First timer. I took my Lincoln in for an estimate on a very minor fix, and after assessing it, the GM Jennifer took care of it herself in a matter of minutes. Followed it up with "I can't take your money for such a minor repair like that." WOW - it's that kind of honest and generous service that immediately influences a customer to come back for future repairs and/or recommend them to others.

I just want to mention I had my car repaired at Caliper Collison on Main Street in Carol Stream and they did an absolute excellent job from the time I walked in the door until the time I picked up the car Tina & Steve made sure that all my expectations were fulfilled no wonder their parking lot is full and they re busy all the time they even arranged for the rental to use so it would be ready when we dropped off the car. It s hard finding good honest, auto body places that do excellent work but this one exceeded my expectations.I would give this place 10 stars if I could they re that good

Jenn and her team were amazing. From start to finish. They helped me get everything with insurance sorted out. They helped me with navigating my rental and were all so sweet the whole time. They were so easy to get ahold of if I had questions or concerns and sent me updates while my car was being fixed. You can t even tell there was ever a single bit of damage on my brand new car I cannot believe how fast they were able to get my car in and out of there. 10000% will recommend to everyone. Thank you so much again!!!

Please, at all cost, do not entrust this business to put hands on or go near your car. First, the customer service representatives were unprofessional from the moment you enter the establishment. The ladies at the front desk made me feel like the biggest inconvenience when I walked in to drop off my car to when I picked up my car.The biggest issue I had was that I took my car in for hail damage and I had one light on my dashboard (tire pressure light because temperature dropped significantly to freezing temperatures). When picking up my car, multiple lights were then lit up on the dashboard. The company broke off parts of my air vents, my overhead light was disconnected and hanging down, and plastic trim around my car was completely unhinged. When I told the company that this was the case, I gaslit and told that this was not the case. Due to CALIBER'S ERRORS, I have now spent $4000 on repairs at my Nissan dealer. I have complete mistrust in this company. Since this unfortunate experience, I have reached out to the company to see how they would like to make it right and they have avoided my calls. Messages were left and ended no where. My major insurance company recommended this company for my repairs.I have successfully notified my national insurance company and spoke to the top manager of quality assurance to take them off the recommended list of repair shops so that no individual will ever have to experience the 6+ weeks fiasco that this company caused. I am now out over $4500 and but I hope that this encourages potential customers to gravely consider their options when looking for car repairs. Do not fall into the trap of going to Caliber to get one thing fixed only to find numerous other issues wrong. Lastly, their hours are not accommodating to the working professional. If I could go back in time, despite the hail damage being repaired, I would not choose to get it done here. They have lost serious business as a result of my experience.

I had someone hit me a few months back, and I used Caliber Collision at this location. To say the least, it s still to this day one of the best services/experiences I have received. Both for the excellent work they did with my Fiat, and also for the stellar customer service. Highly recommend this location!

My vehicle was hit a week before Christmas, which felt like the worst timing possible. I called around to shops that said I would be without a car for several months. I felt so discouraged. Thankfully, Geico recommended Caliber Collision & they were in the area which was super convenient. Everyone at Caliber was friendly, honest, communicative & just made this major inconvenience into a smooth process from beginning to end. I appreciated the updates & the fast service. My vehicle looks & feels brand new. Thanks Caliber!!!

It s always a bit irritating when you need to take your car in for service. It s even worse when you re taking it in for an accident you didn t even cause. I was also a bit annoyed since I needed to drive further than I wanted just to get a body shop in the insurance s network.With all of that being said, I am thrilled that I picked this particular Caliber Collision to do my work. Everyone I worked with was amazing and very easy to work with.They communicated with me every step of the way with their text and website services. All I needed to do was click a link and I could see exactly where they were in the repair process.I d easily recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work. Wow...if I could give 6 stars, I would! I brought my car in for a repair quote after it was hit in a parking lot and no note was left. Caliber Collision was honest about the damage that was done...cosmetic...and also made a minor adjustment with no charge. This company clearly has the customer's best interest in mind. Trustworthy, helpful, and efficient! I highly recommend!

It was such a great experience getting my Honda repaired at Caliber Collision! Steve was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Their team provided great communication throughout the entire repair and my car was finished in 1 week as promised! I can t thank you guys enough! Well done!

Took longer than I expected. There was Christmas and new years and terrible weather so I get it but I wish they would have been more communicative. that being said they were nice to Work with and did good work.

We needed a repair from a prior accident and we let things get away with time. Rust was forming on our vehicle and we knew we finally needed to tend to the issue. Caliber was great in providing an estimate on the spot, ordering parts and getting us in and out for service, while completing quality work. Caliber did an excellent job on my vehicle and I appreciate the communication they gave me each step of the way. The expected time they would have my vehicle was met and the vehicle came back cleaner than when I gave it to them.

Unfortunately I gave a rave review at first after picking it up and being asked to bring it back for something they overlooked. I did bring it back and then they overlooked something else and marred the paint adjacent to an area they repaired. This pattern happened throughout a period of about 3 months. Finally, I just wanted my car back and a few weeks later after telling myself not to inspect their work any more and just be accepting, I noticed an area they repaired having a long dull area as if not buffed and it had a couple of strange scratches. I called a different location and will try them. Just don't have any more patience for the oversights and rush job of the CarolStream location. It's a shame. Maybe they are forced into a high volume and crunched time situation. Never had this kind of bad experience before at other repair places.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Walking into Caliber collision for body work, I was greeted with a friendly smiles. Which is amazing to see these days. The whole experience was great.Steve and everyone were wonderful.The work done on my car was exceptional. My car was ready faster than anticipated which was great! They provided me a link that showed the status of my repairs. They still communicated by calling even with the link & texts being available. Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. My car looks brand new!

No communication unless I called them. Took 2 1/2 weeks when I was told 1 week. Work is decent, still some bumps in the paint. Windshield was not reconfigured which has left me with more of a pain than it is worth.
