Half of the time I go into this Casey s at least one of the employees smells like pot. But my real problem with this location is there s never any iced tea made, not sweet or unsweetened. 9 out of 10 times they don t have anything made and the 1 time they do it s only one or the other. Every other Casey s keeps up on making tea, and Casey s tea is actually really good. This location is the worst Casey s I ve ever been to.

The automated voice screwed up our order. Ordered a lrg. Sausage with mushrooms on half. And wings with Buffalo sauce and an additional ranch sauce. We got a half cheese half sausage and mushrooms pizza, and 8 dark brown wing and no sauce at all.

No wonder this store only has 2 stars. No one knows how to answer the phone, take orders or help guest. I've tried multiple days in a row to order a pizza and can't get any customer service. What a joke. Ill take my money elsewhere.I would give zero stars if I couldThey don't even deserve 1 star

Tonight I ordered a pizza online to pick up at Carbon Cliff, IL store. I said I would go into the store to pick up. Which I did. I went to check out and the cashier said it would be $15 something . I tried to show him I had the 10 boxtops rewards and wanted to use it. He took the pizza away from me and told me that was fake. And I needed to leave the store. So I went back to talk to the lady making pizza ad she said there should be something to scan which I found on my app. There were about 15 people in the store at this time. I have never in my lifetime ever been so humiliated. I have been a loyal Casey's customer for many years. I was trying to have a nice supper tonight for my birthday tomorrow as we have to be somewhere for my fiance. In the end he gave me the pizza free but was cold by that time. I in sisted he use my boxtop point but he said he tried and couldn't get it to work. Which he never scanned the code.

Where do I begin? First, the restrooms are utterly disgusting. If the same nastiness is on the toilet after about a week, then who's getting fired?? Second, waiting for the cashier to stop texting before she rings me up, then having to wait yet AGAIN to pay, due to her texting AGAIN, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! This clearly is a management issue. Lack of training and accountability for their employees!! If I didn't have to stop here and use the facilities due to traveling for my job, then I would gladly pass on bye! And one more thing, your rewards are lame!! Maybe try a little harder to make the program FEEL like a REWARD!!!

I called the store on Thursday night to order a pizza to pick up Friday morning.She suggested I ordered it online for best results.i went home and ordered it online. I even used 1700 of my points to get a discount. They said it would be ready at 5:45 AM.I arrived at THE store at 5:45 AM and it wasn't even started. I'm beyond furious.

Used the online app to place an order for pick up on my way to work. Checked the listed hours to ensure correct opening time.Even got a conformation email the day of ordering and the morning of pick up.Arrived in the morning with all the lights off and doors locked. No signs stating hours change, and no order that I had placed the night before.Definitely need to update the hours and days open on the app and map listing.

Ordered a a couple of pizzas at five till nine didn't see a problem with this because the app clearly states they offer pick up till 9:30. After a couple of minutes I got a phone call canceling my order because the kitchen had closed early. Store hours are posted for a reason they are not subject to the whim of lazy employees. Furthermore not a single employee was wearing a mask properly and the store smelled like BO and mold.

It's been quite awhile since I went to caseys for pizza because it was always late and always a pathetic excuse about the atm online ordering! Tonight proved no difference, I was quoted 30 min, o got there right on time and the manager made an excuse and no apology about it, simply said make a complaint and Walked in front of me. Associate began talking I'll of me . The response was ridiculous, and she was my right hand man. They always blam

Ordered a pizza over the phone for takeout, lady was pretty rude to me when taking my order. When I picked it up the person at the register was helpful and nice but that was about it. My pizza was terrible. Dough wasn't stretched right, all the sausage was on one side of the pizza, totally skimped on the cheese... didn't taste like regular Casey's pizza that's for sure. Probably never going to go there again honestly

Didn't get marinara sauce with my 2 orders of cheese sticks. Pizzas were obviously made in a hurry but were still good. Employees need to take time to check orders is all

I had enough proof of purchase to get a free pizza. I called on. Friday afternoon about 4:30 was told wait time was a hour and fifteen minutes.It was ok figuring it would be just about the perfect time for dinner.So I got there to pick it up about 5:35 was told not ready yet and hadn't even started yet.There were two people ahead of me.So I just waited maybe 20 more minutes and they brought me my pizza and free bread sticks.Both were very good.It was a Friday after all.I do recommend the pizzas.

the last 2 times I have ordered here the service has been appalling! this time just blew my mind... I ordered a breakfast pizza boneless wings and breadsticks at 4:15 pm... wait time for pick up was 80 minutes which was fine. got there at 5:30 and my order wasnt complete! 80 minutes mind you so I sat and waited an extra 20 minutes just for the "boneless" wings. got home my pizza and breadsticks were cold and the wings were bone in. I called to the store and got the run around the employee on the phone was unprofessional and had no knowledge of what to do in this situation. I won't ever waste my time or money at this Casey's again!

