The staff is friendly and accommodating. Their trailer rental price is fair. They have everything you need to couple the truck and trailer. Vernon is super knowledgeable and friendly. Overall experience was great. I'll definitely be using their services again.

Exceptional service and timely repairs. I highly recommend them. We live in Wyoming. While exhibiting tractors & hit and miss engines at the American Threshermans show, Aug. 2021 in Pickneyville, IL, the ramp hinge broke on my 24 foot enclosed trailer. I dropped the trailer off at Country Blacksmith Wednesday afternoon and the repair was done on Thursday while we attended the show. Country Blacksmith staff replaced 2 hinges with 4 for more strength on the door. I also purchased 6 load range D trailer tires. They did a great job resulting in no delay in returning home.

Great experience from start to finish. Called in spoke with Seth who knew what I needed. Went in a couple days later and Seth was equally as professional in person. Got me fixed up and on my way quick. Thanks for the great service.

We had brakes that locked up on our car dolly. We called from the road and they gave us directions to their place. We were told they would be set up for us and true to their word they greeted us warmly. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes and the total bill was $28. Thank you for your honesty, superb skills, and excellent customer service.I highly recommend this business for any and all of your trailer needs.

I bought a trailer there 5 years ago and they still haven t produced a title where I can get it licensed. Literally for 5 years I ve had a trailer with out the title because they botched the serial numbers on the paper work. The owner has personally told me it was their fault and that they around get it solved. I also co-own ETRU out of Marion. We have tried to have them get us axles for another trailer of ours. We have had to pull it to there shop multiple times for measurements. They still need more they said. They also said they would go to the job site where our foam trailer sits to get the measurements bc they have messed up. Well they didn t show. As a company we have spent $$$$$$$ here. And this is how they treat people once a sell is made. I ve tried to settle this for years. Now I will have to lawyer up for the title.

New tow dolly bearing failure while traveling, they were able to make repairs at a fair price. We were back on road in about 3 hours. Very satisfied!!!

Road tripping from out of state. Halfway to Florida, CBT proved they were the best. Broke a stud changing a flat. $15, friendly service, quick repair, parts on hand. Put us back on the road without breaking a sweat. We hit several other stores - no parts, parts listed online not there, the usual. These folks are the real deal. Don t bother shopping around go straight here.

I highly recommend this place due to the great customer service and competitive prices. They have have whatever you need for a trailer and in the off chance they don t have something in stock, they do not hesitate to order what you want. I am somewhat ignorant when it comes to trailers so their expertise and willingness to help me pick the best stuff for my application is greatly appreciated.
