was sold a 2006 F350 diesel super duty told only thing wrong with it was a sensor easy fix since we have been making payment of 350 every month but 2 because we had it In the shop and there is multiple things wrong with it. The day we got it home we find out the Cadillac converter was cut off drove it for 3 weeks and had to have it towed home. and last but not least this person doesn't keep up with the vehicles he has because most of the vehicle on the lot should be sent to the junk yard. He needs his business license pulled because he is not smart enough to run a business. Refuses to help fix things but when told how much it was to fix the one problem he said that's too much well two much is right so help us or give us a different vehicle that is drivable 6,500 down and still have 7,000 to pay on it and we have had it since March 2022. 7 months and hasn't ran since April umm yeah

Swindled my mother she came in alone to buy a car, terrible individual and I hope nothing but the worst for you and your business. Car was absolutely junk and still needs extensive repairs

He is a shady person and junky lot cannot get to look at cars and informed me he ONLY will take cash. When I walked in someone ran into other room and slammed door. Shady people don't go there.

its a buy here pay here lot ran by a guy and his wife. dudes trying his best to make a living. as with all buy here pay here lots you always run the risk of getting a car that needs work. asked about a few trucks and he was honest with me with the problems they had but pointed me to some other trucks that he knew were running good, ended up buying one with 230k on it and lemme tell you, its been running nice! he cut me a good deal on payments and even let me drive it off the lot when I was $1000 short on the down payment till the next day. yeah getting a hold of him is a little rough but its only him taking calls and payments over the phone so can't really complain too much. I'll be coming back to this place in the future when I need a quick car to buy.

Made payments on a car for bf s sis. She paid him just like she was supposed to, he didn t like that we were the ones paying for it even though he got his money regardless and the title is still in her name. He is now refusing to take payments and is going to repo the car. I called to see if we could work something out with him so we can keep making payments and just pay him directly for the car and he hung up on me before I even got a chance to even ask or even get answers for what exactly was going on. Awful service let me tell you. Won t even talk to someone they ve never spoken to before.

He's Rude.. one day late on a payment. He threatened to repo my car. That's rude and disrespectful.. what's the point of having the option to pay a late fee .. if you CAN'T. i go by the contract. Late fees apply. So if you repo my car or deny a payment because its late . Im calling the police. I have all my receipts, paper document, lender late fee contract. So have a nice day buddy

Saw them post a Jeep tj. Claimed 1 owner. Great shape. Took me less than a minute to see that the frame was rusted out as well as the body mounts. Wasn t safe to drive. Couldn t have gotten it even if we had worked out a deal without moving half of the cars in the lot. Some cars were parked so close together they were touching. Don t trust a place that would try to sell an unsafe vehicle. When I showed up, cars were left open and nobody was in sight to help me. I didn t stay long.

Car lot looks as if it could be a junk yard.The cars are so close together you could hardly even walk to one to look at it.Owner did not know information regarding the cars that he was selling.Definantly wants to overcharge for vehicles that are 100% not worth it.Wanted me to pay 9,995 for a 2011 traverse with nearly 200,000 miles on it and he wouldnt even let me hear it run or do a test drive.No thank you .If you want great cars at a low price i would 100% reccoment Auto Best Buy in Murphy way more professional and great vehicals. I got my 2016 hyandai accent there. Only 69,000 miles for only 8000 and they are way more understanding/ patient/ and will let you test drive any vehical that you please

For anyone thinking they're going to get a cheap vehicle don't go here. He the definition of a scumbag will charge you extremely high down payment on a car that's breaking down go anywhere else do not go here I am warning you now you will be mad that your car will break down in the first 2 weeks

Was sold an Audi TT that I was told had no issues. Just high mileage. he refuses to help fix anything. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't shop here unless your into wasting time and hard earned money. Worst car lot I've ever been to. Will lie straight to your face. All his cars are rigged. Very threatening when contacting customer for payments.

Went in with a car in mind that I wanted, left with the car. He was easy to talk to, knew his cars, friendly and low payments. Buy here pay here is also a plus, no credit check. Would recommend.

The parking lot is nearly not accessible. Alot of cars have been sitting a long time. Poor presentation. The sales man came outside dressed poorly. Stating that you have to have half the cost of the car up front. Seems sketchy all around.

