This review is on their repair shop. Absolutely fantastic. They put on a new headlight setup and handlebars for my Kawasaki Vulcan S. They got it done in less than a week and adjusted to exactly where I wanted the bars to be. Great shop. I will definitely be a returning customer and will direct people to them for mods on their bikes.

Great staff.. nice bike for the price ..the only issue i had was i saw the bike online said it was a 2012 ..i paid for the bike over the phone and when they text me the paperwork i found out the bike bike was in fact a 2004 ..8 years older than advertised ..they apologized and asked me if i wanted a refund ..i told them no the bike was still worth the price ..so ask questions to make sure everything is accurate ..great bike for a good price at least just be sure to ask questions.. would buy from them again ..

GREAT EXPERIENCE--PERSONAL ATTENTION!I stopped in at Phillips Pro Cycle on my way to Florida to check out their ONE WHEEL selection--as I was thinking about getting one before I left on vacation, but I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on a GT before leaving. I live in N Wisconsin. After talking with the guys there and seeing what I wanted right there in stock--it was an easy transaction. They all were very helpful and personable. Even helped me out with a loose fender on my cargo trailer as I was leaving. Not only was the process easy and smooth, I never felt any pressure from anyone. Customer service was very high--which is what sets businesses apart in today's economy. But I also feel like I got a great price on my GT. I put a lot of miles on over the next ten days in FL and am very glad I got it--no regets-- also very glad I stopped in at Phillips in Carbondale! If I ever am looking for a bike, it would be worth the 11 hour drive to get a bike from someone you can trust. Thanks Guys!

The worst thing I ever hate to do is give a small business especially one that has been here many years. A bad review. But I bought an older trike that was in good shape except for some break issues and a tank issue. But the body issue was perfect. It had been stored under a blanket. It is really a nice looking trike. Had my daughter take it last September since I bought it for her. We just went to pick it up yesterday. Sometimes projects are taken on that are too big and cannot be handled because of lack of experience and lack of years of working on motors etc. But I was told the trike was rode down the road and it didn't run the way the guy wanted it to, The question is if it was rode down the road how come when I picked it up and still when I get it home you can't even turn the thing over. Then, I look and the housing up front is completely busted and broke. All I get is oh I think it might have been like that, absolutely not. There are photos of this bike. Like I said it was kept under a blanket. It was taken very good care of it. It just set for a little too long. But now the thing doesn't run. You've already tore it up and broke stuff and it's put back together like a 2-year-old did it blindfolded. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about this. It's far from over. I understand when stuff sets for too long the rings can dry out. Hoses can crack. You know things happen. But if you don't know what you're doing and somebody is called you day in and day out requesting for an update and has somebody else willing to work on this? That actually knows what they're doing as a business. You should have returned this phone call. Had us come pick it up and saved all the issues. Now what I got back is in worst shape than when I brought it in. Trust me this ain't over yet.

I've taken all my Harleys to Phillips Pro Cycle for service ever since I moved back to Southern Illinois. MUCH better prices on tires and fluid changes than any Harley dealership! And they're fast too. Thanks!

I purchased a specialty bike through Phillips Pro Cycles that is very hard to get. Not only was Phillips able to order the bike but they fully checked and inspected it, communicated with me many time during the process. Sent all the paperwork and made registration easy. And they delivered to bike to me 1800 miles away perfectly in less than a week. Spending 5 figures from a distance can be nerve racking but I felt confident and assured the whole way. I even got follow-up calls after all was completed now that s great (and rare) customer service. Great family owned shop. Highly recommended.

The shop seems to do good work. But everytime I have taken a bike in for repairs or what-not I get 2 different prices. The one they quote me and then the price they charge which has been anywhere from 35$ - 150$ more than quoted. I think I will find a different shop from now on.

Very kind and helpful group of people who work here. They diagnosed and fixed the problems I was having with my Polaris Ranger and got it fixed promptly. I will definitely be returning for future service on that and my motorcycle.

I have been to a lot of places as a new bike owner trying to find the best service. And, I doubt I could find a better facility after coming to Philips Pro Cycle. The guys there are so knowledgeable, personable, and willing to educate. On top of that they provide top-notch service at the cheapest price I can find by a long shot. I couldn t recommend this place more.

Bought my first motorcycle from here and was met with excellent customer service and very fair pricing and suggestions. Everyone I have talked to has said the motorcycle I purchased was at a good price and the best for my skill level as a new rider that had very little knowledge. Not a single time did they try to make more money by selling a larger engine size bike or recommending pointless or overpriced equipment to a naive customer. Most importantly, the bike was completely road ready without a single problem and to top it off they do work on motorcycles as well and have been recommended by several friends to me for their quality service.

I live about an hour away and getting down to the shop was proving to be pretty difficult with my work schedule. Scott made it easy to get things squared away as much as possible over the phone. I felt comfortable every step of the way and rode away with an amazing bike. I would recommend Scott and the guys at Phillips any day. 5 out of 5 all day.

After going through the process of buying my bike, I have to say that everyone at Phillips Pro Cycle, especially Nathan, has been super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I live a few states away, so all of the conversations apart from getting the bike were over the phone. They were very deliberate, and returned my calls very quickly. I was concerned at first that working with the dealership so far away might be difficult, but they went out of their way to make sure that this process was very easy and an enjoyable experience. When I came to get the bike, everything was set up and ready to go. We were leaving with the bike almost as soon as we got there. I can't stress enough that this was the best buying experience I've had from a dealership, and I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a motorcycle.

Recently purchased a Suzuki 800 Intruder, and naturally, being a used bike, I've needed parts. And the folks at Phillips Pro Cycle have been right on top of it. A clearly experienced and knowledgeable crew, and a willingness to help, makes for a fantastic experience. They have worked with me every time to find the least expensive yet most reliable version of what I need. In other words, their prices are incredibly Fair. If you need some work done on your bike, you should take it right on over to Phillips Pro Cycle. They're going to take good care of you.

Would definitely buy from again! I had a wonderful experience buying a bike from Phillips Pro Cycle from 5 hrs away and had it shipped. Alex had excellent communication and sent all the additional photos I requested. My Yamaha Stryker arrived in perfect condition just as described. Best dealer experience I've ever had! Don't hesitate to buy from these guys sight unseen. Thank you so much!

After doing business with them for 2 years, they are the best shop in southern Illinois. Even after I have moved away, I still have had them order me parts. Pricing is fair, techs definitely know their stuff, and their selection is pretty amazing, it's hard to believe that the bikes are pre owned.

Yea my wife wanted me to take her little gotrax g4 electric scooter their for tire change and went in fine comes back with a e5 error code saying it s overheated thought it was funny how the guy said they turned it on because they wanted to ride it but it gave us this error screen .. but they didn t ride it . So yeah I d take it somewhere a little more trustworthy . They rode it and broke it obviously they were probably well over the weight limit and over heated it :( .

I got into motorcycle riding about 6 months ago and was looking for an affordable used bike to get started on. By sheer chance, my wife suggested I drop by there. Their prices are very reasonable and their selection of quality used bikes are the best around, especially for the size of their shop. Gear prices are good considering they're a local dealership and their service is also great. Buying was a breeze and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I'm very impressed
