called and made appointment for a bench test of my bunk heater. they are on the list from webasto heaters, told them which heater I had, they called me back the next day after checking with the guy who does the testing with a yep we got everything we need. I drove 2 1/2 hours only to find out they couldn't do it and informed me they wouldn't charge me to look at it? seriously? then told me to try rush trucking down the road.would not recommend this place any day of the week, one hand doesn't know what the only hand cant do.complete waste of my time and fuel.terrible terrible terrible.

Bad service, inexperienced mechanics with high labor rate. Made mistakes that cost us $6000...After almost a month still no response from them, they are avoiding their customers. That shows how unprofessional this dealership is.

alert...all truckers who think to take their truck to this place please do not do it. They ruined my truck, they took almost 9,000 dollars from me and guessing they never found the problem. I drove my truck only 1 day and it turned off and never came back to work. and now they tell me that I need an overhull which is about 10,500 dollars or probably more. I wanted to return with the supposed guarantee which was never given to me. Theycharged me 250 dollars supposedly for the inspection. If you don't want to lose your money, don't go to this place, be sure that your money will be stolen. I'm serious, I have the receipts and the estimate they sent me. they are thiefs.

Brought our International truck (that we bought from them) in for service. Told them we thought we needed a starter. They did diagnostics. They said we needed a starter, gave us a quote and we approved the work. Called them late in the week and they said they wouldn't get around to fixing it until tomorrow (Friday), but they had the part. Called them on Friday and they said they weren't going to get to it. We had to pick it up to make an important delivery...paid the diagnostics charge. Got the truck running. Called the parts dept. on Saturday...asked if we could buy that starter (we were gonna do the work ourselves on Saturday afternoon). Guy said "we don't even have that part yet" (even though they said on Thurs that this would be done on Friday). Called around..no Rush Centers had the part. Ordered it off the internet (Finditparts.com). Got the starter. Brought the truck back in (now it won't go in reverse since we got it back) and the starter. They did diagnostics again. They actually removed the old starter, inspected it and re-installed it! We called again late in the week..they hadn't gotten to doing the work again. We went to pick up the truck to bring it to somebody who could do the work. Paid diagnostics again, except this time it was a lot more money. Why?Here's the kicker. They charged us again for diagnosing the bad starter..and charged extra for labor for taking it out, inspecting it and re-installing it! This after we dropped it off with the new starter i purchased online.We have tried to get a refund for this, but have not had any luck getting anybody from customer service to even talk about it.We are DONE with Rush Truck Center in Carol Stream. My advice is to stay away from this place.EDIT: i tried calling the owner at the number listed in the reply and it went to an 'out of service' message. nice.

Guy at the front is trying to sell you something where he adds triple to the price and acting like he wants to be fair and give you a discount.Horrible location, horrible people to deal with.They will rip you off and scam you!

They are out to get your money. Told me it will cost me $6000+ dollars to fix my ac and my local mechanic fixed it for $200. They don t know what they re doing nor are they willing to even listen to what you have to say. They just want to make all the money. Very disappointed. Stay away. Cost me $500 just to tell em my entire A/C was bad. Turns out it was just a bad compressor. What a joke. They must have inexperienced kids working there. Do not go here.

I had a high pressure fuel pump go bad on me while on the road this past week. I was towed into Rush Truck Centers, late in the afternoon. The service staff was absolutely amazing. A big shout out to Josh for keeping me posted on the repair!! The service technician was great in answering all of my questions. The shop had my truck in the bay and started to diagnose it within an hour. I can't say enough about this shop. If I ever need repairs again, I will definitely come here first. Thank you for the great service and great employees!! I was back on the road the next day!

Friday 1/20/2023...7pm..Do not come here! The man at the counter try to sell me a cab high control valve for $530 I went to a different dealer a few miles away and got it for $45.69I'm at 1 truck owner operator and this how they're doing us here at Rush truck centersTrust me go anywhere but here!

The reason you go to the parts counter is that you THINK they would know what they are talking about! Totally clueless guys insread of guessing the size get a tape measure! Lost 3 days over 2 fittings because they are incompetent,when they finally figured it out they wanted $ 52 for 2 commonly used brass fittings,hahahahahahahahahaa.