Workers to lazy to basically ever have pizza made for the warmer to be purchased by the slice. 11 out of the last 14 days I went there no pizza amd they couldn't tell me when they would be able to have some in there the other days I just didnt even try for pizza but would bet they would have disappointed me again and again . Funny thing is you can catch that on numerous occasions finding the time to go out n smoke cigarettes. I swear they ignore the phone or leave it off hook because its impossible to placenand order that way.

Called this morning 8-2-2020 @ 8:52 AM to order one breakfast pizza and the phone call took 7 mins because the young man taking the order seemed so out of there and confused. Every time we would explain the toppings he would repeat it 2-3 times back and keep asking for last name over and over. Please get someone with better hearing picking up these phones! Never had a problem before.

I tried to order pizza from the store tonight tried calling six different times letting it ring as long as it would ring and no one ever answered. I see the same comments from other people how can a store be run so poorly. I went somewhere else

I ordered pizza from Carbon cliff, IL Caseys. Very disappointed. This is not like them at all. Love their pizza but ordered pizza at 630 for delivery. It is now 830 and still no pizza. I called 15 min ago and was told is he was putting pizza in the oven.now. Really?? You could t call and tell me! Pizza just got delivered. Not one word from delivery driver. Not an apology.... nothing!!

This place used to be great but they are sorely understaffed and food/ service show it! I placed an order at 2 in the afternoon to be delivered at 530. I called them at 6 because there s no pizza yet and I was told it s coming up now. Pizza gets here at 630. It s luke warm( I live 10minutes away) and wasn t cooked all the way, I can t even pick it up without it falling apart.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, and the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I called Doordash they said I had to call Casey s. When I called to explain what happened the person who answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional.

The ovens have not been cleaned in approximately 9 months, the fryer a good 2 months. Under the prep table is disgusting; with undated opened bags of food. The containers on top of the prep table are not cleaned regularly mainly because there isn't enough containers for the employees to properly rotate. Nothing in the kitchen is sanitized regularly. Most of the food in the freezer gets thrown on the floor and walked over. The kitchen manager hardly ever wears gloves while chopping vegetables and her teeth bleed to the point it will seep on to her face mask and she leaves them all over the kitchen instead of throwing them away. The health department came in and checked the milk and it wasn't cold enough the store was told to pull all the milk, which was in fact done. However after the health inspector left the milk was put back on the shelf in the cooler. The back of the dough machine hasn't been touched since super bowl sunday and there were BUGS in the back of it then. The flour had turned black and there were little wormy bugs in it. Theres black mold growing in the ceiling above the kitchen because there's one of many leaks up there. And management knows all about it does not care to do anything about it. The majority of the people in that kitchen do not even have the food handlers certificate. The store needs serious work and management just does not care, so be careful and mindful of your food if you choose to eat there.A Former Employee

What a joke! The staff is very rude & not interested w/ what's going on upfront. They're always on their phones or sitting in the back office on their phones. I've lived in CC my whole life & this Caseys has gone downhill.

Love their taco pizza. What makes it great is the bean paste on the bottom. Other places use a tomato base. That's not a real taco pizza. I ordered it less chips and extra cheese. The best taco pizza ever!Can I get a free taco pizza?

Pizza is always great!!! But to wait 2 hours for delivery is ridiculous... yes i could go there and get it but i can call a bigger pizza company and get it faster and two hours is way over board no matter how busy up are!

I would not recommend going here for food, unless you want to wait a long time for it, and have a good chance the order will be wrong. The service at the register is not much better. If you use your card at the pump for gas, you might have an ok experience.

I ordred a large pizza and breadsticks and waited 2 hours for them to say it was leaving the store. Est time was only 45 mins. If i had better options i would surely go elsewhere. Not a fan

Funny how no one can answer the phone at this location when everyone in the store is busy on their cell phones. They've made apologies and promises to Improve service for 3 years now and it seems like things have only gotten worse instead of better.

Daniel was so incredibly awesome! We had a minor hiccup with our order and he was not only quick to fix it but also gave us a complimentary order on the side. Will always come back for the great service!
