Terrible service, three times in a row. I had to wait over 45 min. No communication was provided about them running behind. They didn t check my tire pressure or the usually about asking if I wanted my air filter changed. I was so disappointed and they took care of a costumer that got there after me before finishing up my car. I will not return or recommend.I m not the type to write a bad review but the service was very poor and disappointing.

Very nice guys & fast servicePulled in at opening time 8am & was advised no one was there yet so I went to the gym and came backMy only issue was there was a guy there possibly the manger ( very kind) that was sick , not wearing a mask & coughing putting clients and his workers in danger of getting sick. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars.I sanitized my car really good after so hopefully I don't get sick. Other than that service was quick & I was in and out.

Two of the nicest young men helped me. Polite, courteous and efficient and even tho I got there at the last minute, never felt rushed!! I highly recommend them!

Great customer service but they have a paid ad for 51% off. The gentleman who serviced me said I m not the first person to bring that coupon in but it s not real. How can a google paid ad not be correct? Pretty sure that s fraud in Illinois.

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I came here to get an oil changed and my a/c was working just fine. Also, I was charged more than what they advertised at that time. The very next day my a/c stopped working and I took it to another place and was told the part was damaged and I had to pay a little over $500 for the issue to be fixed. I have a neighbor who is also a woman, she took her car here to get an oil change and surprise surprise she had the same exact issue happen to her. I believe that some of the people that work here purposefully damage parts on your car so they can get more business.

Fantastic place to go for a quick oil change. Knowledgeable friendly staff. They give recommendations on upcoming service requirements.We take all of our cars here.Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago I didn t my filter and drain plug fell off the car. I have a 2007 dodge charger had they had to order every drain plug to see which one is the best. New manager said they found the right plug. Since I wait for a good minute I got the plug and an oil change free of charge. The staff is super friendly, highly recommend this place. Fair pricing not over priced.Service: Oil change

Desperately needed an oil change tonight, thankfully I stopped here. Taylor, Leo and the other crew members made sure to take care of it. They were very nice, explained everything, and broke down the pricing. Will be coming back in the future:)

Had a worst experience.Issue: Headlight replacement.The shop closes around 7 pm but I went around 4:40 for my headlight bulb change. The guy played for half an hour and couldn t change the bulb of my grand Cherokee. When he changed the bulb and saw it s something else he asked to come tomorrow but charged for labor. The best day also when I went I heard him saying to another mechanic don t forget to clock in timing and if there s wiring issue we don t do it.He didn t know how to fix it yet just trying to show and charged labor hours.

They are absolutely amazing! I came in with all my kids in the car and they didn t even have me get out so I didn t have to get all the kids. They were quick and professional and so good to me and my kids! I will never go anywhere else!

I brought my car in for an oil change and to fix a light that was out. The workers tried to gaslight me and tell me I had both of my headlights out when I could see with my own two eyes, that only the one was out. The person working the desk went back out to the bay telling his employees she keeps tellin me I m wrong, I don t know what she s talking about! While they continued to laugh. I m not sure if they re just not familiar with my car s set up, or if they re trying to take advantage of a woman that they think doesn t know what she s talking about. Joke s on them, though, because I was raised by mechanics. Anyway, maybe don t make fun of someone who knows what they re talking about where they can hear you? It was extremely unprofessional and if you were trying to make me feel dumb so I d pay you $60 for lights, nice try. Anyway, I won t be coming back here. Ever. I would recommend women as a whole should stay away as well.**edit to add that they also charged me $30 more than the internet price for an oil change! Never coming back.

Been going to GM for many years. Have always gone on Wednesdays for 'lady's day' discount. Was told a few weeks ago that I couldn't receive the discount because it wasn't the first Wed of the month. I had never been told this before and they have always honored it in the past which I told the guy. Instead of letting me know that there were addl coupons on the website to use for an oil change he charged me the full amount of $93. I've reached out to corporate with the invoice number and date of service 2x with no response. Disappointed in the poor customer service.

Sarah and team were great! Acknowledged me immediately as soon as I pulled up to let me know what kind of timeline I was looking at. The service was also on point as to what needed to be done to my car. Went in for a quick oil change people were friendly apparently they have a problem with the internet connection which is an undue inconvenience to the customer! You may want to get that fixed! This has been a problem for weeks now

Started hearing a weird noise coming from my car after a few days of getting an oil change at this place. Comes to find out, they never replaced the splash guard or any of the clips. This costed me a couple hundred dollars in repairs. Won t be returning.
