He was very friendly, professional, and honest with me, very much appreciated that, hard to find a good and honest mechanic these days. I would definitely recommend him. Customer Service is to die for! Owner was extremely friendly and detail oriented to what my vehicle needed. He made sure the vehicle was safe to drive after rigorous work done on my car, all by himself too! I came here because my engine busted and I got it replaced by them mid 2021. Engine is busted again January 2023 took it back and they want me to pay even more to get it replaced AGAIN. So literally don t come here unless you want to get scammed and want to waste your money.

I ve been to M.P.G. on two different occasions. first was for a device that was put on my Mercedes that ended up blowing my ignition coil, they replaced the ignition coil after getting the car back two months later somehow the headlight sprayer nossle button in the center console wasn t working and had now been tied in with the windshield washer control on the steering wheel. That was no real problem the car wasn t in the best shape and I didn t really care. I was having issues with a Ford Focus not starting and when it did start it would rev high, so I had I towed to M.P.G. knowing Humberto from the previous car he seems like an nice honest guy. After a week in the shop the Ford was ready to come out so I was excited. But getting the car back wasn t so much fun with a bill that changed from the time they called me and said it was 1800 and changed to 2150 on the day I showed up to pick the car up.Work was done on the car supposedly rear wheel bearings ,and other things shocks alignment ext. the driver side rear wheel bearing that said part was replaced by M.P.G shredded apart as I was coming home one afternoon and could have been fatal. I then had to replace the spindle stud, brake drum shoes and new drum with bearings . Now two months after the work was done by M.P.G. The car is having the same issue that it went to the shop for the engine problem all the other work that was done was recommended by Humberto to be done which includes the wheel bearings. Not to mention when I left the shop he told me that they addressed everything (don t trust them). I posted pics of the before and after of what happened to the left rear wheel bearing Just click on my name and the images are attached. Note the pics are not in any order but you can see the damage and the new parts all put back together at the end of the job. I would not recommend anyone going here. I had a transmission problem that Toyota quoted me a minimum of $1500 to repair. It likely would have been more. Took my truck to MPG and Humberto and the team was able to repair it for half the price. Runs great. Highly recommend MPG!

If you live in Cville, this is the place to get your regular maintenance as well as emergency repairs done. The people are friendly and great at what they do. Prices are fair, and the owner is keenly interested in seeing Cville prosper. I've been in the area for 20 years and not found a better place to take my car.

I hit a curb during the last snow storm. I took it to this shop cause it was the closest one. They installed a non-nissan sensor on the replacement tire. The tire's light on the dash lit up AFTER they fixed it. I took it back to get fixed. They said it was fixed, but the light was still on. I took it to my dealer and they said they couldn't program it cause it wasn't a Nissan part, BUT it could also be that the new sensor was broken on installation. So basically they don't know how to install or program a tire's sensor and going to this place will end up costing me double. Never again.

I have had several cars into Humberto's Meadowdale Performance Center since he opened his shop in Carpentersville, each time something quite costly needed to be replaced according to Humberto, he changed my wiper motor in my Mercedes Benz 3 times in 4 yrs, he charged me $550+ for the part I found online for $85, the Labor was $300, the bill was under a $1000 ea time, I took it to Mercedes they told me it wasn't the motor that was the problem. I took my Buick in for new tires, within days I had a flat tire, I pulled into NBT they told me he didn't prep the wheels properly & it lost the seal, I took it back to Humberto, he said they cleaned it, but it & another tire was flat within days again, this time the wheel is now cracked from driving on a flat tire & they misplaced the hub cover to one of the wheels. In the last few days I went there to replace the fuses to my to the power outlet, immediately he announced it needed a new system needed to be replaced $$$. There have been other issues where I thought he was bilking me for unnecessary work on my cars, & it was continuous, I have gone back to my other auto repair shop that's a little farther away, but when they tell me my car needs to be repaired, I know they will advise me properly. In the end, he warranteed nothing, & charged me $25 when I brought in the flat tire. Never again!

Horrible service my brother went in today to get a alignment they said they couldnt do one due to some problems it has and so basically they didnt do anything to the car ! And ontop of that they charged him $56 for an inspection to do nothing !!!! When my brother left the shop the car started to shake on him so how is it that he got there with his car perfectly fine and now the car isnt working if they didnt suppisely do anything to it!!! He declined for them to do so and he went back and they saif " oh we didnt do anything' not reccomendin it to anyone theyre just going to mess up your car !

Said he would not charge me for changing one of the tires before changing and ended up charging me after. Guy was not reasonable and very rude(owner).Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

Thay are horribl thay keeps my truck for....So many Months thay don't call you to up date you about your car They're just very unprofessional And what they're charging for For the littlest things is ridiculous (((((( Horrible do not go here)))))))

They have been our mechanic for many years not only are they thorough but very honest and fair...I have recommended many friends and bring any vehicles that I am going to purchase for their honest assessment...Humberto and Gustavo and all the staff are top notch in the industry and would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a good honest car technician .

The best aoto repair in the area I had take my car to 2 other places and had estimates for an air bag light they told me it was the seat belt pretensioner they fox it for way under the other 2 places and the problem was solved thankx guys you are the best. Not to mention how kool you waiting atea is

I d taken my vehicle in for none mechanical related services an my vehicle was completely fine when i dropped it off when I got it back my rear shocks where blown out my anti freeze had been replaced with washer fluid and washer fluid with antifreeze I check my fluids regularly it was not like that it caused my car to overheat an now I have a cylinder misfiring which is most likely because of overheating due to them purposely changing my fluids an now my head gasket is probably warped stay far away from this place not to mention they charge double what everyone else does an their shop is disgusting an the garage even more of a mess they differentiately don t warrant their high prices not to mention all the good reviews are by humberto an his employees not actual customers one review even has his first an last name

This workshop is one of the most thieves. My car charged me 5 thousand dollars. After a week, the same thing failed again and the owner ended up telling me that the engine had thundered and that it would cost 25 thousand dollars for a thief with a mechanic's license.Este taller es Uno de los m�s rateros lleve mi carro me cobro 5 mil dolares luego de una semana bolvio a fallar de lo mismo y Termino el due�o diciendome que el motor abia tronado y que costaria 25 mil dolares un rateros con licencia de mecanico
