My experience at this dealership was exceptionally positive, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Isaac. What a wonderful purchasing experience this dealership makes! Aleks was very detailed in going over the condition of the vehicle with me and explaining everything as if he were making the purchase himself. They were extremely fast and efficient as well. In August 2022 I bought 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Widebody at Auto Showcase, the yellow one, you can see it on the third picture above. It was very good experience, the sales guy Isaac was very helpful and friendly. I bought it fully remote, as I m living in New Jersey. I asked my friend who lives in Illinois to come there and check the car. The car is in awesome condition. The buying process was very easy and simple, no tricks. Also they dropped price a bit for me. The car was shipped to me very fast, and it arrived without any issues. Special thanks to Ashley Haak, who helped a lot with paperwork to get title and registration. I highly recommend this place and if I decide to buy anything else specific, I d consider to come to these guys again.

The gentleman that assisted me in my purchase, James Fruzyna, made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. The vehicle I bought was flawless, and the negotiations were satisfactory. The car was meticulously cleaned and prepared before I left the store. The paperwork went clearly and smoothly..

Seriously one of the best used car experiences ice come across...and trust me I have been to a lot of dealers and used as well. No pressure, and the cars they seem to take in are very clean and appear to have been well maintained (at least the several we looked at we're in this condition). Andy (general manager) and Miles (salesman) both helped us and we're both awesome! I can't recommend them and this place enough! We ended up buying the car we wanted....thank you so much Auto Showcase for your help and making our car dreams come true and buying experience so easy!

Just bought a 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 from Auto Showcase, and I have to say it was the best car buying experience of my life. Aleks and John were amazing through the whole process. I bought the car from out of state, there were no games or tricks, the price advertised on the internet was the price I paid. I was trying to buy the exact same car from a "dealership" down the road, and in addition to the internet price they wanted to add in some vehicle coating and LoJack that added thousands of dollars to the price. Not the case at Auto showcase. What you see is what you get, the way it should be. Definitely would buy from them again!

Sales staff was excellent, helpful when you need it, in the background when you didn't need help. Not at all pushy. Negotiation was easy and the stock was plentiful. They deal in specialty cars here. You wont find family sedans here. You will find sport cars, luxury cars, specialty trucks and jeeps etc. Finance people were good, no pressure to buy extras but the extras are available.I would recommend to my friends. I would buy here again.

Best car buying experience for me and especially my husband. Issac helped us on our purchase for the Kia EV6 and the entire experience and process from start to finish went very smoothly without any hassle. Jim, John & Austin at the Auto Showcase made my car purchasing experience amazing!I purchased a 2020 Ford SVT Lightning from them, cleanest one in the country.Their prices are fair, vehicle stock is nice and communication with them great.I highly recommend buying your next car with Auto Showcase of Carol Stream!A+++

This car taught me, never by a used car from this shop without test driving and being 100% confident. As soon as it arrived, it kept dying on me so I took it to a classic car shop and they quoted 1900. Called the dealership and they offered to pay 500. DO NOT buy from here without a test drive. By the way, the $500 never showed.

Incredibly easy experience. Got all my questions answered via email, got preapproved for the loan, agreed on a price subject to a test drive. Test drive went great and I bought a Ford bronco in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Everybody here was super nice. Had a great experience. Price was fair and they made the whole transaction fast. I would definitely do business there again. Also, I did call before I picked up the vehicle cause I had noticed some rust on the wheels, the took care of everything before I came. Plus they were not pushy.

I just bought a 2006 Pontiac GTO from them and this car was perfect I bought it sight unseen and it fully met my expectations I also live in Texas and they made the whole process very easy. They were great to work with and always answered my calls and questions.Thank you for the excellent car buying experience Auto Showcase. I would totally buy another car from this dealer .

About 2 months ago my family and I went here in hopes of taking home a 350z or 370z. They had two low mileage and well maintained 350z and a low mileage modded 370z. I loved all three cars and they seemed to be great examples of garage kept. However, both 350z were dead when we tried to drive them. (Probably cause it's an old car but they couldn't keep them on a charger then?) Either way, when asked to test drive the cars, the salesman questioned if we were actually here to buy something or just test drive the cars for fun. Keep in mind, we drove an hour and a half to come here. Then when we finally started the car, the salesman continously questioned my father's ability to drive manual. When we got back, we sat down to discuss prices, and they said there was no wiggle room on any of the cars. They simply offered to replace the battery, which they should be doing regardless. When asked to speak with a manager about the price, the salesman said to my mom "listen lady." Who in their right mind says that when we're looking to pay 20k for a 2003 car. Are you out of your mind? Then when the manager came over he defended the salesman and didn't offer any help. He brought the price down maybe $200. Either way, we were constantly insulted and acted like we weren't there to buy a car. When we started walking out the door, of course they were willing to change. We didn't stay though, they did not deserve our business. Ended up buying a 2016 WRX for the same price as their 03' 350z lol. Don't go here. This place is as pathetic as it gets.

