Great family owned business. Had an issue with my bypass value for my hot water tank. They replumb the whole hook up on what I brought them in about 20 minutes. 5 more stars to make it 10. Thank you

I was driving through Illinois on a trip back in August 2023. During my trip, the pin that holds the rear axel to the spring sheard. I was able to get my travel trailer to them, and they replaced my spring in less than an hour and saved our cross-country trip. They were fast, courteous, and great hosts to my family as we waited for the repairs. Would definitely do more business with them if I was in the area.

We made an appt. to have our newly purchased used camper looked at for leaks and to have the sunroof replaced. The folks in this family owned business went out of their way to help us get the camper properly winterized by showing us the tips and tricks to be most efficient. We had a little problem with the electricity and Curt checked the battery for us and tightened the terminals down to solve the problem. They did not treat us as if we were stupid (because we didn't know anything about pulling or taking care of a camper trailer). They were recommended to us by the previous owner. We're glad we went there.

Great service and wonderful family owned business. We would highly recommend this place. Fantastic service and fairly priced. Thank you so much for getting our steps working and our rear furnace running again. In less than an hour and under $100.00. can't thank you enough

We were driving from Georgia to Nebraska when our trailer brakes started locking up. Called and spoke to Marvin. He said they are a month out on scheduling repairs but to stop by and they would look and see if it was the brake controller. Curt came out and left with our truck and trailer on a test drive. He was gone maybe ten minutes. When he came back he said it's fixed. The brake controller just needed to be adjusted. They didn't charge a penny and we were back on the road. It's so nice to see a well run family business that cares about their customers. We won't hesitate to stop here again.

Very nice and knowledge staff. After looking at all the local RV sales centers, I really appreciate this Mom and Pop, family run business. The only sort of negative is that they only carry one brand of camper new. However I would feel confident in my purchase if that brand offered a floorplan I wanted.

This dealer has helped me many time, by answering questions and often staying on line to talk me through problems, with refrigerators and other electrical items and usually has the parts you need. Have dealt with them many years. You ll be happy you called them.

I love these people. I'm refurbishing a vintage camper and the have been wonderful about answering questions and guiding me through the process. They have been in the business a long time and really know their stuff.

Wonderful people and high-quality service! Marv and John always are quick to get our camper in, when we need something no matter how big or little the job. Their store is well-stocked with anything a camper might need as well. I highly recommend these folks over any of the other local shops.

Today I went to camper Supply met the owner Marvin really nice guy it's family-owned and family ran it treated me good going back in about a week or so and get some work done on my camper their pricing for labor is cheapest around I recommend this to anybody that needs anything for camping they have a big catalog book if they happen to not have it in stock they can get it for you I'm a happy camper LOL

Toilet was leaking in our Hemisphere Lite. Owner and his wife were very helpful but we bought the wrong flange for the bottom of the toilet. Which turned out not to be the problem anyway. Took it back and owner s son told us there was a problem with the dometic toilet and there was no fix. We would have to buy a new toilet. My husband called Dometic and they told him what part to buy for the repair. We could have bought the part cheaper on Amazon, but we needed it immediately so we spent the $50 for it at Kampers Supply. We did not need the $289 - $389 the son of the owner tried to sell us. Buyer beware and do your research!

The owners are accommodating and very trustworthy. Anyone who owns a rv knows that problems exist around every corner. I have had many air & heating problems with rv's (not starcraft) and in every instance these folks have solved the problems without hesitation- even exceeding expectations. These are the goto people for service, fairness, and quality. Doesn't get any better than this in an industry of let the buyer beware.

John & his father, the owners, were extremely nice and helpful when we were referred to them with RV troubles. They hooked us up with some super nice mechanics who did everything they could to get us back on our way!

We were traveling through SE Missouri when we experienced an electrical problem with our motorhome. We contacted two RV dealerships in the immediate area, one did not return our call and the other could not help us. We then got in touch with Kamper Supply in Carterville, Illinois and it was like talking to an old friends both Curt and his wife were kind enough to take the time to talk with me about the problem what part we needed. Curt called me back when he located the part we needed and set up a date to make the repair. We can t say enough about the service we received at a very reasonable rate. Had a mishap with our 50 amp plug heading out for our 6 week trip. Leaving early in the morning, in the dark, things just happen. Kamper Supply was on our way south. Most RV dealers are so busy, but even though they were, they squeezed us in while trying to get a lunch sandwich in themselves. Within a hours time we were on our way. Nice people. Very helpful.

Excellent local business that will help with anything involving campers. The owners and their employees are all so knowledgeable and genuinely care about all their customers and community. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my camper needs.