Came in Saturday night with a check engine light Anthony did everything possible to make sure I was taking care of he did the diagnoses that day the next day Saturday 3/4 the team on staff especially the gentleman taking care of me in the service department went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed and ready to go by that Saturday especially just buying this truck and having a huge breakdown like this with Truck Payment in the industry and everything else that comes with the Industry. Couldn t thank you guys enough

My business's use to do quite a bit of business with this company- but now you just sit on hold for parts for 10-15 minutes and nobody ever answers the phone. Just a recording asking for a rating on their service. We will be taking our business elsewhere. SHAME!!!

Hey after what I been thru with Rush in NC and now Rush in Carol Stream IL, I don't want to go no where else they pick my truck up at gas station which we had pump regular gas in it. They took me in and fix everything in one day actually less than 24hrs. I want to personally Thank You Guys and once again the man behind the scene Frank Ferris for reaching out to them and helping us. You guys are definitely my first choice when I break down again, at which I hope is no time soon.

RUSH CAROL STREAM HAS THE WORST OVER THE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MID WEST; THEY NEVER ANSWER. I BUY FROM MANY SUPPLIERS AND RUSH CAROL STREAM IS THE WORST, AND NEVER COME IN CLUTCH.

Very bad experience at this place. Brought in my truck they changed an injector, paid $3000.00, but the problem persisted. Return to let them know that they did something wrong. They guy refused to check it out. Giving me some lame explanation why it was something else. Had to have another shop fix their mistake. It was just some lose wires and an injector was placed wrong. Very disappointed at Rush for not having the guts to accepted their mistake and try to make it right. Stay away they will take your money and time!!!

Brought my truck in for an oil change and as they were finishing up. The right side of my 4 gauges are no longer working, air supply buzzer is constantly on and my turn signal indicator is not working.I am staying out in the truck on the property so I can speak with the manager. This is outrageous. I've had work done on my truck with Rush before but never felt like I was being taken advantage of until now. I hope the manager do the right thing. At least have my truck operating the same way I bought it in.Paul Yim

Emmisions Nightmare! Before going to rush truck center, I had taken my 2016 int. 4300 to 2 previous mechanics. Both couldn't figure out the constant Regen failure. Brought it to Rush and they knocked it out the park. WILL answered all my questions and concerns (& I had a lot of them) can't thank them enough.Thank you again Will!!

Quick Service knowledgeable mechanics very friendly and professional I was able to wait in the driver's Lounge accommodated with a ride back and forth to the hotel they work with me hand-in-hand with my managers breakdown and hotel staff to get me exactly what I needed thanks Rush Truck Center thanks Rush Truck Center for everything you did for me and my puppy Willow

Id put negative stars if i could. Both rush international locations Carol Stream and Chicago. Good luck getting a hold of any one at parts department. Ridiculous it is.

Staff not nice at all. Didn't make me feel welcome at all. All I was told we don't know when your truck will be done. We will call you. I just wish there was more info and friendlier staff

A bunch of Crooks I will never take a truck there had my truck haul there for a diagnostic and a normal tow. 1100.00 had to call the. Police even the police said that they were out of hand. People be AWARE!!!Once your truck is there you either pay or get a lean!!! Also there using the international logo like if they were international truck service and they are not international. Truck service or sale I'll be call international Corporate and explain what there are doing. Don't worry see you in court!!!

Terrible service. Do not bring your truck. Got a call my truck was ready for pick up after waiting 3wks. When they released the truck; not all the work was done. But rhey sure are quick to charge you.Roger service advisor has terrible customer service.

I have really bad experience with this location. They over charged for parts and they are customer service is very unprofessional and rude . They make me feel very uncomfortable

If I could give zero stars I would . Tractor has been at this location for 12 days to replace a bolt under warranty- shop service manager has come up with every excuse imaginable- has told us truck is ready 2 times now and once again it s not .... now won t even get a response...... stay away !!!!!

brought our tuck in for a b service which took much longer than expected but when it was finally done a week later it started leaking engine oil. we brought it back in and i have been waiting a week just to have them look at it.