I came in to buy a car for my dad and had the absolute best service from the second I walked in to the second I left. Owners John and Andy really go out of their way to give u the absolute best. Jim finished the deal and had us out of there in 1 hour. I highly recommend all 3 of them to help u in any way to get your dream car.

SCAM! I purchased a vehicle online from here. I was assured that the vehicle was mechanically in good working condition and in good condition cosmetically. my sales agent was Isaac. The moment the transaction took place with the company, they no longer had an interest in showing me the appropriate time or customer service as soon as they took the payment. The vehicle was then deliver late by over a week, once it finally arrived there was no assistance in getting paperwork for the vehicle, there was no second key like stated in the advertisement and the driver spoke no english which made it impossible to complete the process adequetly.After the cluster-f, I proceeded to get in the new vehicle. Went to take it on a test drive down the street and not even 3 miles into the drive the transmission showed an incredibly violent shutter immediatly. i Then had to have it towed straigh to a mechanic shop to have it looked over. the mechanic shop then came back the following day and told me the transmission was unfixable and needed a new replacement. i replaced the transmission ($7,000 later) then more problems followed. Sunroof was broken ($2,800) paint was chipping off on the roof, hood, bumper ($6,000) The A/C was broken ($3,000) and the backup cameras around the truck were broken. ($1,800).Once the problems were adressed to the company, there was zero assistance or customer service other than "you bought it as is" and washed his hands of the problem. The vehicle was 40k and needed another additional 20k to have these problems fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

I bought a used car entirely over the phone and had it shipped across the country. The salesman I worked with was OK. Didn't provide much info and seemed like he was just ready to make the sale and be done with it.The application sent in for financing had incorrect information on it, since the dealership seemed to fill out fields on their own, without my approval.The car itself arrived in a good enough condition. I did ask specifically if there are any issues with the mechanics or electrical, and was told there are no issues. Now that I have the car I've found the windshield wiper nozzles are clogged. This seems like a pretty basic check that should have been performed and reported.Overall I'm happy I got the car I wanted. Just don't expect any quality service from this dealership.

We had an excellent experience last week! We had been in a tough position with a car being totaled in an accident recently and we had spent the day shopping and having no luck, and many run arounds . We arrived at Auto Showcase knowing the car we wanted, asked for a straight answer on pricing, and we were done in under an hour! It was such a great and easy experience especially after the day we had! Thank you!

I have been purchasing our cars from Autoshowcase ( before Bensenville Motors) for close to 30 years!!! John, Andy, Jimmy and the rest of the sales staff are NEVER there topressure but always there to help ! sounds corny but i wouldn t return time and time again or recommend to friends who have also purchased cars from Autoshowcase if it were any other way. The service department on site is where i have always taken my car for anything from an oil change tomajor repairs. They know me and they know my cars!!! They are the best!!!

Dealership is beautiful, cars are kept as clean as possible and staff are friendly. 370z I bought was on the lot for quite some time and due to heat dashboard was cracked and headliner was coming off in the back. Because of this I asked for a lower price and they were not willing to go lower. Before we started to walk out they did lower their price but we still didnt see eye to eye on price because of how much it would cost to replace dash. Started to walk out again and they came down to the price I was originally willing to accept. After I paid for car I asked for the second set of keys and they didn t have a second set. Should of asked for lower price due to price of getting a new key fob. Overall happy with car and purchase just few cosmetic things that need replaced that are pretty expensive. Listing did state that the seats were heated and cooled, which this car did not have cooled seats.

I bought a supercharged competition orange 2015 mustang gt with 8k miles from Auto Showcase this morning, drove it 7 hours on the highway today. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase! As I read through some of their reviews about their prices.... all I can say to that is, you would really have to go check them out to see just why they may be a little higher priced. When you go there and check them out, it is clear that they very specifically look for and have the "cream of the crop" I have no doubt whatsoever that they get premium sports/muscle cars which means they pay a premium to get them which leads to me paying a premium price for it, and for those reasons.... I have no complaints. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Impressed is simply an understatement for me! Thanks again guys!

They gave Quick responses to all my questions about the car,and within an hour I had purchased my Mustang. Less than 5 days later my car will arrive at its new home in North Carolina. Thanks to all that made this the easiest car purchase to date for me.
