Got two new tires this morning, they told me it would be about 45 minutes. I walked around outside for a bit and my car was done within 30 minutes. They also put three new wiper blades on my car. Fast efficient and everybody I interacted with was kind.

Al (the manager) was amazing. He made sure that my car was safely on the road at any cost. He made sure that my tires were purchased at the lowest possible cost, which really matters in these sometimes unaffordable times, where most places are "all about the dollar". This place rocks! I'd recommend them to any/all my friends and family. And get the warranty! Totally worth the peace of mind.

I had an amazing experience! Very understanding! At first i was upset about the situation. They resolved my complaints and replace the tire for free! Highly recommended! Best tire place!

Place wasn't busy at 4:00. Had my tires checked. They needed air. The mechanic filled them and recommended I get my tires rotated in the spring. Treads had equal wear. Great place

Discount Tire in Carpentersville is the best tire shop in the neighborhood. Assistant Manager Philip M. was very informative and knowledgeable and saved me lots of money by extracting stripped flower design lug nut bolts in my Mercedes Benz S63 AMG. Over a year ago I had switched from Costco tire center to Discount Tire in Carpentersville, IL on Randall Rd and I am glad I did. They are very professional and polite. I love and appreciate their service and competitive prices. Thank you guys.

After being a loyal customer for many years, today marks my final visit to Discount Tire. They claimed my tire couldn't be repaired and right away wanted to sell me. Seeking a second opinion with their competitor, revealed it was indeed fixable.Discount Tire has shown lack of effort and attempts to sell unnecessary services. I urge you to stay away.Tires go bad eventually , and so does the company. So long

Left my car with a flat tire 45 minutes ago and I ve got a text message with update your car is ready. When I wanted to pay, they are saying : You don t have to pay I am asking why?! and the guy is smiling We are helping people and we want next time when you will have a problem to come to our shop !This is awesome, customer orientation at this level . I am living not far from the shop and ai definitely will choose it again.

I've been coming to this store I moved here in 2016. They have helped me so much throughout the years. They show exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness with every service.This past week I used a different tire company who put the wrong size tire on my car. The other company failed to take accountability for their mistake and provide a solution. I called this store because I didn't know what else to do and they are fixing another companies mistake for an unbelievable price! I'm so grateful for the employees and manager Al at this store!

Ian and the manager Al went above and beyond to help me replace a tire that initially seemed fixable, and with two other tires I need. I'm blown away by their generosity and that they cared more about my vehicle being safe than trying to talk me into expensive tires. As a woman, it was nice to not feel taken advantage of. Will definitely come back.

Highly recommend!The team is very friendly, communicative, and efficient. Work is completed on schedule, or ahead of schedule. The manager, Al, recently went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service is a competitive differentiator. I m happy to have this place nearby.

I was at this location yesterday and I never scene how hard these services advisers work to sell you tires.I stopped in for a simple balancing of my wheels and Jordan the service adviser kept on pushing and pushing to make that sale why his boss was doing the same thing to the customer next to us. I feel this location doesn't care about listening to the customer's needs, all they're worried about is making the sale. I decided to walk out and go to a different location. This location needs to retrained thier employees and how to approach and sell tires before you start loosing customer's.

We had a blowout of one of our RV tires... we brought it to the Carpentersville location to replace both 2 tires and they were great! Friendly and fast service. My wife walked across the street to get lunch and they were finished before she could order and get back with our lunch! Excellent job guys!

I had an appointment for 10am and arrived a little early since I figured I had to wait. Soon as I came in I was greeted by Karl, who I spoke to the day before; the minute I told him my appointment time he remembered who I was. I also changed my mind about what I wanted because I couldn t afford everything at one time. He found a better option which I greatly appreciate than what I wanted from browsing their website. I was able to replace all 4 tires and wheels, I highly recommend them!

Overall, I like DT. But I have to mention the most recent encounter with them. Took my grandma in for 4-tires. Had the brand picked out beforehand. Told salesman she is on a fixed income and drives <1,000 miles a year. However, salesman continued to upsell her in front of me and I watched her take the bait. I did my best to counter, but she ended up paying 3x what was planned! Not cool!

This was so quick and easy, which usually means more money, but their prices are fair. They explain what your getting and help you make an informed decision about your tire purchase. Would highly recommend!

I've been with Discount Tires for several years. I've visited many locations and all have been great.This location specifically was among my best experiences. Antonio was extremely helpful, understanding, and patient. I'm extremely happy that they take extra care to ensure you are safe on the road. Definitely a long time customer!

Ok, so I saw I needed the 2 front tires replaced on my car.Smartest thing I did was to set an appointment online.I got there 15 minutes before my appointment.My car was brought in and serviced right away. I got right in & out before other people that didn t have an appointment.I loved the status text updates.Overall I had a great experience with this facility.I highly recommend setting an appointment first for your next visit.

UPDATE: 12.21.22Editing my original review because after driving this car for less than a day it started shaking at high speeds. Took it to Firestone down the street where they told me they receive a decent amount of cars from Discount Tire in Carpentersville with new tires that haven't been balanced. As an FYI to everyone, Discount Tire is supposed to balance your tires for free. It can create uneven treadwear and vibration if they don't. I then had a family member take the vehicle to Discount Tire in Algonquin who confirmed the tires weren't balanced.ORIGINAL REVIEWI've always had great experiences at Discount Tire but it seriously inconvenienced me when I ordered tires for my sister's car through the app. Ordered the tires on 12/6 and the app said they'd be there a business day or two before my appointment on Saturday, 12/10. I get a call from a representative 2 hours before my appointment saying the tires hadn't been shipped from the warehouse.Discount Tire either doesn't have measures put in place to ensure that online orders are available the day of the appointment or the employees overlooked making sure it was ready. Finally got the tires installed on Wednesday 12/14. They did refund the labor and finished the car quickly but their app, website and even their hold music are constantly pushing you to order online because it's quicker and more convenient. It was the opposite.Make sure to call them if you do order online to make sure they are aware of your order.

These guys are great! I have purchased tires from this Discount Tire before and have always been impressed by their service. Today I came in for a slow leak on one of my tires (new vehicle with new tires), I pulled up, checked in and they found a screw in my tire almost immediately, based on where the screw was located they determined they could fix it, the best part, FREE of charge. I only have 14k miles on these tires, but I will definitely be back when they need to be replaced. Ian, Refugeo and Justin were especially helpful. Thank you to the Carpentersville Discount Tire for getting me back on the road safely.

This place is amazing. Great product and service. Showed up with out an appointment an hour before closing. They got me in and done before they closed. I've bought several sets of tires from them, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been coming here for 8 years now when I needed my first set of new tires. I love the staff; polite, welcoming, and they never talk down to me because I am female. They always answer any questions I have with the utmost courtesy and patience. I will always recommend this company for tires, but this location is the best without question.
