Jatin took really good care of me! He made the process a lot easier. Made the claim and within a week I had my car back. Highly recommend! My car looks brand new again. Never thought it look good again after both drivers side doors were smashed in

My car had been in a small accident and I went to Macco, Carol Stream. After giving me the initial estimate and exchanging my car insurance with them, they made sure of everything from body repair and getting approvals from my insurance. Jatin handled the whole process really well kept me updated with it s progress.The process was very smooth and streamlined. I got my car back within a week after I gave it to them for repair. Very happy with the whole service.

Great experience working with Jatin. He answered every question and concern I had (and then some). The work was competitively quoted, and he worked aggressively to get my vehicle back to me very quickly. So much so that I went from only getting my free estimate to immediately leaving the car with him. They performed a dent repair and paint to the rear door of my car, as well as removed (paintless) a dent on my right front fender right on a corner line. Both parts of the job were performed flawlessly - I am still amazed at how they managed to remove the dent on the fender without additional work - and leaving it as if it had never happened. I'll continue to do business with them for sure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to Maaco for a quote on repair of my trucks bed cover. I got a very reasonable quote for the work and left the truck for repair. The repainting was done with excellent results and 2 days earlier than expected. Overall I could not have been happier.Thanks Maaco

Great service. I took my car to Maaco on Wednesday, I had this awful paint damage on the hood, rust on the panel and other issues.I loved how Jatin explained the process, told me every step and why it is necessary and even how to avoid unnecessary costs. I loved the result and what he did for my car.He fixed my chipped paint, rust spots, blending paint and my car looks beautiful.I added pics for before and after. I am 100% satisfied.And they finished a day early, 5 stars

The Manager Jatin Patel did an awesome job taking care of me. He helped get things set up with insurance company and rental car company. They fixed up my Mitsubishi Lancer after a small accident. Jatin Patel was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell that he cares about his work. Room for improvement would be that the interior was left a bit dirty from working on the car and not going back to clean it up, but the experience and body work is deserving of 5 stars. Thanks again!

I WALKED IN TO GET MY FIRST CAR PAINTED AND GOT TAKEN CARE ASAP. I NEEDED IT BY A CERTAIN DAY AND HE GOT IT TO ME A LOT SOONER THAN EXPECTED. HE HELPED ME STAY WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE. I brought my bumper here to Jatin patel and he here at maaco my bumper was a bit bent but he got it straightened out and also got it color matched. Repaired our company vehicles to Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting at location in Carol Stream for collision repair, hail damage repair and windshield replacement and some more stuff as well, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the repairs and the timely manner in which they were completed. The vehicle looks brand new! The team at Maaco really went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were done to the highest standard and completed as quickly as possible. What's more, they offered free towing to their shop, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. They also repaired some additional items that were not covered by our insurance, which was a huge help. I highly recommend Maaco for their outstanding workmanship, excellent customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers

I had a very positive experience from the moment I walked in the office and was wowed by the beautiful chairs. Jatin treated me with respect and courtesy. He talked as if he knew me his entire life. The procedure for the required work was very clearly explained and that's exactly what my car received. Reasonable price for rust removal and repair compared to the average cost. My car looks fantastic. I highly recommend it.

A visit to a auto body shop usually reminds of a time that one does not want to remember owing to the damage and the scare , however, when there is someone like a Jatin on the other side of phone, its like hitting a jackpot.Maaco carol stream rendered their services to me when i called them for fender repair work in not so good state of mind. I loved their thorough professionalism along with the genuine display of empathy not just from Jatin but all his staff. They managed everything with the insurance company, once i provided the details and documents needed.They made sure that the work was so sound that i could not pin point the place that was repaired.I can, without a doubt, recommend this place to any one.

On the recommendation of a family member, I took our 18 year old car in to have the bumper sanded and painted at the Carol Stream Maaco, as it had been a city car for 16 of those years and it will be the car our 16 year old uses. Jatin Patel, the manager, told me it would be four days to complete the project. When he called me after two days I was completely shocked to hear it was ready early. I picked the car up and could not believe my eyes. The bumper now resembles a brand new car. I am still in awe of how well the paint color matches on an eighteen year old car.

After taking my lexus to 2 other shops for a color match, Jatin s shop was the only place to get the color right. The team was knowledgeable and communicated well with what needed to be done as well as the turn around time. I was told that the job would take 3 days, Jatin called on the second day saying that my car was ready to be picked up. The professionalism was unmatched to other body shops I have used. The staff made sure when I came to get my car to explain and showed me exactly what was done. They addressed all my questions and made me feel comfortable knowing that I wouldn t have any issues with the quality of work I received. Thank you Jatin and the team for an excellent job. Just got back out 2016 Ford Edge and it looks great. I brought the car to Jatin due to a rust issue developing below the tail lights and there was a lot of light dents due to closing the tailgate via the surface instead of the handle - very thin metal. Jatin gave me a good quote and timeline for the repair. He had the car done earlier then expected and it looks great again. A big Thank You to Jatin and his team!

Justin and staff are fantastic! Got in accident some time back and called Maaco for help. They promptly towed my car from tow yard and took care of both tow bills (First charges of Towing to tow yard and later to Maaco), which was a huge relief to me. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss by my insurance as it was way too expensive to repair , but Justin (Maaco) went above and beyond to help me get the best price for my vehicle, from insurance company. He also helped me get a rental car and even offered to drive me to the rental car place. To my surprise, the rental car was a Tesla, my dream car! Justin even got a Tesla charger in front of his shop and let me charge for free during business hours only though. I drove almost 950 miles in total on rental and didn't spend a dime on charging as he is an awesome guy who let me charge for free. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by Justin and the Maaco team. They truly went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time. I highly recommend Maaco for their exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile for their customer. As I went multiple times to charge my Tesla, every time I go there he offered me coffee, bottle water as well. Awesome guy. Keep up the great work. Wish you best.Thanks a lot for helping me and letting me charge my Tesla, I know you don t have to do that but you let me. Can t thank you enough. God bless you all. Just picked up my son s car and was very pleased with the results. Hood had pealing clear coat and fading. Jatin and team did a great job in correcting this. It exceeded my expectation. When dealing with Jatin I was fully explained the process and what they needed to do to get the best possible results. I am a car guy but painting is not in my wheelhouse aside small touch ups. There has always been a stereotype about Maaco paint jobs but again the paintwork they did exceeded my expectations. Fantastic results especially at the price point.Service: Painting
