We had a car we were looking at checked out by them. They did a great job, gave us a quote for the small issues they found and said it was a good car for the price. Highly recommend bringing your car to them for some honest service.

I will only take my car to Toro s. They are honest and their prices are very reasonable! Everyone I have encountered there is very pleasant and they do fantastic work!

I randomly stopped here because my exhaust got really loud. Gave me 2 options. He saved me a ton of money and they did a great job. Very honest mechanic and will be going to them for my repairs for now on.

If you want a local and extremely knowledgeable auto repair shop. This is the place to take your vehicle. Oh and they are the most honest shop in town. You may not want to hear it, but this is were their experience comes in to explain the symptoms and why your vehicle is malfunctioning.

Great service and fair pricing when it came to fixing my Honda CRV my car was having trouble not starting and they were able to find the problem to get me back on the road. I ll be coming back for future repairs and services.

They have worked on my daughter's Honda and my Ford Edge. (Recently did a complete brake job on the Ford) They did a great job and they are like new. I felt their prices are fair and and they are honest. The shop is very clean and organized.

I m so glad I found Toro s auto repair! Art was the person I worked with to get a quote for a clutch replacement and shocks & struts replacements for my 2012 civic.The car feels like new again! The time to complete the repairs was less than 2 days, the work is excellent and the pricing was fair. I am a happy customer, and it feels great to support a local business.I will be returning to Toro s for more auto repair needs. I ve been here a few times, never had an issue but this last time wasn t too good. Tire stud tread was completely ruined. Wasn t informed of the mistake, not the owners fault, unfortunately it was one of the younger more inexperienced workers. Honest mistake just be straight forward if you re at fault for something. Also when my tires were balanced the weights flew off after a while on the right side.

Great service! I am so glad that there is such an honest and reliable mechanic in Carpentersville. Took in my 2008 Acura MDX today because my headlight bulb was out. The owner Art was able to fix it without an appointment and I was on my way within 30 min. Great new spot check it out!

Family owned buisness I wish I had gone here a long time ago. Best experience so far at a tech shop as a customer I haven't needed extravagant repairs yet but when I do I hope to have Toro available. Great prices and big smiles the hole time visiting. Thanks for helping me with my big blue truck sir!

Went to Rivera because of my exhaust leak. They had the lowest price i can find in Elgin. They keep there ASE Certificates out in the office for all to see, its nice to see that the people working there know what they're doing. Will definitely come back again.

Mr. Crofoot is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and knows his stuff and I highly recommend him. As a previous business owner myself, I understand that nobody cares more about your business then you. Because he owns his own business and provides the services, Mr. Crofoot knows his reputation is vital to keep clients and for those clients to recommend him. Not only did he provide me with excellent customer service but also took care of my vehicle problems with a little extra care and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as most mechanics try to do with women. His services were beyond my expectations and I feel confident in his abilities to continue providing me with my vehicle services needs. Thank you Dee!
