I had a broken windshield wiper and the worker at O'Reilly's took the old on off and put 2 new ones on and I was only charged for on as it was by one get one free. He was very accommodating and I appreciated him very much!

I went in asking for 3-in-1 oil and the guy behind counter asked if it was a wax. It seems the days of knowledgeable counter help is a thing of the past. When I pulled up a picture of it on the O'Reilly website the guy still told me he had never heard of it and didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered to help me find correct item.

A lot of parts stores get a bad rep for giving out the wrong parts. In all honesty it s not always the counter person s fault. These days there are a multitude of options of vehicles and their specific build info. The folks at this store get it right every time by asking you the questions needed versus some others that just assume. So when they ask you 4x4 or front wheel drive when buying wiper blades. There s a reason. It s so you get the right stuff. Make sure you also sign up for rewards because you get decent discounts and coupons. I also like that they give a military and veteran discount.

They mixed paint for my trucks color code $150. Was lots darker than supposed to be. 1 month and still soft when warm. Gasoline takes the junk right off

I wouldnt even trust these people with replacing a fuse for me. Told me my alternator was good multiple times. I actually bring it to a shop and they tell me it's bad. No wonder I had to replace my battery through them at that. I dont trust any of them. I wish I could give it 0/5 stars horrible customer service. horrible hands on techs who talk like they know what are talking about but to me are pretty much know it alls who dont know anything

I went in there to buy a switch for my Cadillac and I needed to borrow a screwdriver just to take the screw out so I could take the old switch and Show what I had and the guy told me I couldn t use a screwdriver and I ask him well can you come and take it out wouldn t take a couple seconds he told me no he couldn t leave the store but yet they have a big sign on the front door says wiper blade installation if you can t leave the store and I m parked right in front of the front door how could you change wiper blades if I needed them if I could give this place a no star I would and Delbert should get fired for not taking care of the customer There was three people working and there was no other customers this is unacceptable what happened to customer service

Went in for oil filter and was greeted with poor attitude and they act like I was inconveniencing the employee for having them run part number on an oil filter. Next time I am in carlyle ill just go to Napa.

They tested a starter for me and said it was ok when I knew it wasn't I went to Napa and had it tested and it tested bad so guess who I bought a new starter from

They just can't seem to get it right. Always giving me the wrong parts. After returning today for a refund, I won't go back.

Employee Zach from the Carlyle ill store is very rude and unprofessional has very poor people skills and a very bad attitude talked to his manager and I hope he does what he said and deals with a store problem
