Work was done when scheduled and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that my vehicle was smoked in and now smells like an ashtray! As a non smoker that s a big deal and will probably think twice about returning.

Always has done an excellent job. Jason won't tell you something is wrong when it isn't. He is the first mechanic that I trust and take all our cars to. Very disrespectful and would not recommend to anyone. When I stated he was being rude for no reason he hang up on me so I called back to ask why he thought he had the right to treat people like that and his wife answered the phone and when I asked to speak to her husband she started laughing. I also got my vehicle problem taking care of with another shop that did it 40% less then what this shop quoted me. Who ever takes the time to read this notice that 90 percent of this company s reviews is on the same day. He saying he done 15 people s car in one day and they all rated him that same day also? Out of 20 reviews 15 of them was done in one day lol. Don t take a scientist to figure out he paying people to write a review and for you to do that your obviously trying to hide something.

Jason and Stephanie are the best! They are prompt and very accommodating. They also call and ask permission on all the work they do before just hitting you with a mystery bill. You don t find shops as trustworthy and knowledgeable as this one anymore! Thank you guys for all you do!

Well I called to try and get my truck worked on and the guy who.owns the place was kinda rude on the phone also I never heard paying a shop 65 dollars to drive your vehicle and also was quoted just to get a estimate to find the problem was gonna cost almost 200 dollars and that's if he could find the problem in that time frame I called every other shop around and no one was gonna charge for a diagnoses just shop labor time and parts to have it fixed so if u want to be charged hi prices and get rude service go to cars auto in carmi
