I came in at the last minute on a Friday at 1pm and was out by 1:46pm. I found a nail in my tire after paying to get my tires filled at a gas station (never again because they have free air in a machine at the back of the shop). I was afraid I was going to have to get a whole new tire but they repaired my tire for free!!!! I'm so happy with the service here these guys are great!

They got me in right away and handled my tire repair(s) with great care. They have a big window to observe from so you can actually watch as they go. 1/2hr to repair two tires and re-balance all four. Fair prices too.....

Lost an hour of my life I will never get back. I went in for a tire repair. They told me it will be free of charge. I thought that was great. I waited an hour for the repair. Christopher E. Ben came to me and told me I need new tires. Also front end work. Both totalling $1437.97. He asked if I wanted the repairs done right now. I said no I just wanted 1 tire repaired. He told me the vehicle was dangerous to drive and I need the repairs done right away . I never asked for a complete inspection of the front end. They should have told me 55 min sooner that they would not do the tire repair instead for me waiting all that time. I felt like I was duped into thinking I was getting a free tire repair.

I had all 4 tires replaced in October 2023 at ~$1200at the new location in Carpentersville I ll., immediately had low tire pressure, had to fill tires every 2-3days. Took my car back in November, they told me I had a staple in my tire, cost me $250 to replace a tire because I didn t buy road hazard insurance at about $45/tire. Never did it at discount tire, had 1 flat in 50 years!!! Have had 2 flats since buying at belle!!! Last one was 12/22/23 .another $250!!! I think their tires are seconds! Thin walled or defective rejects from reputable dealers! No offers to help, just continue to upsell the road hazard insurance . Go to discount tire, much better!!! Wish I never switched!!! For real! Belle tire is a nightmare!!! The one flat I had with discount, they prorated the tread life and it cost me ~$12 to replace a month after installed new. Belle said we can t do that but discount can!!! AVOID BELLE and go to discount tire!!! You re welcome!!!

Excellent service! Came in to fix a leak on my freshly powder coated wheels. They used the touchless tire machine to fix my wheel and got me back on the road quick. The shop was spotless. Highly recommend.

Adrian was extremely helpful! If Google maps takes you to the wrong location the tire shop is in the same parking lot as Walmart so it's easy to find.

Team at Bell Tire are professional, helpful, and fast. We were on a trip and had a problem. They took care of us and got us on our way in a few minutes. Waiting area was clean and pleasant. Of course I was only there a few minutes, but if had to stay longer I would have been very comfortable. Best experience ever. Thank you!

Got some new tires from this location and highly recommend. Awesome customer service from Greg and they were fast compared to other companies I've used in the past. The waiting area is super comfortable and I was able to get some work done while I waited. Glad I chose this location!

Me and my husband came to get 4 new tires for my SUV and the gentleman there were very nice and professional. This is a great place to get your car serviced. They are a full service company.

Called for quote on tires for my work van I was given a variety of options for brands I was not pressured in trying to buy a tire I did not want. Price was very reasonableand work was completed in time frame I was told very polite staff.
