Great family owned business. Very friendly and fast and they also do the best work in town at the best price.Great price on tires and batteries.They carry the PRO SERIES BATTERIES and they an outstanding product.I would give 10 stars if Google would let me.

I was traveling through Carthage, IL heading to Chicago and I needed a tire change immediately. I called J&R and was told, that wouldn't be a problem. The employees at J&R go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! From one small business owner to another, it was great to see the care and passion your employees have! Thank you very much for your service I will return!

The J and R Tire Company is a great local shop who knows tires and vehicles for fast professional service on your tired this is the place to go great service and great prices on the tires they sell. They really work w you and your budget. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Fast,friendly with decent prices.The only problem I had was the first guy gave me a price, wrote my name down when someone he knew came in and he went off and served them leaving me not knowing if my tire change could be done today or when or how long it would take. I was just left standing there. Some other worker came in and asked if I was taken care of where I explained what had happened. He apologized looked up my order, and got me out in 15-20min. Still it was an overall good experience.Just dont leave ya customers mid service to help out others.

The shop stayed open late for me and replaced all 4 of my tires in less than 15m. Extremely impressed and the price was great. Fair warning, there s a small charge to use debit cards so get a quote and cash ahead of time if possible.

Excellent service and good pricing. They were able to get me in same day for new tires. Very convenient as well since they picked up my car from work then delivered it when finished. Will definitely be using J & R from now on.

These guys provide top-notch customer service. Talking with the owners is always refreshing because they are one of the few businesses still out there who always treat a customer with respect & are honest and straight-up with you. They will go above & beyond to help you any way that they can. Their service is fast, and they always do a great job!

Had lug nut I just couldn't get off. They came to the house took it off fixed it brought it back and put it on. Even complemented our garden A+ service... Super nice guy

I want to express my gratitude for how Chris handled a particular unpleasant situation! Our pickup blew a rear tire from a road hazard and we put on the spare and came into town. We wanted a Handkook tire so since he did nit have it in stock, I purchased a used tire and then went Hardee s for lunch. When we came back, there were cat tracks all over inside the cab both front and back. We were disappointed and told him. He personally came out and cleaned it out using a window cleaner and then promptly refunded the entire cost back to and profusely apologized. Things happen but it is so refreshing to see people like this take responsibility. I am from 3 hours away but if given another chance, I would give him more business.

Just had tires put on 2 vehicles and was in and out in less than an hour. Very courteous, friendly. J&R Tire has had our business for several years and will continue to have our business for several more. Highly recommend them

Love Chris and Jeff. Work is always done quickly and as cost-effective as possible. And they are very honest. I once had my car picked up for some tire work and they brought it back to me without completing the work. Chris came in and told me that they could've fixed it, but I had another problem with my car and the same issue would happen again and again. They could've kept charging me but they didn't. Didn't even charge me for the pickup, delivery, and time spent to discover that. Awesome shop!

The best tire shop in the U.S. My needs are always professionally fulfilled by a courteous, friendly, and polite team of the hardest working people I have ever met. Honesty and reliability are definitely a top priority for this fine establishment. I am definitely a customer for life.

They always get my car in and serviced at my convenience! I usually have a short window of when I'm not traveling that I can get it done. They pick it up and drop it off for me too, double bonus!

$20 to patch any car/ pickup tire. Well worth the hassle of doing it yourself. A walk in person can usually get in and out and under 20 minutes as long as they're not busy.
