Chad was a great! He took time to explain the buying process to my teenage son. He explained interest rates and how they impact the overall cost of the vehicle. He was interested in helping us achieve our business goals. Wonderful buying experience!

Drove two hours, just to find a many cars listed online aren't actually available. I went there for a specific car, even called ahead. Once i arrived, i was told they sold those cars 5 years ago but had cars with more miles, and a higher price tag they could show me. I was also informed that any car for sale, could be used as a rental after being listed online.

Great communication with Chad confirming my Bronco was still available before I made the 2 hour drive to look at it. Discussed fair numbers right off the bat and had a deal worked out in no time. Chad even mailed me reimbursement for my first tank of gas, a couple Ford merchandise items, and an envelope with some miscellaneous items they found left behind in my trade in. 10 out of 10 experience. Great small town dealership and great people.

Had a recall for windshield wipers, they weren't working at all. The parts needed were scarce due to the chip shortage. Albert went above and beyond to find one and got it fixed for me. Thank you so much! Shop local, small town service is the best.

I am writing this review after more than 3 years. I had bought Honda Civic EX from them. As per my request, they drove the vehicle halfway and delivered it to me in immaculate condition midway(through two senior drivers) and I paid them after receiving the vehicle.I was impressed by their honesty and commitment.The car has been running smoothly since 2017 with regular maintenance and care. Very good vehicle.Shawn is an excellent person to deal with.They gave me the best price in the entire America (yes I had researched throughout the country)and it was an awesome deal. Difficult to find honest dealers these days.

We bought our Ford Explorer from Carson motors in Carthage after having the worst car shopping experience ever with Kunes Country in Macomb. Shawn Gutting was the salesperson I dealt with at Carson Motors. He was extremely friendly, straight forward, and treated us with respect. We didn't feel pushed into anything and it didn't take forever making a deal. With our busy schedules, it was so nice that we didn't have to play the back and forth game of, let me take your offer to my finance manager a hundred times, consuming your whole day. I can easily say this was our best car buying experience. We got a wonderful vehicle at a wonderful price. I can't say enough good things about Carson Motors other than I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle to shop there. Thanks again to Shawn and the Carson Motors staff.

Excellent service programing the key. Business is dusty and cob webs hanging from chairs and floors are dirty. People are friendly. Overlooking dirt because of the excellent service. Thank you

Very slow can make an appointment 2 weeks early and ask them to order the parts be for appointment date and still get a call saying they need another day to order the parts on the day of pickup
