Haven't been to this store in 3 years because it's always a waste of time. Tried again. Staff clearly isn't interested in troubleshooting a part. Didn't know they had a part I KNEW they had, then told me they didn't have anything else(how'd they know? He didn't know to start?)Go to advanced or O'Reilly's, better warranties and people actually give a damn about helping you.

Kevin, was extremely helpful! He had excellent customer service skills. Showed me exactly what part I needed for my vehicle and took me to the aisle and installed it for me! Thank you for all your help Kevin! I will be returning back to this location for all my future car needs!

I went in on Saturday and was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. I was looking for headlight replacements and something to help with some scratches. Amber was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond and I appreciate that kind of service. Austin was also helpful so thank you guys.

My car battery died today. Called AutoZone, spoke with a nice guy named Kevin. I brought the car in, my battery was smoking. He explained what batteries they had in stock, what my options were and then changed the battery for me. He was so nice and professional. I really appreciated the quick and courteous service that I received. Thank you Kevin!!!!! Take your auto needs to AutoZone you will not be disappointed.Gail

A wonderful, friendly sales person named Socorro helped me out today at autozone. She was able to give me a Fix Finder report to decode my illuminated engine light & find a most likely solution. I was here two times in the last week and the employees were courteous, helpful and personable. Specifically on my last visit, I dealt with Kevin and Jesus. They were fantastic. I wanted to thank them again for turning an annoying situation into a good experience. Great job at this location.

Fantastic customer service. I needed to replace a burnt out headlight and wasn't sure which type I needed. Cesar went out to my car and made sure that we had the correct make and model. He helped me choose the right bulbs for the job. I wasn't sure how to install them, so another AutoZone employee, Simon went back out with me and put them in. Both of those guys were friendly and helpful, giving me lots of advice and information.This is always my 'go to' place for auto parts. Even though there are other parts stores closer, I always come here because the staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad excellence, even when they're busy. (Which seems like always!)I highly recommend this business. -You can trust them.

I own a fleet so I'm in several different AutoZones in the area.This one really stands out each time I am there. The staff is the most helpful and knowledgeable.You can tell this store is very well trained and led.

I figured the Gal With the Green Hair and tattoos could help me find touch up paint , but no details no help found it myself , overheard her ! she was talking to her coworker kept apologizing to her about something work related sounded pretty intense, maybe next time she can give her customers that type of attention.

I received amazing customer service from an associate named Simon. I came in looking for new battery and wipers for my car and he did a great job explaining all the details for each product for me. I wasn t sure if I needed a new battery but Simon went outside in the freezing 20 degree weather to check for me. He was very nice and informative. Even thought this location is a little further from my home, I will be coming back to this location!

Probably the only AutoZone in Kane or McHenry County with a parking lot full of cars with no license plates or titles, parking here is seriously a PITA.After driving 200 miles today, I made a mistake stopping here on the way home for a license plate bracket and screws, as some kid likely thought my front plate would look fantastic on their wall.I kindly asked one of the young ladies if I could use their men's room and was turned down; now, that could be expected in Chicagoland, but Carpentersville?!?After plunking down $17 for my items and not being asked by the same young lady now at the register if I still needed to use their restroom, AutoZone managers can proudly thank her for this store's newest one-star review.

Bunch of hot head kids with 0 costumer service. Don t ask then for extra help. Might inconvenience the workers and place of business. 100 other stores around us. Go elsewhere

I've been to many AutoZone locations all over Chicagoland area. The store manager here ( i believe her name was Secorro) outstands with excessive knowledge! Every time I visit the store she is extremely helpful and let me repeat - knowledgeable. Last time she even helped me with my RV solenoid. Thank you boss! Definitely a location I can recommend

Dwight helped my fianc� & I save $89 today! I was at home stressing about paying $100 for my light bulb at my dealer. I m very happy that I didn t have to pay $100. He went beyond his self by even putting the new bulb in for us! Great service at Auto Zone on Rt. 31. I definitely will go back!!

While driving our windshield wiper flew off. So we stopped at Autozone and Roberto helped us with getting a windshield wiper and then came out into the snow to put it on for us.

Luis and Ramiro were very helpful in helping me find a blower motor for my 3500 Chevy. They couldn t find it at another autozone but they found it here within minutes. Very knowledgeable group of workers at this store.
