honest, and made sure that the car was in top top shape prior to placing it on the truck for shipping. All at a more than fair price. Ron helped make my childhood dream come true! I would 100% recommend Autowerks and i would buy from them over and over again!

Danny had the perfect car for us and it was in GREAT shape (we took it for an intense inspection and they didn t find anything wrong with it). His price was fair if not a little low (for the current market at least). He was an excellent communicator and very flexible around or schedule. I would normally not go to a dealer BUT this was a really wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend 5/5.

Although I did not end up purchasing a car here (very close just wasn t 100% what I was looking for) I have to say I almost wanted to because the service was incredible. Between Mike and Ron the service was unbeatable. Extremely up front about everything and no pushy sales tactics at all. Let my wife and I look around and test drive multiple vehicles while they stayed in the office and let us do our thing. Would highly recommend these guys as they are willing to work out a deal and will be 100% honest and straightforward. Worth checking them out for sure!

I found my card there . Mike salesman and he was real good without any presure to make me buy from there I still have my 08 yukon denaly and I love if I heve to buy againg for sure I go back to there thanks ....

Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car or truck - solid selection with price range and finance options. Overall, it was a really nice purchase experience - fair price and quality product! Skip the "big box chain dealerships", get what you want without all the stress & hassle. I bought a car from Autowerks and felt like they where totally up front with me on where and how they got there cars. Test drove a bunch and never felt pressured or pushed in one direction. i have owned my car now for over 4 months and am glad to share this review with everyone. I read some of the other reviews where some folks said they had a bad experience and I have to honest with you I just don't see it? Maybe a competitor down the street trying to smear them? Anyways Ask for Ron or Mike they are super nice guys and glad to help! they go above and beyond.

Scheduled a test drive with this dealership and received two confirmation emails (one was an auto-notification and the other was a personal email from Ron). After driving up 4 hours for the test drive, I was told that the vehicle was sold the day before. No email, no phone call, no voicemail. All of my contact info was correctly listed in my confirmation. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Be very careful in buying from this dealer. I purchased a high end luxury vehicle from them through a reputable auction site. The car arrived with undisclosed and hidden defects. I have spent months trying to work something out with them, but I am out of pocket thousands of dollars at my local dealership, and they refuse to take responsibility. They agreed to pay for part of a bumper repair that was not shown in their pictures. Beware their camera angles and lighting! In addition to the car not being in the condition as specifically described, they went so far as to say they had 2 key fobs instead of the one they had. Upon multiple request they sent me the fob from another car of the same make, and will not even send me another key ($$). Make absolutely sure you reduce everything to writing and print out their listing details, which will come down after the sale (fortunately I did). You may need it when they decline to stand behind their car. I have never written a post like this but am left with no recourse short of a lawsuit. Ron will respond to you very quickly when he wants his sale, but I found once I immediately wired funds, responses slowed to a snails pace.EDIT: I just noticed the dealer responded, albeit not to my emails. 2 dealerships, my body shop, and a high end detail shop have now been through my car for various reasons. The purpose of adding the edit is to note they found hidden, undisclosed problems. For example, the safety switch for the top was bypassed, wound with electrical tape, and tucked away behind a panel. I was also told the front bumper was repainted, and the bottom grill section I raised an issue about was badly damaged (a $300 part). I cannot say what the dealer knew and did not know, but I can say with absolute confidence, the problems I had were NOT caused by the transporter. Maybe the dirty exterior could be explained that way, but I never would have complained if that was the only issue. I still say buyer beware. And I still have not received the 2nd key fob they promised.

Worked with Mike extensively to find the right car. The personal care and exceptional service that this company provides can't compare to the traditional high pressured dealerships. So far I've been happy with my purchase and would refer anyone of my family or friends in a heartbeat!

Purchased a vehicle from Ron and found him to be fair and easy to deal with. Every attempt to contact him was met by a prompt response. Because of a difficult personal schedule of mine, Ron conducted business outside normal hours and never made me feel like I was imposing on his personal time. Thank you Ron!

I bought a Jaguar XKR from them to import into Europe. With the Covid situation it was impossible to come and see the car which made the process a bit more stressful than usual. Ron was very reactive, clear and sent all photots, videos and information neccesary. The car has now arrived and is very much as Ron described it. Highly recommended, thanks Ron.

If I could give this place a negative score that wouldn't even do it justice.Made a deal for a vehicle, signed and sealed, put cash down and had a bill of sale in hand. They wanted me to leave the full amount in cash with no title in hand because it was apparently in the "bank" weirdly enough.. get a text later that the deal is being unwound. Confused because wanted the vehicle. Not sure what was lies and what was the truth, but apparently they never had the title. Well after going back for the third time to get the down payment back, we got the door slammed in our face by a salesman. Long story short, take your buisness elsewhere unless you like getting ripped off,lied too, wasting your time and treated with complete disrespect.Since there is no reply button I figured I'd clarify a few thing in my review.I'm not sure how anything I wrote in my review is false. I went to your property 3 times,once to look at the jeep, 2nd time to make the deal for the jeep, and a third to get the money back. We were never informed of the loan on the car until days after the deal was made . I specifically remeber the owner saying it was in his bank. This review is not revenge, it's giving my honest opinion about the service we had at your dealership. Not to mention my review and my boyfriends isn't the only one star you recieved.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will scam you. Very unprofessional sales people (Mike) . Not only did he break a deal we had but cussed at me and slammed the door in my face. I was lied too about the vehicle situation. Going back and forth was a complete waste of time. You are better off going to a professional dealership where they won't rip you off and waste your time.

Autowerks is the real deal! Michael is not the normal pushy salesman, and goes the extra mile to make your experience a great one. Michael and his team are straight shooters, with an extra helping of no BS.Even after mistakenly burning our title, we had the new one in hand within the week. Looking for a used car...this is your place! We went looking for a car and have now become forever customers. What a great experience at this dealership. MIke is honest, no pressure, and so helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. It is hard to find excellent customer service, but we found it here at AutoWerks. We will be back!

It is not often that I write reviews as someone really needs to WOW me in order to light a fire under my butt to take the time to go online and review however Autowerks deserves it. If you are looking for a no pressure buying experience and fair pricing you should take the drive to Autowerks. Mike G. is an honest, down to earth guy who wants to help you rather than sell you. A+

Talked to Ron on phone about a 1958 VW Bug said the car was solid with a little surface rust!! Drove 8 hour's to see the Bug. It was so rusty the paint was the only thing holding it together!! And it was bad. The whole floor was gone. Buyers beware !!!

Do not buy a used car from Autowerks. Within 30 days after the purchase of a 2004 luxury vehicle, the valve cover gaskets, power steering rack, and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They do not diagnose their cars before selling them. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE and this dealership. Whiteside
