Let me tell you about these guys. I made a call about my car having problems and they got me in and diagnosed so fast it was amazing. Everyone there was consistently friendly, while doing their best to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle.I've had experiences at other places where it seems like the workers don't want to be there, don't want to be dealing with customers, would rather be doing anything else. Not here. These guys are amazing. They make you feel like your car is in good hands.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

The staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. I was told my truck would take 90 minutes and it was done in less than an hour. I opted out from. Getting my truck washed but the fact that they remembered to ask me was nice. terrible service. I complained to them about the noise from behind. I myself found the problem and came to them to check this node. I said they had to get the car up and spin the wheels to 50 mph to hear this. They said they had done a road test and heard no noise. When I told them to lift the car and do the test again, they replied that they had no free lifts. But I had appointment!!! I said I would go home and bring my jack and rear axle stands and show the noise. After that, their team leader came out and began to say that they could not use my equipment for testing, and they also did not have free lifts. Avoid this awful place!

I went in for a free oil change and they said I needed new tires and breaks. Which neither were needed! Just trying to make more money off people. Who can't afford the dealership prices. They should focus more on better customer service vs putting more money in there pocket. When I arrived to get my car I was not greeted by any staff member they were with customers but a simple we will be right with you would have been nice. Even one of the customers suggested to take care of me first.Service: Oil change

I was very satisfied with the routine maintenance the staff at Joe Cotton performed on my vehicle. I have been going there for years and have always been treated well. First time ever being at Joe Cotton Ford. I went in for recall service and I was very pleased. I arrived shortly before they opened to drop off my vehicle and the technician helped me anyways. I needed some clarification with what the recall covered exactly and the technician took the time to answer my questions. Service was prompt and the communication with them was excellent. Absolutely fabulous! They were so easy to work with!Quick hassle-free check in and pick up,quick turn around on the repairs,repairs make the car run like a champ, repairs were covered under my extended warranty, courteous and helpful staff (rare these days!), just an all around great experience! I contacted them to see if they had a part that everyone had told me they couldn't get. In one day I got a call from Jordan in service telling me that my part was in. Overall very pleased with my experience here. Zac was extremely accommodating, both time-wise and financially, making special arrangements to have my truck in and out in one day. They're scheduling system needs to be looked at. I had a 9:30 appointment to have my tire looked at, there were 10 other 9:30 appointments. I waited 2 hours for a simple tire repair. Someone needs to repair their booking system please. I've gotten over six cars from this facility and have been very happy with them. However, the service department scheduling system needs help.Service: Tires

Very friendly service and car dealership overall. Oil change was done in a timely manner and was so kind to give me a car wash. However, my apt was mainly for the recall on my car but was not informed over the phone a week prior to making the apt that it would have to be worked no matter what. (Not just an inspection) Also, wasn't informed it would take 2/3 hours which would result in me having to drop off my car for the day. I was alone with my pet so I had no way of leaving the dealership. I unfortunately had to reschedule for the following weekend which is hindering my Birthday plans. The service gentleman (Sam) was so kind and honest about the timing and what needed to be done with my car the minute I arrived. Very knowledgeable and apologized that I wasn't informed of this when making the apt with a different gentleman.Service: Oil change

The service department did an excellent job in repairing the problem with my transmission slipping! I was especially thankful that they performed the work under the power train warrany. I could see in the notes that the technician was very thorough in performing the repair and testing the vehicle. Used this company partially due to having a little more trust that jiffy lube for oil change. Previously any time I had my car in for service they would wash it. This time they did not. Not great experience this time. 2 hours wait with appointment. Then I ve had issues with a part under the vehicle falling off as early as 15000 miles. I brought in to dealer and all they did was try to secure it back up. It s a cheap styrofoam type cover to protect the underbody from debris. They didn t replace and not much longer within 200 miles it fell back down. Brought it in again and they just tried to secure it back up without replacing. It kept coming loose so I started to just crawl under truck and try to secure it. This time in they told me I need a new one and it would cost $220. I m like now you want me to buy a new one when I ve been trying to get it fixed since i owned the truck. I bought the truck brand new from the dealer and also purchased the additional extended warranty which the service man said it doesn t cover. I asked why and he said because the part breaks all the time and Ford doesn t want to cover it. I m like what? But you want me to buy a new part that always breaks? They didn t seem to really care about the part always breaking but somehow wanted me to buy a new one. I expected the part to be replaced since I ve had the issue of it coming loose from as early as 15000 miles in. I expected better service but like I said they didn t seem to care. Then tried charging me $69 for the works when their website advertises $59.95 special. He tells me I have to mention their advertised special or they ll just charge the $69?Again not great customer service.Would love a call to discuss further.Service: Oil change

I have used Joe Cotton Several times for various repairs or maintenance, they have always been helpful. Most recently I used them for a recall issue where another dealer was not willing to assist, joe cotton was very helpful. Was greeted by the service tech upon my arrival. Service issues were discussed and agreed to. Received a call during the service session for a couple of additional issues discovered. Agreed to the additions and picked up the vehicle at the agreed upon time. Staff reviewed the work completed with a thorough explanation. Zac did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and helping me with decisions on repairs. He s been a much needed improvement and the reason I ll be back. However, the one thing that continues to need improvement is the process for picking up your car. They made some good changes, but there s still no clear directions nor anyone to greet you. I literally felt like a ghost, as I stood there waiting for somebody to acknowledge my existence.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Oil change took 2 hours to complete and I had made an appointment, so it's not like i showed up unannounced. I also asked for my rear wiper blade to be replaced. After 2 hours and $98 later, while driving off I discovered that the old blade had been removed but they did not install a new blade. As a result, I had the metal arm directly on my rear glass. I had to drive back to have them install a blade. Not great service.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change
