The best experience I have ever had buying a car. Straight forward on pricing. They didn't play any games or try to sell me any unnecessary warranties. I got a great truck at a great price. I drove 1-1/2 hours to get here and will do it again next time I need a vehicle. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

This dealership has great customer service. We had developed a screeching sound in our left front wheel while camping nearby. We called them at 7:30 A.M. and got an appointment for 9:00 A.M. by 9:30 A.M they had fixed the problem and we were out the door. Very friendly and helpful staff!

2 months ago my 18 yr old daughter bought a vehicle and paid cash for it at weigman ford. She had worked all summer to save her money and pay cash for her first vehicle. This is her first year attending kaskaskia college, and she needed dependable transportation. We thought, and assumed we were getting a good reliable vehicle, and Marvin Weigman presented this vehicle to us as meeting those requirements. It began by engine light on, overheating, heater will not work nor airconditioning. Took to reputable auto repair in centralia, was told it is blown head gasket, need new engine/ motor & heating core. The aito repair stated this would be very pricey; and suggested since we had only had the vehicle 2 months, that we contact Weigman Ford where it was purchased; and figured they would want to do the right thing, reputable thing since it was just purchased. I phoned Weigman Ford and Marvin Weigman refused to stand behind anything. Doesnt matter that they took advantage of an eighteen yr old kid who is attending college, and spent every dime she had worked and saved to pay for a vehicle he highly reccomended. He refused also to do any mechanic repairs, at a discounted fair price that we would pay for. I said so " we are screwed", and with a chuckle he said unfortunately yes you are. I would not reccommend Weigman Ford to anyone. I am a single parent, who struggles to raise her two children, guide them in the right direction in life, to work for what they earn, be honest & respectful, push hard work for an education. Its really sad the principles we teach and instill in our children, are shattered by trusting, taking ones word in a business deal, only to find out the repairs to the vehicle will surpass the price you paid for it 2 months ago. Someones word and honesty should mean something, especially when your name is attached to your business WEIGMAN FORD OF CARLYLE ILLINOIS!! I SEE THERE IS NO STANDING BEHIND YOUR SALES, product. My daughter shouldve took her hard earned cash drove down the highway and throwed it out the window. A MANS CHARACTER IS ALWAYS SHOWN BY HIS ACTIONS/ your business practices of not doing the right thing, the honest and honorable thing, and by taking advantage of an 18 yr old college student speaks volumes of your character / and or Weigman Ford!!!! Reputation is an important asset; or at least i thought it was! Save yourself the trouble of what we are going through by not purchasing a product they will not stand behind.UPDATE:11/30/18: Wegman Ford responded to my review 4 days ago; emailing me to please contact them concerning my review& how they could help and to please call them. I phoned Marvin Weigman, he said he had no idea who contacted me but he was not doing anything to resolve this matter. I said well, who wrote the response on your website expressing concern and to contact you? He said he was unsure and would have to check into that, lol. Clearly by leaving a response on his web it was done to save face and portray their business as trying to appear as they had made an attempt to resolve the problem; but he again refused to do anything. This vehicle is currently sitting at a reputable Dodge Dealership in centralia. The mechanic said it would be between $4000-$6000 dollars to repair; and i was told it was this way when it was purchased.Again, save yourself the problems, headaches, stress, bills, and dollars by not doing business with someone who is not forthcoming, does not stand behind their products, and lacks the ability to to show any type of respect to a customer. I wouldnt wish the experience we have had with Weigman Ford on my worst enemy!!!!

I'm very pleased with my vehicle purchase from Weigman Ford. And look forward to buying from them again. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a good reliable car to go see Marvin at Wiegman Ford.

Took a car down for A/C service, they couldn't get the car started yet, they replaced a fan, coolant, and hoseclamp which did not fix the issue. They replaced the coil, then put the old coil back on, they said it took them: "12" hours to find the battery junction box had corrosion, they charged for labor and parts for the fan when that wasn't the issue, they gave us the money back for the fan but not the labor.

I am very disappointed with my service I would think they would have diagnosed my problems with my vehicle the first time I brought it in for brake issues they told me it needed new roders and brake pads also I had a lock assembly for the ignition came picked up drove home heard squiling making same noise as before it was done also grinding same as before brought it in 3 times one time I was driving and had no brakes came to stop light had to pump then I had brakes brought it back again they said needs master cylinder so after paying 1142 26 cents my brakes still are not fixed after they was supposed to look at them again they put master cylinder in but they also said I needed a steering column so after 2780.45 cents my brakes still are not fixed right that money was for dental work that I borrowed from my 401k now I have no money for my dental work and still don't have brake problem fixed i walked in and a big sighns that says Christ is our rock well I don't think Jesus appreciates people being taking advantage and if we are Christ followers we don't just take we give if this is a Christian business I don't know that I believe that I'm tired of this problem I had to throw a fit I mean a fit to get a vehicle to drive just so I wouldn't loose a job I have been at for 20 years