Was sold a 2006 Nisan titan. Was told it runs great and nothing wrong with it. I explained that I would be driving my family to Florida and back in it and didn't want something I couldn't trust. I was told that it would be a great family vehicle. Long story short, broke down on the side of the interstate. Towed to shop, got it up on the lifts and found out that the muffler was missing from the middle of the cab back, catalytic converters completely clogged, bad wiring from after market DVD player causing battery drainage, O2 sencsors bad, calipers almost rusted through, and a couple more issues. 6 grand to fix a truck I paid 8,000 for. Owner told me he will do nothing, that I bought at my own risk. I have only owned it for 40 days now.

I was just there and the "sales manager" or so thats what he said he was was the most ignorant person i have ever met. I was in there once today to look at a car and i was dead and had a semi flat tire he said he would handle it. I went an hr later and he was sitting in the office doing nothing and the car had not been touched. Let me just add there was a teenager on a dirtbike riding around that almost hit me while i was looking at the cars. He jump the car and told me the tire wasn't "that" flat lol. when he started it white smoke came pouring out (which i took a video of) and the check engine light was on and he tried telling me that it was beacuse he stepped on the gas too hard lol seriously. I asked him price and he said he had to look it up online which i then had to do on my phone. what sales manager of a car lot does not know the prices of his cars??? Then i asked to test drive it and he said i had to go through financing before i could test drive. so i have to get approved to buy the car that i havent drove yet to then be able to test drive it what the hell. i told him he didnt know what he was talking about i wanted to speak to the owner and he wouldn't give me his info and then told me the car was not for sale, no car on the lot was for sale anymore. i was standing there with cash in hand and this is how i was treated......insane!!!!

Asked for the price on a 350z he wanted 7990 for it. Found the same car elsewhere for 5000Asked about a lancer, owner claimed it just had rust but it had water damageAsked about a navigator, owner claimed batter was dead so I offered to jump it he said he was closed. Yeah sorry man I caught you. Sorry I'm not stupid just cause I'm a chickTold him with the lancer it had flood damage and he said no it's just got some rust. It had a mill film around the block also meaning a cracked head so I told him that to and my friend said to him we might be girls but we know about cars, he made the remark ooohhh you know about cars. I was like dude your lot is shitty af. No one is going to want to buy your copart auction flood vehical discount pos cars. He got salty for sure

Bought 03 f150 bought on 9/11/17 not had it for a month owner said it was just fine had nothing wrong with it I paid 1700 for it and I took it back next day he refused to give me my money back again tells me nothing wrong withh the vehicle a week later it's on the side of the road steering wheel locked up battery light came on service engine came on and gas light came on. Almost got hit by a semi. All the guy said was it's the belt be there tomorrow to look at it.

We looked at a car and as the gentleman before us reviewed this jerk was rude would not allow the car to be taken to a mechanic to be checked, and would not even allow a test drive without a loan approval!! Really jerk I was writing a check for the car I don't need approval. There were children running around and yes the boy on the motorbike was all over the place. This is not a place of business, this is a joke!! On our way to Marion ford to look and any other reputable business!! Do not waste your time or money at this rinky dink fly by night place. Nothing is above board here!!!! SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Person on the phone was rude definitely wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Most cars on the lot have flats and damage. Shocking that they are still open honestly

He sold us a jeep with a rusted out frame. It wasn't even safe to be on the road. I took him to court and won but he refuses to pay us. Everyone needs to contact the states attorney so they know what kind of business he is running. I'm writing to the states attorney now about his refusal to pay the court order.

Wasnt open when there posted time and days . cars in their pics dont match the look of the cars when u get there . tires are flat on most of the cars and parked on top of one another so u really can't walk around them and look at them

Cars are packed in right next to each other. No one came out to meet us the whole time we were there. Just seemed very disinterested in selling a used car.

The guy wasn't the best at speaking or understanding English so communication was a little frustrating if I'm thinking of the right dealer. That's my only complaint though. He's got lots of car variety.

Won t respond back when they promise to do so. I called literally 12! Times in a 3 week period and could never get cooperation. Was made promises that were never delivered.
