My car decided not to start late Friday evening, and by lunchtime on the following Monday morning, Brad and his team had diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter. They were friendly, professional, timely, and all together great people. While I m new to the area and I have my favorite mechanic back home, I ve definitely found my new hometown guys!!! THANKS SOO MUCH FOR THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!

Brad got my starter replaced in no time even though he had a full garage. He knew I was on a road trip and said he d squeeze me in so I wasn t stuck. No doubt I barely had time to go on a bike ride and get breakfast and I got the call it was done. Brad is the kind of mechanic you pray you or your family would find on the road!

Brad is quick and honest about prices. I took my car in to his shop to see to a clunking sound. Turned out it was something super dangerous and he probably prevented me from getting into a horrible accident. What's most impressive is that I got my car back the next day. Highly recommended!

Vehicle was throwing up lights and jerking real bad. Took it to another shop and they fixed half, but wanted to do tons of expensive testing to isolate the remainder of the issue.Called Brad for a second opinion and he had us fixed up in days. Brads expertise and knowledge isolated the issue, and everything is running great now.Brad was really knowledgeable, straight forward, explained everything well, and followed up with us. After some research I also feel like he was priced well, too.I'd recommend Brad's without hesitation.Service: Engine repair

We've gone here numerous times for oil changes because the location was convenient and the price was fine. But twice now we have been told there was something horribly wrong (and expensive) that needs to be fixed on my car. Both times I've taken my car elsewhere for a second opinion and have been told that there was nothing wrong with it. Not sure if it's out of this shop's ignorance or what, but unfortunately I will not be coming back again.

Would give ZERO if i could some time ago i got a diagnostic (even though i knew what the problem was) he came back to tell me the o2 sensors were bad (which i already knew) charged me $40 for that diagnostic then proceeds to quote me SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace both o2 sensors! You literally only have to unclip one side of the part and unscrew the other, it is not a difficult fix at all. I told him no way and left. I got the parts myself and did it for $150. If you re a woman BEWARE-they might try to scam you if they thing you re ignorant.

Quick honest shop. He only uses top of the line parts. Brad absolutely will not cheat you. 100% recommend. They were super nice and helped us find out why my car wasn t turning on and fixed the problem at about 1/4 the price I had anticipated. Being the day before memorial weekend, I appreciate just how fast everything was. I would recommend Brad s to anyone having car trouble!!

Update: If you want a top notch mechanic, honest, dependable, and affordable...Go see Brad and his crew! He takes the time to get to know his customers and he cares! He'll even come and get your busted vehicle with a smile (..and a tow truck..) and keep you updated every step of the way. I'm a mom, and not a very knowledgeable one when it comes to vehicles, so i tend to feel like i am vulnerable to overpricing from other mechanics I've dealt with in the past. Not anymore. Thank you Brad. I am a customer for life.Brad you are awesome the fact you still checking on customers! John and I both have health issues and depend on our vehicle to get us to specialists. We sincerely appreciate you!!!!! If you want honesty, integrity, caring, knowledgeable and affordable Brad is your man.

I am really happy I found Brad's Auto. He helped us with an elantra that was on its last legs and then with smaller issues in an SUV we had after that. Brad is a trustworthy professional who will talk through your car issues and the costs. I highly recommend.

I had ran over a piece of metal which caused my tire to lose air. Called Brad and he had me bring it ASAP and was able to temporary fix the tire for me until I could get it replaced. He ordered tires for me that day and got my car in the next morning to change them out. Had my car back before noon! Excellent, honest, and fast service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Brad went over and beyond my expectations of a mechanics shop when it came to taking care of my daughters car; even to the point of driving to another town when the parts for her car were not available locally. I would send my daughter there with any car problems since I am 6 hours away and would trust the car to be taken care of properly.

I have used Brad for well over ten years for all mine and my families auto repair needs. Everything from oil changes, tires, suspension and brakes, engine repair, even some body work. They were able to make an appointment for me to get my oil changed the same day, were ready to start on it at the scheduled time, and they took exactly as long as they said they would. I top of that, everyone I spoke to was very nice and they charged a reasonable price without trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

No one likes spending money on vehicle repair. And the need for vehicle repair never comes at a good time. What I appreciate about Brad's Auto Service is honesty. I know I'm not going to be upsold -- in fact, I'll usually hear options that might cost me less. I know the real problem will be diagnosed without a lot of add-on problems. I recommend.

Brad is knowledgeable fair priced and quick. My Sprinter van died on a Saturday afternoon. Brad was able to diagnose the problem as a clogged fuel filter and had me back on the road midday Monday.

These guys are great. The first time I came to the shop was due to convenience; it was the closest shop to me. I decided to come back The next time because of the exceptional customer service and incredibly competitive price. I spoke with Brad on the first visit and Kevin on the second, and both were incredibly polite and helpful.

What a lifesaver! Our alternator broke while out visiting SIU. Brad was able to give us advice over the phone, and then fast-tracked our repair on Monday morning so we could get on the road. Even followed up after we were home to make sure everything turned out ok. Great service and reasonably priced.

This auto shop is worth a visit. Brad, the owner, truly does his best to keep your wheels going while not breaking the bank. It gives me peace of mind to know that the repairs will be done within the original estimate too. Great shop! Great owner! Check it out!

Was traveling through the area on a holiday and started experiencing car troubles. Brad got me in right away and was completely understanding of the situation. I was on the road quickly and so thankful of all the people at Brad's.

Took less than 48 hours. Fixed my bad fan so I have a/c in this terrible heat again. And all 4 tie rods car runs great brad was awesome. 10/10 best place I've brought a car down here.

They seemed nice enough and gave me an explanation as to why my car wouldn't start (which they claimed was the battery). They charged me for a new one and even gave me a warranty. Turned out the battery was used and stopped working a few weeks after they installed it. Thankfully I was able to make it back home where I found out the real problem. The starter had gone out. Unfortunately I was never able to collect on that so called warranty. I did appreciate that they towed my car for free to get it fixed. But I will not be going back there. I pray that if anyone reads this and decides to give it a chance that you have a better experience than I did. God bless.

Daughters car broke down just as Covid-19 was shutting down SIU. We left car and he towed it in, replaced alternator and didn t charge us for new battery when he very easily could have told me new one was needed. Honest and made process very easy on us from far away. Highly recommend for students and parents from out of town.

My buddy was visiting from Minnesota, and his Avalon suddenly died on a Friday. Bradngot is right in and diagnosed the problem quickly. (Something in the intake manifold had gone into the back three cylinders!) Brad got a good used engine from out of state sent down and replaced it in two days!

Called Brad to see if he could take a look at my F150 because it was running bad. Kinda of like that dune buggy in Scooby Dio cartoon.We got it into shop at 830a and at @10:30a he had identified the problems and it was fixed by 2p. Great customer service.

Fast reliable service. No BS, no hassles. They find out what's wrong, and they fix it. It's that simple. If you're not happy, Brad will make it right. Still drive 20 min out of my way since moving to take my truck here. It's worth the peace of mind.
