Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. Thank you and Vogler Ford!! To the Guys in the big offices, if you read this, please let the whole parts, maintenance and repair shop side know how much they are appreciated. Got a side window replaced in my 18 mustang gt. They did an excellent job on the window and taking care of my car. Also the cost was cheaper than the other glass places around town. Definitely recommend going here for any body or glass needs for your car. They will take care of your stuff, do a good job and they are very fair on pricing.

- no real pricing structure- overcharging- over exaggeration of issues- up selling... up selling... up sellingJust a few issues we've had with Vogler. Don't recommend.
