My first interaction was very good . Very professional interaction with the staff at this location .The Adjuster of the Team , Mr Spoden was very kind enough to hear to my anxiousness on a couple areas of the quote. Even suggested me options and means to work around the issue .Hopefully my further experiences will prove me right on the opinion I have from MY foremost interaction.

GASLIGHTING AT ITS FINEST pt.II.So yeah I ve contacted my insurance. What you ve said was completely false tsk tsk. Imagine a regular working man, taking an early off just to get to the appointment and just about to get scammed? I am not going to be compensated for the time effort and work to get to that appointment.I was just asking for an estimate and you tried to force a signature out of me and be bounded by contract? What the?!When you thought you could just sit back and relax after being a victim of an unfair hit n run. You can never be too careful when signing papers.Shame on your new branch CAROL STREAM. It has a really bad start. Really bad business.

I was assisted by Kristen on a Monday afternoon, just before their closing time. She displayed great professionalism, patience, and knowledge regarding the repair. Kristen addressed all my questions without making me feel rushed. The service provided by Crash Champions, Carol Stream, was exceptional in terms of quality and workmanship. GASLIGHTING AT IT S FINEST! Dare to tell lies, false information about insurances and caller and car rental just to force you to sign the contract. Even said my stepmom called her and that the car is leaking blablabla PLAIN BAD.

My car was returned to me very dirt and paint all over. I am very unhappy with my experience here especially because i turned in my car clean and no paint spilled inside this is just unbelievable.
