I'll give them 3 stars because they haven't been gas gouging anybody during any of the pandemic phases. UPDATE Ukrainian invasion they're gouging again I spoke too soon so 2 stars. Typical gas station small convenience store always very clean though and the staff is always very helpful.

Fuel prices are always on the higher side of everyone else in town. I can't ever forget on 9-11-2001 all the Russell Oil Co fuel pumps were roped off. Was it to price gouge? We will never know.

Bought cousin tobacco. So for those, best price, but gas is first to raise and last time lower.
